陕南燕麦提取葡聚糖的工艺过程及其优化

摘要: 以陕南燕麦为原料经过粉碎、乙醇回流、淀粉酶水解、碱液提取、微膜透析、冷冻干燥等工艺,研究提取β-葡萄糖最佳提取工艺和提取条件。研究结果表明:燕麦提取β-葡萄糖的最佳工艺条件为燕麦粉粒度为60目,燕麦粉糊化的料水比为1:10,加酶量为40U/ml,酶解2h,提取温度为75℃,pH8.0,微膜透析2h。在此工艺条件下可得到浓度72.4%~95.2%的β-葡萄糖纯品。

Abstract: The β-glucan was extracted from oat in South of Shanxi province by the process of comminution, hydrolysis of starch, immersion in alkali soluble et al. The results showed that the optimum conditions were 60 hole oat powder, ratio of oat powder and water 1:10, addition of α-amylase 40U/ml, time for hydrolysis 2h, temperature for extraction 75℃, and pH8.0, dialysis for microhole film 2h. The percentage extraction of β-glucan from oat was 72.4%~95.2%.
