摘要: 实施水稻精确施肥技术,既可显著降低氮肥用量,也可有效提高水稻产量,改善稻米品质,提高水稻综合生产能力,并保护环境、减少污染。水稻是江苏第一大粮食作物,稻米丰欠直接关系到江苏粮食安全。加快示范与推广水稻因土、因种、因苗精确施肥技术,率先推进精确稻作、节约型稻作与环境友好型稻作发展,是新世纪江苏稻作再上新水平的重要方向之一。这对于可持续增强江苏粮食综合生产能力,保障江苏粮食安全、食品质量安全与生态安全,实现高产、优质、高效、生态、安全的协调统一,促进社会主义新农村建设,具有重要意义。江苏已在水稻精确施肥技术研究与示范方面取得了一系列进展,但也存在若干发展中的问题,有待加以解决,以利于进一步扩大示范应用,发挥科技兴稻作用。

Abstract: The technology of site-specific fertilization in rice can not only decrease obviously the fertilization amounts, improve effectively the rice yield, quality and comprehensive productivity but also can protect environment and reduce pollution. Rice is the most important food crop in Jiangsu province and it decide directly the food safety. It is one of most important ways of reaching a new step for rice farming in Jiangsu province to quicken demonstration and spread the technology of site-specific fertilization in rice according to the soil, seed and seeding, to advance the development of precision, economy and friendly to environment in farming, which has an important significance to strengthen comprehensive productivity of food, to guarantee food and zoology safety, to realize the harmony among the high yield, quality, zoology and safety and to promote the construction of socialism new country. There have made great progress in the technology and demonstration of site-specific fertilization in rice in Jiangsu province, but there still exited some questions. Resolving the questions can enlarge demonstration and bring into play the science and technology for rice planting.
