海南农垦天然橡胶生产科技进步贡献率的测算与分析

Calculation and Analysis on Science and Technology Progress Contribution Rate of Natural Rubber Industry in Hainan State Farms

摘要:

为分析海南农垦天然橡胶产业的科技投入对产业的影响程度,运用Cobb-Douglas生产函数构建海南农垦天然橡胶生产函数模型,以海南农垦1995—2009年天然橡胶生产的有关数据为例,测算了海南农垦天然橡胶产业科技进步贡献率为80.04%,说明科学技术的发展对海南农垦天然橡胶产业做出了较大的贡献。最后提出了实现海南农垦天然橡胶生产稳定发展的对策建议,即加快更新、增加科技投入、加强人才队伍建设等。

Abstract:

In order to analyze the degree of influence of science and technology input in Hainan State Farms natural rubber industry, this paper use Cobb-Douglas production function to build a Hainan State Farms natural rubber production function model, Data was taken from Hainan State Farms natural rubber production during 1995 to 2009 period, Then results showed that contribution rate of science and technology progress of natural rubber production of Hainan State Farms was 80.04%,that is to say, science and technology contributed to the development of Hainan State Farms natural rubber. At last some countermeasures and suggestions on stable development of natural rubber production were proposed, i.e. accelerating the rate of updating, increasing science and technology input, enhancing the construction of talents in natural rubber production and research.
