玉米NAC转录因子片段的克隆及分析

Cloning and Sequence Analysis of NAC Transcription Factor Gene Fragment in Maize (Zea mays)

摘要:

以三叶期玉米幼苗为材料,根据NAC转录因子特有的保守结构设计特异引物,利用RT-PCR技术获得一个玉米NAC转录因子的基因片段,并对该片段进行了测序和生物信息学分析。测序分析结果表明,克隆得到的NAC转录因子基因片段为230 bp,聚类分析结果表明其属于NAC家族的NAM亚类。该片段的获得为克隆玉米NAC转录因子基因全长,进而为玉米抗逆育种奠定了基础。

Abstract:

In this study, maize (Zea mays) seedlings with three leaves were used as experimental materials, a NAC transcription factor gene fragment was cloned and sequenced. The specific primer was designed according to the specific conserved domain of NAC transcription factor, and a gene fragment was amplified by RT-PCR. The results showed that, the fragment was 230 bp, and belonged to the NAC family NAM subfamily. The fragment laid the foundation for cloning the full-length of maize NAC transcription and stress-resistant breeding in future.
