Abstract:

The paper aims to explore the differences of microflora composition structure among different farmland types by studying the microorganism diversity of farmland soil in Linzhou, Lhasa. We isolated bacteria and actinomycetes from farmland soil and analyzed the 16S rDNA sequence, combined with the classic classification, we classified and identified the obtained strains, and finally determined the microflora composition structure of farmland soil. The results showed that soil bacteria were classified into 6 genera and 15 species, and actinomycetes were divided into 13 species; the occurrence frequency and relative abundance indicated that the dominant bacteria in soil were Bacillus cereus and Bacillus simple, however the dominant actinomyces were Streptomyces pseudogriseolus, Streptomyces ciscaucasicus and Streptomyces flavogriseus. Crop types have no significant influence on community composition of bacteria and actinomyces from farmland soil in Bailang village, Linzhou County.
