Abstract: The transfer of agricultural land in China in the new period was studied in the paper. The major issues were elaborated -- the sale of land for the transfer of chaos and the root of the questions was analyzed. The solutions were proposed: standardizing the behavior of the government, establishing mechanisms for transferring the relevant legislation to strengthen, protecting the rights and interests of peasants and encouraging the rural population transfer to the cities.
