种子包衣用耐水成膜剂ZY904的应用效果

Application effect of water-resistant film-forming agent ZY904 for seed coating

摘要: 本试验通过对耐水成膜助剂ZY904-1、ZY904-2、ZY904-3的物理化学性能和应用性能指标的测定来评价成膜剂性能,从而探究成膜剂在水稻种子包衣上的应用效果,筛选出能显著提高农药缓释性能的成膜剂及添加浓度。试验通过高效液相色谱法,定量测定了浸种后不同时间点农药保持率。结果表明:成膜剂ZY904-2在添加浓度为0.5%时,包衣均匀度达95.7%,包衣脱落率为1.7%,与对照相比,发芽势和发芽率增长率为1.25%、3.23%,株高和根长提高0.52、0.62 cm,地上干重和地下干重增重0.46、0.33 g,在浸水40天后,嘧菌酯保持率仍能达到47.26%。成膜剂ZY904-2在应用于水稻种衣剂后能促进植株生长,显著提高嘧菌酯缓释性能,推荐应用于水稻种衣剂研究开发中。

Abstract: In this research, the application of film-forming agent on rice seed coating was evaluated by measuring the physical and chemical properties and application performance indexes of water-resistant film-forming additives ZY904-1, ZY904-2 and ZY904-3. The purpose is to screen out the film-forming agent and the added concentration which can significantly improve the sustained-release properties of pesticides.The high performance liquid chromatography method was used to quantitatively determine the pesticide retention rate at different time points after soaking.The results showed that the filming agent ZY904-2 had a coating uniformity of 95.7% and a coating shedding rate of 1.7% at an additive concentration of 0.5%. The growth rate of germination and germination rate was 1.25% and 3.23% compared with the control, plant height and root length increased by 0.52 and 0.62 cm, respectively.The overground dry weight and underground dry weight increased by 0.46 g and 0.33 g, respectively. After 40 d of water immersion, the azoxystrobin retention rate could still reach 47.26%. The film-forming agent ZY904-2 can promote the growth of plants after application to rice seed coating agent, and significantly improve the sustained release property of azoxystrobin. It is recommended to be applied in the research and development of rice seed coating agents.
