乳酸菌素对肉鸡生产性能和屠宰性能的影响

Effects of Lactobacillin on Growth Performance and Slaughter Performance of Broiler Chickens

摘要:

为了探讨乳酸菌素对肉鸡生产性能和屠宰性能的影响。300只1日龄健康肉仔鸡随机分为5组,每组设4个重复,每个重复15只。Ⅰ组为空白对照组,饲喂基础日粮,Ⅱ组为抗生素对照组,Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组分别在基础日粮中添加50,100,200 mg/kg乳酸菌素。比较各处理组对肉鸡的生产性能和屠宰性能的影响。试验期70天。结果表明,各组间平均日采食量差异不显著(P>0.05);Ⅱ和Ⅳ组平均日增重较Ⅰ组显著提高(P<0.05),而Ⅱ和Ⅳ组间的平均日增重差异不显著(P>0.05);Ⅳ组料重显著低于Ⅰ组(P<0.05),与Ⅱ组差异不显著(P>0.05)。屠宰性能方面,半净膛率和全净膛率各组间差异不均显著(P>0.05);胸肌率及腿肌率,Ⅱ、Ⅳ组较Ⅰ组显著提高(P<0.05),其他各组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。可见,添加100 mg/kg乳酸菌素可显著降低肉鸡的料重比和显著提高胸肌率及腿肌率,其结果与抗生素组相同。

Abstract:

In order to investigate the effects of Lactobacillin on growth performance and slaughter performance of broilers. 300 one-day-old broiler chickens were randomly divided into five groups with four replicates in each group and 15 chickens per replicates. The chickens in control group (groupⅠ) were only fed with basic diet. Those in groupⅡ were fed with basic diet supplemented with antibiotics that was composed with 60 mg/kg Colistin sulfate whose content was ten percent and 200 mg/kg Zinc Bacitracin whose content was fifteen percent. And those in other groups (groupⅢ, Ⅳ,Ⅴ) were fed basic diet supplemented with Lactobacillin of 50, 100, 200 mg/kg, respectively. The experiment lasted for 70 days. And the growth performance and slaughter performance were respectively measured on the 70th day. The results showed that the average feed intake had no significant difference in every group (P>0.05). The average weight gain of groups Ⅱ and Ⅳ were higher than groupⅠ (P<0.05), but the average weight gain of groups between groupⅡ and groupⅣ was not significantly deference. The feed conversion rates of group Ⅳ were significantly lower than groupⅠ (P<0.05) at 70th day. The whole net carcass rate and half net carcass rate had no significantly difference in every group (P>0.05). The percentage of breast muscle and leg muscle of group Ⅱ and Ⅳ were higher than groupⅠ (P<0.05), significant differences were not observed between other groups (P>0.05). It was concluded that 100 mg/kg Lactobacillin could reduced the growth performance and slaughter performance of broilers.
