  Research on Relationship between Recovery Ability after Drought Stress-rewatering and Water Use Efficiency of Winter Wheat Varieties 2017, 33 (30):  1-6.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb17010111 Abstract + ( 967 )   The study aims at exploring the possibility of using recovery ability after drought stress-rewatering at vegetative growth stage as the evaluating index in varieties water use efficiency (WUE) of winter wheat varieties.‘Jing 411’,‘Jinmai 47’and their 34 near isogenic lines (NILs) were used as materials in this experiment. Semi-automatic rainproof shelter and the percolating pools were utilized for simulating drought treatment. After suffering severe drought stress, winter wheat crops were rewatered at early jointing stage. The biomass accumulation after rewatering was determined as recovery ability index. In the meanwhile, plant height in the end of vegetative growth stage was measured, and WUE of varieties/lines was also determined. Thereafter, the differences in recovery ability, plant height and the population WUE, together with the correlation between recovery ability and population WUE were analyzed, respectively. The results showed that there were significant differences of recovery ability among some varieties/lines. The recovery ability was affected by both genotype and environment, and the interaction existed in these two factors. Significant differences existed in plant height and population WUE among the 34 NILs along with their parents. There was a significantly positive correlation between recovery ability and plant height of varieties/lines. Recovery ability and plant height were very significantly and positively correlated with population yield WUE respectively. The results indicated that recovery ability after drought stress-rewatering could be used as an evaluating index of population WUE under drought condition.

  Multiple Analysis of Main Agronomic Characters and Yield of Barley after Tobacco in Different Sowing Date 2017, 33 (30):  7-11.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb16090003 Abstract + ( 965 )   To obtain the highest yield of barley without influencing the best transplanting season of preceding crop tobacco, the major determinant factors of yield at different sowing dates were determined, the barley variety‘Baodamai 8’mainly promoted by Yunnan Province was used as test material and 6 sowing dates were set to observe the growth process and yield. Through the correlation analysis, path analysis and grey correlation analysis, the relationship between the main agronomic characters and yield of barley after tobacco at different sowing dates was studied. The results showed that: (1) with the delay of sowing date, the growth process was delayed; the days from sowing to seedling emergence was increased along with the delaying of sowing date;(2) the best sowing date of barley after tobacco was September 30 to October 10; (3) the results of correlation analysis, path analysis and grey correlation analysis showed that the effective panicle and thousand-grain weight were the main factors affecting the yield of barley.

  Variation Analysis of Maize Inbred Lines M3 by Electron Beam 2017, 33 (30):  12-16.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb16090055 Abstract + ( 941 )   Aiming at studying the mutagenic effects of electron beam irradiation on maize inbred lines, the seeds of two maize inbred lines‘18-599’and‘K169’were irradiated by electron beam with dose of 200, 300 and 400 Gy. Mutated strains (M3) were obtained from‘18-599’and‘K169’, which contained 32 mutants and 21 mutants respectively, and major agronomic characters of mutant strains as well as the wild type (control) were investigated in the contemporary generation. The results indicated that plant heights of two maize inbred M3 lines were significantly different from the wild type, while the number of ear height with significant difference was less. Mutagenic effects of electron beam irradiation on ear trait were mainly reflected in ear length and number of rows per ear, which showed significant difference between‘18-599’M3 lines and wild type, while mutagenic effects of electron beam irradiation on tassel traits were found to vary with different materials. Electron beam irradiation effects on the change of kernel oil and starch content was more obvious, but kernel protein content showed no significant difference between M3 lines and the wild type. In conclusion, the electron beam irradiation had great effects on morphological mutation in maize and this research could provide a basis for mutation breeding of maize by electron beam irradiation.

  Effect of Fertilization and Branch Thinning on Yield and Agronomic Traits of Fresh-eaten Broad Bean 2017, 33 (30):  17-21.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb17020098 Abstract + ( 1088 )   To clarify the effect of fertilizer application and branch thinning on yield and agronomic traits of fresh-eaten broad bean under black plastic mulching cultivation, a field experiment was carried out at Yuhang, Hangzhou in Zhejiang Province during 2015 to 2016. A large size broad bean cultivar‘Cican 1’was used in this test. Two factors of fertilizer and branch thinning were analyzed in this experiment. The results showed that the yield was decreased by branch thinning treatment under lower fertilizer level, but the yield was increased by branch thinning treatment with the increase of fertilizer level. Branch thinning treatment could improve the commercial nature of broad bean. It was suggested that branch thinning should be done under higher fertilizer level, and should not be done under lower fertilizer level. Considering saving cost, under proper planting density and fertilizer application, high yield could also be realized without branch thinning. Consider of improving commodity, branch thinning treatment could increase the proportion of the 3 seed pods. In the experiment, under the condition of black plastic mulching cultivation and planting density of 27000 plants/hm2, the highest yields of broad bean was 17787.70 kg/hm2 with base fertilizer of compound fertilizer 450 kg, calcium magnesium phosphate 450 kg and topdressing of compound fertilizer 225 kg, potassium sulfate 15 kg every hectare and branch thinning, and the yield achieved 17692.40 kg/hm2 with base fertilizer of compound fertilizer 450 kg, calcium magnesium phosphate 450 kg and topdressing of urea 75 kg, potassium sulfate 15 kg every hectare and without branch thinning, there was no significant difference between the two treatments.

  Fertilization of Main Food Crops: An Investigation on Farmers with Large Production in Yangzhou 2017, 33 (30):  22-26.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb16120032 Abstract + ( 900 )   To understand the fertilization conducted by farmers with large production in Yangzhou, and promote reasonable application of formula fertilizer, an investigation on fertilization of main food crops was carried out. The results showed that there were 4440 farmers with large production in Yangzhou, the average yield of rice and wheat was 9579 kg/hm2 and 6034 kg/hm2, respectively, the base fertilizer was mainly 15-15- 15 compound fertilizers, and the application amount of base fertilizer on rice and wheat was 365 kg/hm2 and 610 kg/hm2, respectively. Fertilizers were traded mainly by credit and cash, and the delivery service was the main marketing mode. In agriculture production, the farmers with large production need scientific fertilization technology in order to reduce the cost.

  Effects of Different Fertilization Formulas on Growth of Aceraceae fabri Seedling 2017, 33 (30):  27-31.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb16090050 Abstract + ( 568 )   Fertilization formulas with different levels of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium were applied on Aceraceae fabri seedlings to select a rational formula by measuring the growth and physiological indexes. The results showed that different fertilization formulas could promote the growth of A. fabri, the ground diameter and seedling height were improved by the increase of potassium proportion with the determined quantity of nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer; the leaf area of A. fabri seedling A and the chlorophyll content of A. fabri seedling A and B were increased by the increase of nitrogen and phosphorus application proportion with the determined quantity of potassium fertilizer. Formula- 2 (3, 10 and 5 g nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizer per plant) had significant effect on the ground diameter, seedling height, leaf area and chlorophyll value of A. fabri seedling A, it was the optimum formula for A. fabri seedlings among the three formulas in this study.

  Genetic Diversity Analysis of Germplasm Resources of Cammellia magnocarpa in Teng County of Guangxi 2017, 33 (30):  32-37.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb16090014 Abstract + ( 629 )   In order to analyze the genetic diversity of C. magnocarpa in Teng county of Guangxi, 14 samples were marked using molecular marker, and the results of molecular marker were analyzed by NTSYSPC2.1 software. The results show that: 5 primers were used for DNA amplification of 14 samples, and 38 bands were amplified, among which 37 bands were polymorphic bands, and the polymorphism ratio was 97.37%. The genetic distances of samples ranged from 0.3952 to 2.1383, of which the largest genetic distance between 3-5 and 1-12 was 2.1383. The smallest genetic distance between N3 and JJ5 was 0.3952. Therefore, the C. magnocarpa germplasm possess a higher level of genetic diversity, and genetic differentiation is significant.

  Response of Flue-cured Tobacco Growth and Development to Bio-organic Fertilizer 2017, 33 (30):  38-42.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb16090048 Abstract + ( 565 )   To study the response of flue-cured tobacco to bio-organic fertilizer, and provide references for flue- cured tobacco production, the effect of bio- organic fertilizer on flue- cured tobacco physiologicalbiochemical indexes, yield and quality was analyzed by different bio-organic fertilizer application tests. The results showed that the combined application of bio- organic fertilizer increased roots volume and net photosynthetic rate of flue-cured tobacco leaves, promoted the growth of flue-cured tobacco, increased firstclass tobacco leaves ratio, yield and quality, and out-put value; the yield of flue-cured tobacco increased by 9.35%-11.2% and reached 2159.1 kg/hm2 and 2361.0 kg/hm2, the out-put value increased by 2.51%-15.2% and reached 55057.1 yuan/hm2 and 61858.2 yuan/hm2, the ratio of first-class tobacco leaves increased by 0.95%-3.63%; economic benefit increased by 2.14%-14.5% under the same other production costs; economic character index (ECI ) and chemical components usability index (CCUI ) of combined bio- organic fertilizer application treatment were better than those of CK. Therefore, reasonably combined application of bio-organic fertilizer has positive effect on flue-cured tobacco production.

  Identification and Analysis of Steviol Glycosides in Stevia Rebaudiana Leaves by HPLC-MS 2017, 33 (30):  43-50.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb16090028 Abstract + ( 583 )   To improve the measurement method of steviol glycosides (SGs) in Stevia leaves, several SGs standards and leaf extracts of‘Xinfeng 3’were analyzed and determined by using high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometer (HPLC-MS). And the retention time and order of 12 different SGs were identified, among which three (rubusoside, steviolbioside and rebaudioside E) were first reported. Based on the rebaudiodside A standard curve and HPLC fingerprints map of SGs, the composition of SGs in‘Xinfeng 3’ leaves was determined. Totally nine kinds of SGs including stevioside, rebaudioside A, B, C, D, E and F, rubusoside and steviolbioside were identified. The rebaudioside D and E were presented in trace amount. This study provides not only detailed ultraviolet-map for further detection of SGs, but also a reference method for finding and identifying new SGs.

The results show that: The soil conductivity under the influence of irrigation water and plant growth, Strawberry seedlings engraftment period, In the strawberry seedlings engraftment period is strict with the soil electrical conductivity, Need the soil electrical conductivity is less thanS0.30ms.cm-1,strawberry transplanting survival rate is high. Indicators for soil electrical conductivity(Beginning fertilization in seedling stage need the soil electrical conductivity is less thanS0.30ms.cm-1and After flowering need the soil electrical conductivity is less thanS0.35ms.cm-1,) And "quantitative" fertilization, The soil conductivity curve less volatile, Plant growth is moderate, high output.

  Effect of pH Value on Migration and Transformation of“Three Nitrogen”in Shallow Groundwater 2017, 33 (30):  56-60.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb16090039 Abstract + ( 610 )   “Three nitrogen”pollution including ammonia nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen, which has become a common form of groundwater pollution. Study on the migration and transformation mechanism of “three nitrogen”is important to control shallow groundwater pollution. Sandy loam of surrounding areas in Haikou Nandu River was taken as the research medium, migration and transformation of“three nitrogen”were studied under 100 mg/L nitrogen solution leaching under the pH value of 6.5, 5.5 and 4.5 by soil column leaching experiment. The results showed that the concentration of NH4 +-N, NO2--N and NO3--N decreased from No.1 to No.3 sampling point under pH 6.5 and 5.5, which was mainly due to the adsorption of soil and nitrification and denitrification. The removal efficiencies of NH4+-N, NO2--N and NO3--N were 57.2%, 65.3% and 91.6%, respectively, under pH 6.5, but they were 46.3%, 61.2% and 60.4%, respectively, under pH 5.5. pH 6.5 was in the optimal pH range of adsorption, nitrification and denitrification, and it had the highest removal efficiency of“three nitrogen”. The concentration of NO2--N increased from 141.3 g/L to 147 g/L at pH 4.5, and the concentration of NO3--N increased from 11.3 mg/L to 34.56 mg/L, it indicated that nitrification and denitrification were inhibited by acid environment, and the absorption efficiency was week, which might lead to the accumulation of NO2--N and NO3--N in soil. The soil in Hainan area was acidic, the concentration of“three nitrogen”in groundwater should be monitored timely and corresponding measures should be taken to control the pollution.

  Agricultural Non-point Source Pollution Loads: Spatial Distribution and Risk Assessment 2017, 33 (30):  61-66.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb16090062 Abstract + ( 587 )   In order to study the agricultural non-point source pollution and risk assessment of spatial load, we summarized the latest research progress in recent 10 years at home and abroad, founding that there is more research in the agricultural non-point source pollution spatial distribution and risk assessment, including pollution source factor and migration factor on the spatial distribution of progress, but studies on the comprehensive risk assessment is a lack of research, distribution and correlation of the pollution load are still inadequate, so it is necessary to study on division and management measures to control pollution load classification.This research introduces the current status of agricultural non-point source pollution, analyzes the sources of agricultural non-point source pollution, summarized and compared agricultural non-point source pollution estimation model in distributed models. Agricultural non-point source pollution spatial distribution characteristics respectively from the regional distribution of rainfall ,soil erosion and different types of land use were analyzed ; finally, the result about evaluation on different regional agriculture non-point source pollution risk in China were summarized; and put forward the future research emphasis of agricultural non-point source pollution spatial distribution and risk assessment.

  Heavy Metal Content of Water and Risk Assessment in the Lower Reaches of the Yangtze River 2017, 33 (30):  67-73.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb17040051 Abstract + ( 671 )   The paper aims to master the pollution levels of heavy metals in the Yangtze River Basin. The authors selected Anhui and Jiangsu sections in the Yangtze River as sampling points, and collected 16 water samples in June 2016 to determine the contents of 6 heavy metals. The heavy metal contents in the water samples were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometer. The results showed that: there were no residual Cd in the collected water samples, and the other heavy metals had varying degrees of residues; the residual mean value of Cr, Pb, Cu, Hg and As was 4.276, 1.866, 5.762, 0.016, 1.421 μg/L, respectively; as a whole, higher levels of heavy metals were found in Anqing and Jingjiang, followed by Nanjing and Tongling, while the pollution in Wuhu was the minimal; the Cr pollution in Jingjiang, Anqing and the Hg pollution in Tongling Site 1 reached tertiary level; secondary pollution area was mainly with Cu, Pb level in Tongling Site 1 also reached secondary pollution level, while the other elements’ pollution was insignificant. This study provides a basis for the effective control of heavy metal pollution in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River, and the realization of scientific management of water environment health risk, and has technical data support for quality and safety assessment of aquatic products.

  Non-point source pollution of planting industry in different river basin of Jiangxi provinceWang Hui-ming;Chen Yan;Xu Xiao-lin;Zhang Hong-yan;Zhou Li-jun;Liu Yu-xin;Liu Kai-lou 2017, 33 (30):  74-78.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb16090078 Abstract + ( 778 )   In planting industry, non-point source pollution situation of one region can be shown macroscopically through the scale research of river basin. Therefore, the census data about agricultural non-point source pollution (ANSP) in Jiangxi was used in this study, then, nitrogen (N) and phosphorus (P) fertilizer rate and ANSP were compared among different river basin. The results showed that: there was different in N and P fertilizers among all river basins in Jiangxi, they were shown: Ganjiang river>Fuhe river and Poyang lake>Xinjiang river>outside river >Raohe and Xiuhe river; meanwhile, the fertilizers amounts in Ganjiang river was the highest, the ratio of the N and P fertilizers with total province were 51.7% and 51.2%; ANSP also showed that Ganjiang river basin was highest, the ratio of COD, TP, TN and NH3-N emissions with total province were 62.3%, 56.3%, 53.4% and 53.4%, respectively, then, its COD, TP, TN and NH3-N emissions intensity were increased by 47.5%, 26.5%, 21.8% and 14.8% than that of province. So, the Ganjiang river basin was key region in Jiangxi for ANSP control and chemical fertilizer reduction.

  Farmland Soil Cadmium Pollution of In Situ Passivation Remediation Technology 2017, 33 (30):  79-83.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb16090027 Abstract + ( 753 )   The authors introduced present situation of soil cadmium pollution in China and abroad and the source of cadmium in farmland, and summarized the form of cadmium in soil and its bioavailability, the concept and mechanism of in situ passivation remediation and the main types of passivation. In situ passivation remediation technology of soil cadmium pollution had many advantages, such as low investment, highefficiency, short time of repairing, easy operation and so on, it could be well applied to the soil with low or moderate pollution. In addition, the authors proposed the limitations of in situ remediation of cadmium pollution in farmland soil and improvement measures.

  Response of Fine Root to Nitrogen Deposition and Elevated Atmospheric CO2 Concentration in Boreal Forest 2017, 33 (30):  84-90.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb16110155 Abstract + ( 688 )   Boreal forest is the second largest biome in the world, accounting for about 30 percent of the global forest area. Although fine root biomass accounts for only a small fraction of the total in the boreal forests, their turnover rates are faster and more easily decomposed, so they contribute more to soil carbon cycle and atmospheric carbon flux. In this paper, we summarized the changes of nitrogen (N) deposition and CO2 concentration, and summarized and compared the results of the fine root correlation research, and discussed the response of the morphology, anatomical structure and physiological function of the fine root to N deposition and CO2 concentration changes. The results are as follows: (1) China''s atmospheric N deposition has been on the rise, and the proportion of organic N is closely related to human activities gradually increased, while the inorganic nitrogen in the NH4-N and NO3-N trends are different; (2) The atmospheric CO2 concentration has been on the rise and may decline in the future, and the fine root morphological characteristics, anatomical structure and physiological function showed the obvious response to the two factors. (3) Tree species, age, soil types will affect the response of the fine root morphology, anatomical structure and physiological functions to nitrogen deposition and elevated CO2 concentration, and there are different changes in performance. This article can provide the reference basis and data support for the response of boreal forest and temperate forest ecosystem function to elevated nitrogen deposition and CO2 concentration.

  Effect of Three Different Herb-rubber Intercropping Patterns on Soil Physical and Chemical Properties in Rubber Forest 2017, 33 (30):  91-96.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb16080132 Abstract + ( 663 )   The paper aims to study the effect of herb-rubber intercropping patterns on improving soil physical and chemical properties, and screen out the best intercropping pattern. Physical and chemical properties, such as soil water content, pH value, organic matter content, total N and available N were tested by soil physical and chemical analysis under three herb-rubber intercropping patterns. The results showed that the three different herb- rubber intercropping patterns had a significant influence on soil physical and chemical properties, especially soil organic matter content and total nitrogen content. PCA analysis showed that sharen-rubber and gegen-rubber intercropping patterns were the best herb-rubber intercropping patterns, which had an obvious improving effect on rubber soil physical and chemical properties.

  Effect of pH Adjustor on Available Cadmium in Paddy Soils 曹胜 2017, 33 (30):  97-102.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb16120051 Abstract + ( 525 )   To clarify the dynamic effects of different pH adjustors on available Cd in paddy soil, four kinds of pH adjustor were added to Mashani soils with 1, 5, 10 and 20 mg/kg exogenous Cd, and the adjustors’effect on Cd effectiveness on the 15th and 45th day was studied by indoor culture experiment. The results showed that compared with CK the addition of SH1.5, SH3, GG1.5 and GG3 adjustors could increase soil pH value to a certain extent, thus to reduce the available content of Cd in soil. The contents of available cadmium in Cd contaminated soil with the four concentrations extracted by TCLP and CaCl2 were negatively correlated with soil pH value. The Cd contents of TCLP extract state and CaCl2 exchange state decreased by 17.41%~48.02% and 30.95%~87.89%, and the remediation effect of SH3 was outstanding. The results could provide scientific guidance for safe production and resistance control in Cd over-standard paddy field.

  Effects of Different Fertilization on Soil Enzyme Activities and Microbial Community in Acid Tobacco-planting Soil 2017, 33 (30):  103-110.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb16100078 Abstract + ( 684 )   A field experiment was conducted to compare the effects of five fertilizer managements(calcium-magnesia phosphate fertilizer,slaked lime, organic fertilizer,and matured compost) and a tobacco farmers traditional fertilizer control on soil pH、enzyme activities、microbial quantity and microbial community functional diversity in tobacco．The results showed that the soil Ph is characterized by FS > YT > SSH > CK2 > CK1, Soil enzyme activities ,the amounts of bacteria, actinomycetes and the total number of microbes in tobacco plants’rhizosphere also significantly changed．The effects of fertilization regimes on soil enzyme activity,the amounts of bacteria, actinomycetes and the total number of microbes in tobacco plants’rhizosphere generally followed the order: FS 、YT > SSH 、CK2 > CK1．The Biolog results suggested that each fertilizer treatment were higher than that of control the average well color development( AWCD) and increased the species diversity,richness and evenness． The relative ratios of six groups of carbon sources by microbes were changed to some extent after the application of different fertilizer． Compared with the traditional fertilizer control, other fertilizers application enhanced the capacity of microbes in using carbohydrates, amino acids , carboxylic acids and polyphenols． but decreased the utilization of polymers．The principal components analysis demonstrated that the differentiation of microbial community was mainly in utilization of carbohydrates, amino acids and carboxylic acids．In aggregate compared with tobacco farmers fertilizer, FS, YT treatment works best.

  Heavy Rainfall Characteristics and Causes Analysis of Typhoon “Soudelor”（1513） 2017, 33 (30):  111-121.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb16090005 Abstract + ( 802 )   [Abstract]The paper aims to improve typhoon torrential forecast accuracy, reduce agricultural losses caused by typhoon rainstorm,and provide decision basis for disaster prevention and reduction.Using NCEP 6-hourly reanalysis data with resolution 1°×1°, regional automatic weather station live observation data and combined with terrain features ,the authors analyzed the causes of heavy rainfall in Zhejiang by “Soudelor” from typhoon track,physical field which are related to heavy rainfall,near the surface layer of the convergence and the effect of terrain.The results shows that The interaction between the typhoon track and the large scale circulation is closely related.Further,the positive vorticity field axis also indicates the future trend of the typhoon to some extent.In this case,”Soudelor” had a long time maintenance to moving northwest before landing is mainly due to the stability of the subtropical high.By analyzing the relationship between strong precipitation and each physical quantity field, the following conclusions can be drawn:(1)Typhoon torrential rain is always in the junction area of the southeast jet and the mountain wind slope.(2)The heavy rainfall have some correspondences between moisture flux convergence area,high value of specific humidity area,high value of positive vorticity area and the twin peaks of pseudo equivalent temperature.In addition,the long time maintenance of near the surface layer convergence system,the east low west high terrain of Taizhou and the local bell shaped terrain are important conditions for the local production of super precipitation.

  A Severe Cold Weather Process Affecting Hainan Island in 2016 2017, 33 (30):  122-129.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb16090034 Abstract + ( 646 )   To investigate the characteristics of weather change in Hainan Island under the influence of strong cold air and further improve the prediction accuracy, based on regional automatic station data of Hainan, conventional observation data and NCEP/NCAR 2.5°×2.5° 4-times daily reanalysis data, and with the synoptic principle and the dynamic diagnosis, the authors analyzed a severe cold weather process affecting Hainan Island during January 22-26, 2016. The results showed that: the polar vortex split toward the south, the ridge in the Ural Mountains fiercely developed so that the cold air could gather in the transverse trough, in front of the transverse trough, the gradient of geopotential height was quite large, and the negative variation of the height was obvious, so was the cold advection, these above mentioned conditions were favorable to revising the transverse trough and moving southwards , which could guide the outbreak of strong cold air southward. The strong cold advection was the main reason of sever cooling in Hainan Island, on the other hand, the shortwave trough was quite active in low latitude area and the warm wet current in front of that could interact with the southward cold air and caused the precipitation.

In recent years, the disease was ingravescent in China due to the shift of farmingsystem (e.g., protective farming and straw returning) and weather conditions, and maize varieties with high resistance to stalk rot can use less was contributed to increasing of field pathogen. The current advances in the predominant pathogens, expressive of symptoms, classification standard, infection regulation, evaluation method of resistance identification of maize stalk rot are reviewed in details in this paper, and the control strategies of this disease are put forward, which will provide an important basis for maize resistance breeding and disease control.

  Research Progress of Taxonomy and Secondary Metabolites of Fomitopsis 2017, 33 (30):  135-147.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb16090045 Abstract + ( 837 )   To know the latest research progress of taxonomy and secondary metabolites of Fomitopsis, the authors summarized taxonomic changes about Fomitopsis according to literatures and authoritative websites, and pointed out 37 current species. Based on chemical structures, monomers of the secondary compounds from Fomitopsis were summed up, including the kinds of steroids, coumarin, fatty acids and others compounds. The biological activities of the metabolites and the extracts from different solvents were analyzed, such as antimicrobial, antitumor, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and insecticidal activities. These compounds showed huge application potential in medical and agricultural domain. The taxonomic changes, secondary metabolites and their biological activities of fungi belonging to Fomitopsis were generalized, and the study could provide references to further investigation on Fomitopsis.

  Industrialization of Hainan National Multiplication and Breeding Based on Three Dimensional SWOT Model 2017, 33 (30):  148-160.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb16090002 Abstract + ( 774 )   The paper aims to study the industry of Hainan National Breeding and Multiplication (HNBM for short) and to provide references for its industrial planning. Importing the classical strategic thought of ‘opportunity of overall situation, favorable geography and human harmony’of Sunbin and Mencius, the authors were engaged in improving SWOT model, analyzing the industry, finding out the key problems of industrial development and intrinsic motivation, and putting forward corresponding strategies and suggestions. SWOT matrix of three dimensions was proposed after the comprehensive analysis. Although theX dimension of HNBM development was supported by science and technology resources, intellect resources and humanity resources, but lacked other entities and personnel support, and HNBM innovation advantage was not yet transformed to the Hainan science and technology innovation advantage, which was the largest disadvantage to HNBM industrial development. There were some advantages of the Y dimension, including natural environment advantage for developing HNBM breeding and technology services, geographical advantage of being near to Southeast Asia, and social environment advantage of HNBM industry innovation and enterprise, but it also faced fierce competition in the market.Z dimension had a good external environment, importing the strategic emerging industries, the international and domestic chance of breeding industry were good. The key problems that restrained the development of HNBM included a failure transformation of HNBM resources to local advantages, lacking entities relative to production, research and application, the industrial foundation was weak without supporting policies, and the fleeting development opportunities. Therefore, the industrial development of HNBM is the internal motive to the growth of breeding industry and the construction of HNBM system itself, and it can drive the optimization and adjustment of industrial structure, motivate the construction of‘the Belt and Road’, and promote the industrialization of HNBM.

  Fresh Agricultural Products Online Shopping: Consumers ’Attitudes and Intentions Based on Empirical Investigation in Beijing 2017, 33 (30):  158-164.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb16090016 Abstract + ( 589 )   In order to study consumers’online behavior on fresh agricultural products, based on the theory of the Technology Acceptance Model, this paper established an integrated framework to analyze the factors such as perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived risk and seller trust which influenced consumers’ attitudes and intentions to fresh agricultural products online shopping. Based on a valid sample data of 338 online consumers in Beijing, the research applied the method of structural equation modeling to assess the hypotheses. The results showed that: perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and trust had significantly positive effect on attitudes to fresh agricultural products online shopping, while perceived risk had negative effect on attitudes to fresh agricultural products online shopping, but the influence was not significant. Finally, some proposals were put forward to fresh agricultural products online websites and enterprises.
