Abstract: Post-evaluation of land consolidation project should be carried on to realize supervision and examination in project to reflect actual benefit situation objectively. This paper has established appraising indexes including producing condition, social economy, ecology and environment, and resource in southern hillside area, and has made a case evaluation in Fenquan land consolidation project of Jingyan county applying fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The research reveals that though the comprehensive external benefit of project, producing condition, economy and amount of increased farmland have been put more emphasis than ecology and environment, which has lead to insufficient improving in landscape and entironment. It should be paid more attention in landscape in land consolidation.
