Abstract: A study on the antifungal substance and its extraction of biocontrol bacterial strain BH-2 fermentation was launched by means of cylinder plate method for the sake of evaluating the antifungal component and how to extract. The results showed antifungal role of biocontrol BH-2 fermentation could be divided into the role of antifungal activity of live bacteria and that of extracellular metabolites which had a good thermal stability, while there was no antifungal substances Intracellular. In addition, the organic solvent extraction indicated that the metabolic had a strong polarity, different concentrations of ammonium sulfate and ethanol precipitation could not make it, acid precipitation could basically extracted it. Above of all will provide a theoretical basis and technological support for further research and follow-up product development.
