Evaluation of Carbon Effect of Land Use Structure in Hebei

摘要: [目的]不同的土地利用结构决定了人类能源活动强度和碳源碳汇的增减量,为了实现低碳发展,进行土地利用结构碳效应评价。[方法]以河北省为例,利用中国能源统计年鉴和河北省经济年鉴的相关数据,运用统计分析法和定性定量分析等研究方法,采用ARCGIS软件制图,对不同土地利用结构的碳源和碳汇进行了研究,从时间和空间两个角度进行研究,对2006-2015年河北省各种土地利用类型的碳排放效应以及各市的碳排放空间分布情况进行综合评价。[结果]分析结果表明,河北省碳排放效应时空差异较大,碳排放相对较高的地区主要集中在唐山市、石家庄市、邯郸市。[结论]通过研究河北省碳排放现状,从能源消费结构、产业布局结构、土地利用结构等方面,提出河北省低碳可持续发展建议。研究成果对河北省的低碳发展具有重要的理论研究意义。

Abstract: Land use structure determines the intensity of human energy activities and carbon sequestration of carbon source. To achieve low carbon development, the carbon effect of land use structure is evaluated. Taking Hebei Province as an example, the carbon source and carbon sink of different land use structures were studied, and the carbon emission effects of various land use types in Hebei and the spatial distribution of carbon emissions in different cities from 2006 to 2015 were comprehensively evaluated, from two angles of time and space, by taking the methods of statistical analysis and qualitative and quantitative analysis, and using ArcGIS software mapping. The results showed that the spatial and temporal differences of carbon emissions in Hebei were relatively large. The regions with relatively high carbon emissions were mainly concentrated in Tangshan, Shijiazhuang and Handan. By studying the current situation of carbon emission in Hebei, this paper put forward suggestions on the sustainable development of low carbon from the aspects of energy consumption structure, industrial layout structure, land use structure and so on. The research results could have certain theoretical significance for the low carbon sustainable development in Hebei Province.
