摘要: 茶树是中国具有传统优势的经济作物之一,具有丰富的遗传多样性。能否快速、精确地从大量的茶树种质资源中筛选出适合育种的优异基因,是决定茶树育种成功与否的重要因素。为了提高茶树新品种的育种效率,更好地为科研和生产服务,建立茶树资源的核心种质就成了当务之急。笔者回顾了核心种质的概念及研究概况,总结了国内茶树核心种质的研究现状,概括了茶树核心种质的构建步骤及方法,分析了茶树核心种质的有效性检验方法,发掘了构建茶树核心种质中存在的问题,并就如何更好地构建茶树核心种质进行了展望。

Abstract: Tea tree is one of the traditional economic crops in China and has abundant genetic diversity. Whether the excellent genes for breeding can be quickly and accurately selected from huge tea germplasm resources is an important factor for successful tea tree breeding. In order to improve the breeding efficiency to serve production and scientific research, to create core germplasm of tea tree resources has become the urgent task. In this paper, the concept and general situation of core germplasm were reviewed, the current research situation of tea tree core germplasm in China was summarized, the establishment of steps and methods of the tea tree core germplasm were outlined, the inspection method on the effectiveness of tea tree core germplasm was analyzed, the problems in building tea tree core germplasm were explored, and the future of tea tree core germplasm was prospected.
