大量元素不同浓度组合对试管马铃薯结薯的影响

The effect of the different combination of macroelements concentration on the microtuberization of test-tube potato

摘要: 大量元素在MS培养基中用量最大,如果改变其浓度组合能得到更多、更大的试管薯,这对试管薯的生产是很有利的。本研究以马铃薯品系97-1-1脱毒试管苗为材料,MS+5mg/L B9+8%蔗糖+0.4 mg/L IBA为基本培养基,通过改变诱导试管薯培养基中的大量元素浓度倍数,N、P、K浓度倍数,N、P、K分别的浓度(正交设计),以研究诱导试管薯培养基大量元素浓度的最优组合。结果表明,N、P、K整体加倍至2倍,大量元素其他成分不改变为经济效益的最优组合;不加P素,大量元素其他成分浓度不改变为试管薯数量的最优组合;不加N素,P、K加至2倍,大量元素其他成分不改变为试管薯直径的最优组合。

Abstract: The dosage of microelements is the majority in MS medium. If changing the concentration of macroelements' combination can get more and stronger test-tube potatoes, this is beneficial to produce. Selecting the strain of potato 97-1-1 as the original material, MS+5mg/L B9+8%sugar+0.4 mg/L IBA as the basic growth medium, through the way of changing multiple of numerous element concentration, the integral multiple of N, P and K concentration, separate multiple of N, P and K(orthogonal design) concentration in the inducing medium, we could get an optimum combination of numerous element. The result shows, when doubling N, P, K integrally and keeping other concentration of numerous elements unchanged, we can get the optimum combination of economic benefit. Without P and keeping other concentration unchanged, we can get the optimum combination of quantity of test-tube potato. Doubling P, K without N and keeping other concentration unchanged, we can get the optimum combination of diameter of test-tube potato.
