Abstract:

Taking ‘Weimi’ and ‘Bimei’ as the test materials, three experimental groups were set up to apply Bacillus subtilis (M9 and B29), TrianumTM and enzyme (DT-01), and water was used as control, to compare the effects of the microbial agents on the soil microbes, and the field physiological indexes, the SPAD value, yield and quality of netted melon. The results showed that after the application of enzyme (DT-01), the change of soil bacteria was the biggest, the plant leaf number, leaf area and plant height were the highest, and the fruit appearance and taste quality were the best. However, after the application of TrianumTM, the plant stem diameter was higher than that of other groups. According to the comprehensive comparison, enzyme (DT-01) is the best microbial agents for netted melon.
