Abstract: With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization, the quantity demanded of construction land is more and more. This paper in order to deeply understand the construction land utilization and economic benefit, alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of land. Based on the data of construction land and social and economic of 2000-2009 years in Tianshui, using Grey relationship analysis method to analyze the dynamic change and drive factors of construction land in Tianshui, meanwhile select index factor related to construction land, making use of variation coefficient method to analysis and evaluate economic benefits of Tianshui construction land. The results indicated that, in 2000-2009, the growth of construction land in Tianshui was significantly, the main driving factors to influence increasing of construction land in Tianshui were the total population, GDP , 2 & 3 industry output value and passenger capacity; at the same time, the economic benefit of construction land also showed the trend of increased year by year. Based on the analysis of the influence factors for, to provide the reference for effective utilization of land resources and improve the economic benefit of land.
