Abstract: The sensitivities of the Botryosphaeria dothidea strains in Henan Province were detected to thiophanate-methyl, tebuconazole and pyraclostrobin in order to provide a theoretical basis for the effective control of apple ring rot. A total of the sensitivities of 60 B. dothidea strains were isolated from Henan Province, and the mycelium growth rate method was used to detect their sensitivities to the three fungicides. The results showed that tebuconazole had the highest sensitivity, followed by thiophanate-methyl, pyraclostrobin had the lowest sensitivity, with the means values of the 50% effective concentration values (EC50) (1.0551±0.7765) mg/L, (2.7031±0.9366) mg/L and (19.5117±11.8225) mg/L, respectively. Correlation analysis of EC50 values showed that there was no cross resistance among thiophanate-methyl, ebuconazole and pyraclostrobin.
