Abstract:

To study the effects of Uncaria rhynchophylla grow on soil properties in acidic soil of Guizhou, 30 soil samples were collected, including the U. rhynchophylla planting base land, surrounding forest land and wild grassland at Jianhe County, Guizhou, then 16 indexes including soil physical properties, nutrient content and enzyme activity were analyzed, and the differences between rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil were compared. The results showed that compared with forestland and grassland soil in the same area, the soil microenvironment of U. rhynchophylla-planting base was different, with lower pH and bulk density, and increased total porosity and capillary porosity of soil water and solid fertilizer capacity. The soil structure was improved, which was more conducive to plant growth, soil nutrient got full and effective use, and the enzyme activity was inhibited. Therefore, under the condition of mountainous geologic environment in Guizhou, U. rhynchophylla planted in yellow soil could get coordinated benefit between land use economic and eco-environment.
