Abstract:

To screen the microbial fertilizer suitable for the ecological environment of Hechi tobacco area, and to study the effects of different types and application methods of microbial fertilizer on the growth and development of flue-cured tobacco and the yield and quality of tobacco leaves, a microbial fertilizer exploration experiment was conducted in Nandan County, Hechi City, taking main tobacco variety ‘K326’ as the test object. The results show that: the application of microbial fertilizer at the time of transplanting and 10 days after transplanting could significantly improve the yield and quality of tobacco, effectively promote the growth and development of tobacco, and significantly increase the plant height, stem circumference, effective leaf number, leaf length and leaf width compared with the control. The microbial fertilizer could improve the yield and output value of tobacco, significantly improve the physical properties, chemical composition indexes and appearance quality of flue-cured tobacco leaves, increase the potassium oxide content of each part of tobacco leaves and the nicotine content of upper leaves, and make the chemical components in tobacco leaves more coordinated. Three kinds of microbial fertilizers have the best effect on the tobacco production in the Hechi tobacco area by root irrigation at the time of transplanting and 10 days after transplanting.
