Abstract: In order to explore the application effect of different rhizobia agents, in this paper, the effects of rhizobial and combination bacteria on leaf character, dry matter accumulation and yield of soybean were studied under field condition and with soybean ‘Hefeng 55’ as the material. The results showed that the rhizoidal and combination bacteria could improve soybean plant height, leaf area index, SPAD, dry matter accumulation and nodule number at different development stages. The rhizoidal and combination bacteria could also significantly increase the yield. Compared with the controls, plant height increased by 8.4% and 10.0% respectively; leaf area index increased by 47.1% and 41.2% respectively; leaf SPAD-value increased by 8.4% and 11.1% respectively; plant dry weight increased by 43.0% and 60.7% respectively, the nodule numbers increased by 44.0% and 50.5% respectively, and the difference reached significance level. Compared with the controls, rhizobia and combination bacteria could significantly increase the soybean yield by 18.3% and 27.7% respectively. On the basis of the above analysis, the effect of combination bacteria treatment was the best.
