丹翘灌注液抗炎镇痛作用的研究

摘要: 研究丹翘灌注液的抗炎镇痛作用。采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、棉球致小鼠肉芽肿、小鼠醋酸扭体反应、小鼠福尔马林致痛模型观察丹翘灌注液的抗炎和镇痛作用。40、20、10 g/kg的丹翘灌注液能不同程度的抑制二甲苯引起的小鼠耳廓肿胀、棉球引起的肉芽肿增生;不同程度的减少醋酸引起的小鼠扭体次数和福尔马林引起的舔足时间。结果表明,丹翘灌注液具有抗炎、镇痛的作用。

Abstract: To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic activities of Danqiao perfusate, xylene-induced ear swelling and cotton pellet-induced granuloma tissue formation tests in mice were conducted to evaluate the anti-inflammatory activity , acetic acid-induced writhing response, and formalin tests in mice were conducted to assess the analgesic activity. The results showed that Danqiao perfusate ( 40 g/kg、20 g/kg、10 g/kg) could inhibit xylene-induced ear swelling, suppress granulomatous tissue formation, decrease aceticacid-induced writhing numbers and formalin-induced licking foot times in mice. All of these results suggested that Danqiao perfusate has possess the significant anti-inflammatory and analgesic activities.
