Abstract: In order to provide the basis for scientific and efficient fertilization of ratooning rice of the south area of Henan, the indica rice cultivar ‘Liangyou 6326’, ‘Yueyou 9113’ and ‘Huanghuazhan’ were used as the experimental materials in this study and different nitrogen supplySlevels for bud development in 15 days after the first season riceSfullSheading were carried out to proven promoting bud fertilizer and ratooning ability, yield and comprehensive benefits. The results show that: The relationship between difficent N amount of bud promoting fertilizer and yieldSofSmainScrop was not significant, but there was a significant difference between the difficent N amount of bud promoting fertilizer and the yield of the ratooning rice, and the relationship was a parabolic correlation. Moreover, the main factor affecting the yield of ratooning rice was the number of the regenerated ears. When the fertilizer application rate of bud fertilizer was 345.00 kg/hm2, the yield of ratooning rice and comprehensive benefit of the two cultivar ‘Liangyou 6326’ and ‘Yueyou 9113’ were the highest, while the yield and the comprehensive benefit of Huanghuazhan reached the peak at 390.00 kg/hm2.
