  Effects on callus induction and differentiation of different light time, temperature and type of carbohydrate source from Ramie. Wang Xiaoling Peng Dingxiang 2004, 20 (2):  1-1.  Abstract + ( 1286 )   PDF ( 155577KB )   ( 636 ) With Ramie variety of Xiangzhu No.2 as research material, this test studied effects on callus induction and differentiation of different light time, temperature and type of carbohydrate source from Ramie. The results of variance analysis indicated that culture media of glucose as carbohydrate source is superior to of sucrose in induction callus; 12h light/12h darkness treatment benefited to callus growth and all-light was superior to all-darkness treatment. Inducing callus with culture media of glucose as carbohydrate source at 30℃、28℃、25℃ and 23℃ conditions, callus production significantly decreased with temperature lowdown; however inducing callus with culture media of sucrose as carbohydrate source at 30℃、28℃、25℃ and 23℃ conditions, callus production increased within temperature range of 25～28℃ and decreased at a range of over 30℃temperature or down to 23℃. Under light and lower temperature condition callus was easier to differentiate.

The results indicated that the efficiencies of isolation were markedly affected by media and isolation tissue. The binucleate status of the isolated mycelia was confirmed microscopically.

  Several Factors Influencing in Vitro Culture and Plantlet Regeneration of Kalanchoe blossfediana Huang Haifan Li Baoyin Li Ping 2004, 20 (2):  12-12.  Abstract + ( 1464 )   PDF ( 159662KB )   ( 732 ) Having cultured the stem sections of Kalanchoe blossfeldiana in vitro for7-8days, the axillary buds of explants can germinate. The result of culturing for 30 days showed that the most suitable medium to induce buds was MS+6-BA1.0+NAA0.5 mg?l-1, the most suitable one to make the bud stretch was 1/4MS, and to form available knots was MS. During the continuing culture, the germinating rate of stem sections with no leaves was higher than that of the sections with leaves on all the above media. Adventitious buds began to form at the base of petiole after having been cultured for 9 days on the media No.5,6,7. On the other media, however, they only began to form after being cultured for 14days. Simultaneously, the most suitable medium to induce the leaves to regenerate adventitious buds was 1/2MS+6-BA1.0 mg?l-1, and to induce the roots to grow was 1/4MS.

The result shows that: soaking seeds by Na’s 778 revulsant can apparently improve the comparatively photosynthesis rate and assimilative amount of every organs and hole plant of winter wheat, mainly improve the outspread leaves and the top of coronal layer of wheat in the bearing prophase, and more apparently in improving the coronal under layer in bearing anaphase. Soaking seeds by Na’s 778 revulsant have improved the input percentage of every nutrition organs to ears and roots, it’s benefit to promote the growth of wheat, and has made a base to get higher yield of wheat.

Cultured on the MS medium supplemented with 6-BA, its propagation rate was highest. The optimum medium for rooting was 1/2MS supplemented with 0.5mg/L IBA and 0.1mg/L NAA. High proportion of sucrose and agar in the medium and intense lightening could control the occurrence of glassy shoot effectively.

An orthogonal experiment was carried out to investigate the effects. Browning and diet cellulose of Agaricus blazei in keep fresh was analyzed. The result showed that when deal properly with Agaricus blazei, the browning was alleviated and the quality changes has slowed at the keep fresh period. Under the same conditions, steep Agaricus blazei in the manipulation of 0.25% NaHSO3 30 min, dredge up Agaricus blazei from the aqueous solution and water content of Agaricus blazei was lost, mix up the aqueous solution of 0.15%VC with 0.5% citric acid to steep 10min again, the effect of keep fresh was better. A regression analysis of Agaricus blazei by those as keep fresh was used and a mathematical model was obtained.

  Key technology of standardization on producing environmentally harmless agricultural products Lu Xikang Chen Zhong Bao Shizhong Chen Quansheng Yang Zhong 2004, 20 (2):  45-45.  Abstract + ( 1339 )   PDF ( 232703KB )   ( 698 ) Chong-ming island---the third biggest island of China，is well known with its ecological advantages and special agricultural products,such as Hanyouxiangqing(a famous rice cultivar)、cauliflower、green asparagus and so on.HACCP theory is applied to deploy research on standardize production of environmentally harmless agricultural producls. ⅰ) development and application of fertilizer mixture used for special purpose fertilizer used in treated area are reduced respectively 33.04%,38.90%,41.18% compared with chocked area. ⅱ) development and application of phytogenous or biogenous control methods,pesticide used in treated area are reduced respcctively 54.5%,51.8%,47.10% compared with check.ⅲ) Ecologically management(cultivate in the green house covered with plastic to avoid rain)to control green asparagus root wilt,the occurrence of disease decreased 72.7%～77.1%.Disease index docreased 60.1%～62.2%. The three agricultural products are produced according to the national standard regulation of environmentally harmless products manual,the avetage yields of the three main agricultural products are increased respectively 1159.5～1344.0yuan/hm2、2130.0～2221.5yuan/hm2、57174.0～63202.5yuan/hm2 than the untreated the treated areas increased 432.32 mollion yuan than before.The products are tested by national authorized agency,the result shows that the remain amount of in environment of about 20 environmental harmful materials(Heavy metal、nitrite、pesticide and so on)are under the standard of Environmental Harmless Food and Greon Food formulated by national authority.

The dominant species were mainly Empoasca（Empoasca）vitis（Gōthe）, Polyphagotarsonemus latus（Banks）, Scirtothrips dosalis Hood, Toxoptera aurnantii Fonscolombe, Edobasidium rexans Massee and Gloeosporium theae-sinensis Miyake. The population dynamics of Empoasca（E）vitis（Gōthe）within a year displays double peak curve. April and july is the two peak of its population. The occurrence amount of Polyphagotarsonemus latus（Banks） and Scirtothrips dosalis Hood were higher in early spring. All of this pests were tend to burgeon of the tea-trees, the propagation of Scirtothrips dosalis Hood which on the top of the tea-trees was significant. Based on the occurrence regulation and biologic characteristics of this plant diseases and pest, we put forward the effectual control technology, include.picking and botanical pesticides.

It is compose of organic acid and hydroxybenzene , Various dosage of wood vinegars, pyrolignerous acid and guaiacol were mixed into organic manure firstly in this experiment, and then, the above said organic manure are separately added into soil. Under the analysis of the amount of the edaphon, adding 10g wood vinegar to 1kg organic manure and 30kg soil can much active the edaphon effectively in a short term and make a maximum rising extent of edaphon numbers. At the same time, a continuous restraint on the edaphon, including those existing in the tested roots will happen when 50g wood vinegar are added into 1kg organic manure and 30kg soil.However, the influence of pyrolignerous acid and guaiacol were not same with wood vinegars. The reason that wood vinegars can much active the edaphon effectively, is not only the pyrolignerous acid or guaiacol reacted.

Of all the treatments, 0.75 volume fraction of bleeding sap of ridged sponge gourd had the best fresh-keeping effect, compared with the control treatment, the emergence of different symptoms of deterioration such as pileus split，color change，decay and smell-up deferred 4～6days; when reserved at 10 0C for 12 days, weightlessness treated with 75% RSG bleeding sap was 54.17% of control treatment, and was lower than control and other treatments highly significantly.

The maximum rate of dry matter accumulation of single plant came to 5.3g/d. It’s maximum LAI was 14.72 and the period of LAI>5 lasted more than 90 days. The rate of stalk weight to leaf weight lasted increasing.The trend of rate of fresh weight to dry weight appeared a single peak and the rates were smaller in later than in former. There was significantly negative correlation with r=-0.9894 between crude protein(%) and plant height(cm),while significantly positive correlation with r=0.9765 between crude fiber(%) and plant height(cm).The liner regression equations could be respectively expressed as: y=21.9853-0.0543x; y=16.1915+0.0404x. The hay yield continuously increased while the fresh yield and crude protein yield lightly droped in later growing period.

  Establishment of High Efficient Regeneration System of the Super Sweet Maize Inbreeding Line. The research showed that the genotype and length of immature embryo of super sweet corn were the key factors influencing the embryogenic callus development, 0.5-1.2mm immature embryo were better for embryogenic callus inducing. contents of sugar and cytokinins in medium were the main factors for plantlet regeneration, low content of sugar( 20g/L) and 6-BA（2mg/L）or Zeatin (3 mg/L) are more fit to the regeneration, and the rate of regeneration could be increased 1.68 times when callus treated with ABA in sub-culture for 3 weeks. IBA could improve plantlet rooting, and the content of 3.0mg/L was the best.

The day length is the major cause of fertile changes of A31.The male fertility of A31 is also sensitive to the temperature. The critical day-length of fertile changes of A31 is about 14.5 hours.

Shaan Mian 4080 cotton has the characteristics with the high yield and quality, the resistant disease to Fusarium and Verticillium, the mid-resistant cotton boll worm and the tolerand drought and salt. The pre-frost lint yield of this variants increased by 39.0% than CCRI19 in 1998～1999 in Shaan xi areas and increased by 23.0% than CCRI12 in 2000～2001 in Huang He areas. The results indicated that Shaan Mian 4080 has extensive applicability, better resistant stress and high potential production.

The results indicated that the average relative yield (against 100 as absolute yield of CK) of varieties of early indica (EI), middle indica (MI), late indica (LI), high quality (HQ) and general (G) were 99.9, 103.7, 101.5, 102.2 and 102.3 respectively in the Yangtse Valley in China. Resistances to diseases of most varieties belong to moderately resistant (MR)- moderately susceptible (MS). Percentage of high quality varieties of EI, MI and LI were 0.0%, 28.0% and 17.9% respectively. The plant height with suitable higher would do important action indirectly to increase yield. Keeping suitable effective panicles, it is the most important to increase filled grains per panicle to improve yield. The main quality traits to affect on quality of EI, MI and LI were head rice rate, chalky grain rate chalkiness and head rice rate chalky grain rate chalkiness respectively. The main quality traits to affect on quality of high yield (increased significantly or similar to CK) varieties were chalky grain rate and chalkiness. Some advices to advance breeding technologies were given.

Results indicated that among the 3 component traits that influenced yield per plant directly lint number per plant had the largest contribution, while lint percentage had the smallest contribution. Interaction between other factors besides lint percentage and environment had the largest influence on yield per plant, whereas interaction between other factors besides lint number per plant and environment had the smallest influence upon the object trait. Various cultivars had different genetic effects, 3 component traits of various cultivars had different contribution to yield per plant.

The result show, the better increasing influence on the soil organic matter and total N were found in the turf, and leveled in 12g/pot (namely 200.0mg/kg soil). But, the better increasing effect on the growth and N utilization of wheat were found in lignite, and the feasible dosage was 16g/pot (namely 266.7mg/kg soil).

The effect of 0.5%Ca (NO3)2 was significant. The increasing of plant high, leaf area, stem width and length, single gross weight and stem weight, and the reduction of nitrate content and the raising of vitamin C and solubility sugar content etc. were obvious found by sprayed 0.5%Ca (NO3)2. The sprayed 0.5%CaSO4 is slightly good on the increasing of lettuce stem width and single stem weight, and it is not significant to single gross weight, but is significant to the Vitamin C and the solubility sugar content of leaf. The effects of sprayed 0.5%CaCl2 on the lettuce yield increasing chiefly depended on promoting lettuce’s stretching and the growth of leaves. At the same time, the reduction of nitrate content in the lettuce stem and leaf, and the increasing of Vc content in the stem were significant by the 0.5%CaCl2 spraying.

The 15N absorbed concentrated greatly in leaves and 1-year branch on 93th days after treatment. During dormancy, the NDFF of flower bud was the highest. In the next season, the NDFF of spring shoot and young fruit was higher than other organs, and the NDFF of the former was 2.26 times higher than that of the later. The nitrogen concentration of spring shoots developing on 15N –applied 2-year branches was 14.3% higher than on water-applied branches. At the same time，a little 15N transported in the new organs near treated branches. Following summer leaf-application 15N, the withdrawn 15N from fallen leaves shifted in trees in winter, and local withdrawn 15N remobilized in original organs during spring. Summer leaf-application nitrogen was advantage to spring shoot, flower-bud differentiation and fruit-setting, and little effect to perennial organ-developing and root-expanding.

The results show that this seed coating not only could regulate seedling growth, enhance seedling qualities and adult seedling rate, but also could prevent diseases and pests of cotton during seedling. The aduct seedling rate and root vigor of coating treatments increased 14.5% and 16.4% compared with uncoated comtrols, respectively. The prevention rate to main diseases and pests during seedling was 82.0%-90.7%. The general effects of this seed coating agent were better than those of two export agents used in this experiment.

The results showed that the water satiety rate of whole growth period of summer crops was 55.9%~63.8% in the dry year and 84.1%~86.4% in the rainy year, and that of autumn crops was 67.7%~79.0% and 92.1%~95.1% respectively. The water ecological adaptability varied with the difference of crops and rainfall condition. The water ecological adaptability index (WEAI) of autumn crops was higher than that of summer crops, and the WEAI of crops in the rainy year was higher than that in the dry year. The WEAI of 6 main crops could be put in order as: millet＞potato＞panic＞flax＞pea＞spring wheat. The study results may provide theoretic basis for drawing up the decision scheme of cropping system in dry-land regions.
