北京地区白色金针菇菌株的SRAP分析

Genentic diversity analysis of white Flammulina velutipes strains in Beijing region using SRAP markers

摘要:

应用SRAP技术对22个金针菇(Flammulina velutipes)菌株进行了遗传多样性分析。结果表明,有9对引物可扩增出189条清晰、稳定的DNA条带; 聚类分析表明,在相似系数0. 820 水平时,可将其余供试菌株分为5大类,第一类包括F21高邮、F43、F1312高邮、F45、F48、金白10号、金针菇2001、白金上庄、金白1号、金白8号; 第二类包括日金1号和F47 ;第三类包括F8909、F14、F天、F合肥、F(分P)、FA2、F49、F6;第四类仅有金针菇2098;第五类仅有日本金信。本研究通过SRAP技术揭示了北京地区金针菇菌株的遗传多样性。

Abstract:

The genetic relationships among 22 Flammulina velutipes strains were analyzed by SRAP primers. Nine pairs of primers with good polymorphism were selected to amplify 22 representative F. velutipes strains from different sources. 189 repeatable DNA bands from tested F. velutipes were obtained. A dendrogram constructed by using the amplification data separated the test strains into five groups at a coefficient of 0.820. Group I comprised F. velutipes F21 gaoyou, F. velutipes F43, F. velutipes F1312 gaoyou, F. velutipes F45, F. velutipes F48, F. velutipes jinbai no. 10, F. velutipes 2001, F. velutipes baijinshangzhuang, F. velutipes jinbai no. 1, F. velutipes jinbai no. 8; Group II comprised F. velutipes rijin no. 1, F. velutipes F47. Group III comprised F. velutipes F8909, F. velutipes F14, F. velutipes Ftian, F. velutipes F hefei, F. velutipes FfenP, F. velutipes FA2, F. velutipes F49, F. velutipes F6. Group IV comprised F. velutipes 2098 and group V comprised F. velutipes Japan jinxin. Our data showed that SRAP could reveal the genetic diversity of F. velutipes strains in beijing region.
