不同果园土壤微生物分布与生态因子的冗余分析

Redundancy Analysis Between Microbes Distribution and Ecological Factors in Different Orchard Soil

摘要: 为了解哈尔滨周围县市不同果园土壤中微生物的分布情况及其与土壤理化因子和土壤酶活之间的相关性,本研究采用不同培养基对7个土壤样地微生物进行分离与菌落计数,同时对土壤理化指标以及土壤中6种酶的含量进行检测。结果表明,不同果园土壤理化指标和土壤酶活性的差异影响到土壤微生物数量和分布。PCA分析显示,民兴果园、长胜果园、五家果园和和平村果园的相对差异较小,哈山大队果园、王家果园和哈蜚二队果园三者之间差异不显著;RDA排序结果显示,电导率、速效磷、有机质和铵态氮是影响微生物数量和分布的主要环境因子,磷酸酶和蔗糖酶是产生影响的主要土壤酶。本研究为土壤微生物调查提供数据,也为今后果园土壤改造打下一定基础。

Abstract: The paper aims to understand the distribution of microbes in different orchard soil around Harbin, and the relationship between microbes distribution and soil and enzyme properties, microorganisms in 7 different soil samples collected were separated and counted with different culture, the physical and chemical properties of soil and the contents of 6 enzymes were detected concurrently. The results showed that: the microbial quantity and distribution in soil were affected by the difference of soil property and enzyme activity; PCA analysis showed little variation among the soil samples in Mingxing, Changsheng, Wujia and Heping orchard; similarly, samples from Hashan, Wangjia and Hafei orchard showed no obvious diversity; further RDA analysis showed that the major factors affecting microbial quantity and distribution included the soil conductivity, available phosphorus, organic matter and ammonium nitrogen in soil, as well as the phosphatase and sucrase activity. This study provided data for soil microbes investigation and laid a foundation for orchard soil renewal work in the future.
