Abstract:

The identification technology of animal-derived ingredients requires high specificity, sensitivity and repeatability of detection methods in combating adulteration and smuggling of meat products, maintaining market orders and protecting wildlife resources. In this study, the detection and identification technologies of animal-derived ingredients were described, which had the characteristics of diversity and limitation. The principle and application of recombinase-polymerase mediated isothermal amplification technology were summarized, the limitations of PCR technology on instruments were solved, and the early isothermal amplification technology was optimized. The study points out that the recombinase-polymerase mediated isothermal amplification technology could be a technical basis for the rapid and accurate identification of animal-derived ingredients, and has a good application prospect in the diagnosis of animal epidemics.
