The study aims to promote agricultural science and technology innovation, improve soybean yield and quality, and promote sustainable agricultural development. In recent years, with the soybean varieties validated in Anhui Province and south Huanghuai area as the material, the growth of different varieties was measured by the method of field survey and statistics. By analyzing climatic conditions, field performance, seed traits, equivalent yield of different varieties and correlation analysis of the main traits and other results, it found that the 'Yongmindou 5' yield ranked first in the group I of demonstration varieties. The variety has high yield potential, moderate fertility, moderate plant height, and lodging resistance, suitable for machine harvesting, more effective pods, moderate seed size, good luster, and excellent overall performance. The yield of 'Wandou 42' ranked first in group II of the demonstration varieties, with high yield potential, long fertility, moderate plant height, more effective branches, more effective pods, good seed luster, and excellent overall performance. The yield of 'Yongdou 1' ranked first in group Ⅲ of the demonstration varieties, which has high yield potential, moderate fertility, moderate plant height, lodging resistance, suitable for machine harvesting, more effective branches, large seeds, good luster, and excellent overall performance. Through the soybean demonstration trials, the soybean varieties with high yield, high quality and strong resistance were screened out, which was helpful to improve the yield and total yield of soybean and promote the close integration of scientific research and production.
