Abstract:

The study conducted a field fertilization experiment on pakchoi and adopted the response surface analysis method. Through a response surface optimization experiment of three factors and three levels, the study analyzed the effects of nitrogen level (N), phosphate level (P2O5) and potassium level (K2O) on pakchoi yield, then established a quadratic regression equation to analyze the optimal cultivation condition for pakchoi. The results showed that the regression model was significant. The phosphorus level had highly significant effects on pakchoi yield, while nitrogen level and potassium level did not have significant effect. There were significant interactions between the nitrogen level and phosphorus level. There were also obvious interactions between phosphorus level and potassium level. However, the interaction between nitrogen level and potassium level was not significant. The order of yield influencing factors was phosphate fertilizer level> nitrogen fertilizer level> potassium fertilizer level. Through statistical analysis, the optimal cultivation condition is: the nitrogen level of 100.70 kg/hm2, the phosphate level of 98.7 kg/hm2, and the potassium level of 123.2 kg/hm2. Under the optimal condition, the yield of pakchoi is 37.899 t/hm2. The study can provide technical support for the production of pakchoi of high yield and good quality.
