宜州市不同桑树品种生理生化性状研究

Studies on Physiological and Biochemical Characters of Different Mulberry Varieties of Yizhou

摘要: 本试验以宜州市当前栽培的主要桑树品种:特优2号、粤桑11号、桂桑优62为材料,对不同桑树品种生理生化性状进行研究。试验结果表明:在各个测定时期,特优2号叶片的叶绿素含量均高于粤桑11号和桂桑优62叶片的叶绿素含量;粤桑11号叶片可溶性糖含量和水溶性蛋白质含量均比特优2号和桂桑优62的高;不同桑树品种叶片含水量和干物重均达正常水平;特优2号叶片丙二醛含量最低,而脯氨酸含量最高。

Abstract: The physiological and biochemical characters of different mulberry varieties were studied in this experiment, of which the mulberry varieties Premium 2, Guangdong Mulberry 11 and Guisang 62 which are major mulberry varieties cultivated in Yizhou were used as materials. The results showed that, in different testing time the chlorophyll content of leaves of Premium 2 was higher than that of Guangdong Mulberry 11 and Guisang 62. The soluble sugar content and water-soluble protein content of leaves of Guangdong Mulberry 11 than were higher than that of Premium 2 and Guisang 62. The water content and dry matter weight of three mulberry varieties reached the normal level in different testing time. The MDA content of leaves of Premium 2 was the lowest, while the proline content of it was the highest.
