4株溶磷解钾芽孢杆菌的互作效应研究

Interaction Effect of Four Strains of Bacillus sp. for Soluble Phosphorus and Potassium

摘要: 通过A、B、C、D 4株解磷解钾芽孢杆菌间互作效应研究,找出最佳菌株组合,为复合菌肥的研制提供技术支持。通过钼锑抗比色法、火焰分光光度计等方法分别测定了上述4株芽孢杆菌单独和混合培养菌株的溶磷、解钾能力与培养液pH和有机酸总量变化及其彼此之间的相关性。结果表明:在无机磷发酵培养液上清液中,菌株混合培养的各处理可溶性磷含量均明显高于单菌株处理,并且各处理的可溶性磷含量与pH成显著的负相关,而与有机酸总量成明显的正相关;在有机磷发酵培养液上清液中,各处理的可溶性磷含量差异不显著(P>0.05),而且可溶性磷含量与pH、有机酸总量之间不存在显著的相关性;在钾矿石发酵培养液上清液中,各处理均具有一定的溶钾能力,并且可溶性钾含量与其pH、有机酸总量之间、有机酸总量与pH之间均呈现一定的相关性,但各处理可溶性钾含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。各菌株混合培养,尤其是三菌和四菌株组合处理能显著提高可溶性磷含量,但并不完全表现为加成效应;综合各处理的特性,第13处理组组合菌株间协同效应较强,有望成为最佳菌株组合。

Abstract: The purpose of this experiment is to study phosphorus and potassium interaction effect of four Bacillus strains A, B, C and D, find out the best combination of strains, and provide technical support for the development of compound fertilizer. Molybdenum antimony colorimetric method and flame spectrophotometer method were employed to determine the soluble phosphorus, potassium ability, solution pH value and total content of organic acid changes in culture and the relationship between each other of individual and mix-cultured strains of 4 Bacillus strains. The results showed that in the culture fermentation supernatant of inorganic phosphorus, soluble phosphorus content of mixed strains was significantly higher than that of single strain, soluble phosphorus content had a significant negative correlation with the pH, and an obviously positive correlation with the total content of organic acid. In organic phosphorus fermentation supernatant, the processing difference of soluble phosphorus content was not significant (P>0.05), there was no significant correlation between soluble phosphorus content and pH and total organic acid. In the potassium ore fermentation culture supernatant, each treatment group had certain ability of dissolving potassium, and the contents of soluble potassium had certain correlations with its pH and total organic acid, while total organic acid amount had a certain correlation with and the pH. But the difference of soluble potassium content was not significant (P>0.05). Mix-cultured strains, especially three and four strains combination treatments could significantly improve the soluble phosphorus content, but did not fully show the bonus effect. Considering the characteristics of each treatment, the 13th group had strong synergistic effect, and could become the best combination of strains.
