Abstract:

The study aims to conduct a dynamic analysis on the research hotspots of rhizobium at home and abroad from 2000 to 2019, summarize the dynamic research development direction of rhizobium, and provide reference for the researchers in rhizobium-studying area. The articles in Web of Science database from 2000 to 2019 were used as data source. The relative analysis was conducted with bibliometric analysis and VOS viewer software. The results showed that the number of rhizobium articles was generally increased from 2000 to 2019. The United States, France and China were the top three countries that published relevant articles. Spanish Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Cientificas published the most papers in the world. The main journals in this field included International Journal of Systematic and Evolutionary Microbiology, Molecular Plant Microbe Interactions, Applied and Environmental Microbiology. The most cited author was Young, ND, of University of Minnesota. In conclusion, the rhizobium research of China is in the developing process. In the future, in order to accelerate the development of relevant scientific research, it is necessary to further identify the research hotspots related to rhizobium, establish a stable sharing resource relationship, and enrich and strictly inspect the rhizobium resources database (RRDB), so as to promote the depth of rhizobium research.
