Abstract: The objective of this study is to confirm the resistance of main cultivars against Fusarium oxysporum causing soybean root rot in Sanjiang Plain Area. 13 main cultivars were collected from Sanjiang Plain. The identification of those cultivars against F. oxysporum with pot and field test by artificial inoculation was done at the same time. Control check without artificial inoculation was done. The resistances of‘Kenfeng 16’and ‘Hefeng 55’were the best. The average disease indexes of‘Kenfeng 16’and‘Hefeng 55’were 15.33% and 20.67%, respectively. The resistances of‘Kenfeng16’and‘Hefeng 55’were shown in field test, too. The average disease indexes of‘Kenfeng16’and‘Hefeng 55’in field test were 25.55% and 22.89%, respectively. The yield decreasing rates of‘Kengfeng 16’and‘Hefeng 55’were the lowest for 3.55% and 3.77% , respectively, compared with the control, and the difference was significant.‘Kenfeng 16’and‘Hefeng 55’ were the resistant cultivars and suitable to be planted to control the soybean root rot causing by F. oxysporum in Sanjiang Plain Area.
