  Effects of Irrigation on Plant Characters and Yield of Wheat After Low-temperature Treatment 2017, 33 (25):  1-7.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb17010035 Abstract + ( 933 )   To study the impact of irrigation on wheat plant characters and yield change after low-temperature freezing,‘Zhoumai 22’was chosen as experimental subject, wheat plant characters and yield in late stage were analyzed when irrigation was done on the 1st, 4th, 7th day after keeping wheat plants under -6℃ for 4 hours in jointing stage and the soil moisture was 26%, 18% and 10%. The results showed that, with the irrigation time delay and irrigation water reduction, wheat tillering stem survival rate decreased gradually after freezing injury, the impact on characters of plant, ear, yield and the recovery of production decreased gradually. The highest tillering survival rate was obtained when irrigation after low-temperature freezing was conducted within 4 days and the soil moisture was 26%, the latent tillers regeneration rate significantly increased when irrigation after low- temperature freezing was conducted on the 1st day and the soil moisture was 18% . The plant characters significantly increased when irrigation after low-temperature freezing was conducted within 4 days and soil moisture was 18% , the ear yield character significantly increased when irrigation after low-temperature freezing was conducted on the 1st day and the soil moisture was 18%. The big ear production significantly increased when irrigation after low-temperature freezing was conducted within 4 days and the soil moisture was 18%, the latent tillers live rate significantly increased when irrigation after low-temperature freezing was conducted on the 1st day and the soil moisture was 26%. This study showed that the irrigation had more influence on wheat forming ear while less influence on kernels per spike and grain weight.

  Calculating Safety-first Index of Quality Traits of Winter Wheat Using R Language 2017, 33 (25):  8-12.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb17040129 Abstract + ( 1387 )   This paper aims at providing a convenient method for calculating“safety-first index”(SFI), and perfecting an evaluation system of winter wheat quality traits’stability. A procedure (Safety) for calculating SFI was designed using the R language. Using one set of winter wheat dough stability time data, the usage of the Safety was introduced, and the reliability of the program was verified. The results showed that, the Safety,whose results were in full agreement with the Electronic Spreadsheet, was convenient and efficient. It only needed a data object to be analyzed and an acceptable risk ratio (α ), Safety could calculate the mean value, confidence interval, Shukla variance, environmental variance and SFI of the varieties. Because the variance component estimation method of the Safety procedure was the analysis of variance, the estimation of the variance component might be negative. In summary,SFI can describe quality traits’stability and attainment rate quantitatively. The Safety procedure will contribute to the extension ofSFI in stability analysis of winter wheat varieties’quality traits.

  Genome-wide Identification and Phylogenetic Analysis of SWEET Gene Family in Gossypium raimondii 2017, 33 (25):  13-21.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb17040083 Abstract + ( 1099 )   To study the distribution and function of SWEET gene family in cotton, based on the genome data of the diploid cottonGossypium raimondii (DD), the bioinformatics method was used to identify the whole genome level of SWEET gene family, and the phylogenetic, genetic structure, chromosome localization and transmembrane domain analysis were performed. A total of 31 Gossypium raimondii SWEET genes were obtained, distributed unevenly or clustered among 11 chromosomes, divided into three subfamilies of different functions. Transmembrane domain prediction showed that most of the GrSWEETs contained 7 transmembrane domains and a small fraction contained 6 or 8 transmembrane domains. Gene structure analysis showed that in addition to SWEET6, SWEET7, SWEET9 and SWEET19 with 4 introns, the remaining 27 SWEETs contained 5 introns. The results provide a solid data base for further study on functions of SWEET genes in cotton growth and development.

  Molecular Cloning and Bioinformatics Analysis of SFB Genes Controlling Self-incompatibility in Xinjiang Wild Almond (Prunus tenella Batsch.) 2017, 33 (25):  22-30.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb16100096 Abstract + ( 1035 )   The study aims to clone full-length sequence of the new pollen SFB gene of self-incompatibility in Prunus tenella. Xinjiang wild almond was used as the material, and molecular homologous cloning and RT-PCR were conducted in this study. The online software was used to analyze the protein physicochemical properties of SFB. The full-length gene sequences of PtSFB5 and PtSFB6 were successfully cloned. The full-length sequence of the two SFB genes was 1124 bp and 1072 bp, respectively, and encoded 374 aa and 348 aa, respectively. Both of the two genes had F- Box structure, belonged to the F- Box gene family. The predicted relative molecular mass was 30787.26 and 44037.74, and the isoelectric point was 5.93 and 5.43, respectively. PtSFB5 and PtSFB6 protein belonged to the unstable water-soluble protein.

  Different Management Models: Effects on Bio-diversity of Undergrowth Vegetation of Pinus massoniana Plantations 2017, 33 (25):  31-35.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb17060024 Abstract + ( 1214 )   To evaluate different forest management models ofPinus massoniana plantations at different stages, the authors tookPinus massoniana plantations of Dajiang Forest Farm in Qiyang, Hunan as a study object, studied the impacts of no disturbance management model, conventional management model and close-tonature management model on bio-diversity of undergrowth vegetation ofPinus massoniana plantation, by using the indicators such as the Margalef richness index (R ), Simpson index (D ), Shannon-Wiener index (H ′) and Pielou evenness index (E ) of undergrowth herb plantation. The results showed that: (1) at early and medium stage, the bio-diversity indexes of undergrowth herb ofPinus massoniana plantation (includingR ,D ,H ′ andE )followed an order as no disturbance management model＞close-to-nature management model＞conventional management model (P ＜0.05); (2) at later stage, theR ,D ,H ′ andE followed an order as close-to-nature management model＞conventional management model＞no disturbance management model (P ＜0.05). All the results indicated that according to forest growth stages and aims, suitable plans should be made in Pinus massoniana plantation management.

  Research Progress of Artificial Reproduction Techniques of Davidia involucrate 2017, 33 (25):  36-42.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb16080056 Abstract + ( 665 )   Davidia involucrate is listed as the first degree national protective plant. As its low rate of natural production, a number of artificial reproduction techniques have been proposed at home and abroad to provide some reference for the artificial reproduction of Davidia involucrate in future. The authors summarized typical artificial reproduction techniques of Davidia involucrate, including the seed reproduction, cutting reproduction, burying reproduction, high pressure seeding reproduction, grafting reproduction and tissue culture and so on, and analyzed the key points and better ways of these techniques in different stages. The comparison indicated that these reproduction techniques had certain inadequacies. Tissue culture was superior to other methods in terms of the time, quantity, condition, means and management of the seedling. Finally, the focus and direction of the future research of Davidia involucrate was put forward.

  Study on 3 Flavonoids in Acer truncatum Flowers 2017, 33 (25):  43-47.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb16110053 Abstract + ( 574 )   To reveal the medicinal constituents and contents of Acer truncatum flowers, the authors used high performance liquid phase chromatographic techniques to study the contents of flavonoids, quercetin, kaempferol and isorhamnetin, in different flowers of Acer truncatum. The test condition was SyncronisaQ-C18 chromatographic column, acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid (40:60) as mobile phase, flow rate of 0.9 mL/min, and detection wavelength of 360 nm. The results indicated that the average content of quercetin, kaempferol and isorhamnetin was 0.696, 0.229 and 1.207 mg/g, respectively, and there were significant differences among the plants, showing that Acer truncatum flowers had further study value and potential for new product development. This method is simple and rapid, which can be used for the determination of flavonoids in Acer truncatum flowers, and provide technical support for detecting and quality control of effective components in Acer truncatum flowers.

  Leaf Biomass Estimation of Common Greening Tree Species in Xinjiang Agricultural University Campus 2017, 33 (25):  48-51.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb16100073 Abstract + ( 1092 )   Biomass is the basis for studying the structure and function of forest ecosystems. Biomass estimation is of great significance to study the relationship between plantation ecosystem productivity and environmental factors. In this paper, the leaf biomass of the common greening tree species in the campus of Xinjiang Agricultural University was estimated by the method of point numbers and empirical formula. The results of the two methods were compared, and the results showed that the leaf biomass of Ulmus pumila was the largest, Fraxinus americana is the second , Ulmus densa is the smallest. Leaf biomass variance of two method showed that the results empirical formula is more stable than point numbers, and it was feasible to estimate tree leaves biomass by empirical formula.

  Root Activity of 4 Plant Species: Preservation Method and Storage Time 2017, 33 (25):  52-58.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb17040082 Abstract + ( 1415 )   When studying the mechanical properties of the roots, the roots are generally in the isolated state. At present, there is no reports on the survival time and survival status of 4 species of Caragana korshinskii Kom, Salix psammophila Schneid, Hippophae rhamnoides Linn, Artemisia sphaerocephala Krasch in vitro. Therefore, it is urgent to determine the suitable storage time and the preservation method for the study of the mechanical properties of plant roots. In this research, TTC- dehydrogenase reduction method was used to determine the root activity of 4 kinds of plant roots in the 1~4 mm diameter range in the low temperature incubator of 4℃ for 0 days, 6 days, 13 days and 20 days. The results showed that: low temperature incubator of 4℃ was more suitable for the preservation of plant root activity for a long time, the root activity of 4 kinds of plants was the rapid growth rate of decrease with increasing storage time, when stored for 6 days, the root activity of 4 plants decreased at a rate of 10%~20%, when stored for 20 days, the root activity of 4 species decreased at a rate of 70%~90%; When the storage time was the same, the root activity decreased with the increase of root diameter in the range of 1~4 mm root diameter, and the root activity of fine roots was more likely to be lost in the 4 plants.

  Spring Frost Index of Processing Tomato in Hetao Irrigation District 2017, 33 (25):  59-63.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb16090140 Abstract + ( 705 )   To better provide meteorological service of spring frost forecasting for processing tomato, the authors chose processing tomato variety‘Liger 87-5’as material, to simulate the natural frost cooling process by using the MSX-2F artificial frost box system. The authors obtained leaf temperature by the thermocouple probe, detected the frostbite and death statistics, took the changes in fluorescence into consideration and preliminarily established the meteorological index of spring frost of processing tomato. The results showed that: (1) the minimum temperature for all tomato seedlings from being frozen to death was ≤-5℃; (2) the super cooling point of tomato concentrated in the range of -3.1- -5.0℃, freezing point in the range of -2.4- -4.9℃; (3) the tomato with relatively small seedling age had a stronger cold-hardiness; (4) the land surface temperature index in light frost and heavy frost of tomato seedlings was -2℃ and -4℃, respectively.

  Vegetative Growth and Yield of Pepper: Using Bast Fiber Mulching Film in Greenhouse 杨媛茹,,,, and 2017, 33 (25):  64-69.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb16100042 Abstract + ( 809 )   To identify the effects of bast fiber mulching film on vegetative growth of pepper in greenhouse, the plant height and number of branches were measured in the main period of vegetative growth, the flowering rate of pepper was measured in the early flowering period, the fruit set percentage of pepper was measured in the early fruiting period, the total yield was measured in the fruiting period, the dry matter accumulations and the nutrient accumulations of vegetative organs were measured in late growth stage of four treatments with different mulching film. The results showed that the height of pepper with white bast fiber mulching film was the highest among these treatments, the number of branches was the maximum excluding the sample obtained on May 2nd; the dry matter accumulations and the nutrient accumulations of vegetative organs with white bast fiber mulching film were the maximum among these treatments; the flowering rate with white bast fiber mulching film was 53.34% higher than that with no coverage, and the fruit set percentage with white bast fiber mulching film was the maximum among these treatments; the total yield with white bast fiber mulching film was 31.20% higher than that with no coverage. Conclusion was drawn that bast fiber mulching film could promote the vegetative growth of pepper, had no adverse effects on reproductive growth of pepper, and could increase the total yield of pepper.

  Chinese Dark Tea: Origination and Processing 2017, 33 (25):  70-75.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb16080009 Abstract + ( 993 )   Historical originations as well as cultural connotations of Chinese dark tea (CDTs), like Sichuan brick tea, Hunan dark tea, Hubei dark tea, Pu’er tea and Guangxi Liubao tea were described elaborately in this review. Particularity of the quality and process as well as the regional cultural individuality were pointed out to be the reason that resulted in the different development course of CDTs. Afterwards, technological process of CDTs was combed generally. Processing technology from different producing areas distinguished with each other mainly due to the orientation of consumption customs and the compression process during the refining of CDTs. At the end, taking regulation of quality and standardized production into consideration, innovation as well as inheritance of traditional craft and mechanization of processing would be the development direction in the future.

  Allelopathic Effects of Aquatic Lixivium and Extracts from Alternanthera philoxeroides on Seed Germination and Early Seedling Growth of Three Kinds of Warm-season Turf Grass 2017, 33 (25):  76-80.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb17050047 Abstract + ( 704 )   The paper aims to research the allelopathy effect of Alternanthera philoxeroides on turf grass. With three kinds of warm-season turf grass (Zoysia pacifica, Axonopus compressus and Cynodon dactylon) as test materials, dish-dipping method was used to explore the allelopathic effects of different concentration s’aquatic lixivium and extracts from Alternanthera philoxeroides on seed germination and early seedling growth of the three kinds of warm-season turf grass. The results showed that lternanthera philoxeroides had inhibitory effect on Zoysia pacifica seeds germination and the effect tended to increase with the increase of the concentration of the aquatic lixivium and the extracts; the result of Axonopus compressus germination indicated that the concentration of 0.25 g/mL and 0.125 g/mL had promoting effect, whereas the concentration of 0.0625 g/mL and 0.5 g/mL had inhibitory effect. For Cynodon dactylon, it showed that high-concentration had inhibitory effect and low- concentration manifested promoting effect. Therefore, the study reveals that Alternanthera philoxeroides has allelopathic effect through releasing allelochemicals into the surrounding environment to affect seed germination and early seedling growth.

  Evaluation of Comprehensive Carrying Capacity of Land Resources in Semi-arid Areas: Based on Eco-civilization 2017, 33 (25):  81-87.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb17040090 Abstract + ( 883 )   The physical traits of land resources like finite in amount, immovability and regional differentiation make it scarce for given purposes. However its multi-function can support and nourish agriculture, as well as generate socio-economic values form the resource and capital perspectives. The contradiction between the limited supply of land resources and increasing pursuit for the maintenance and develop of societal need drives more and more researches into the the balance between utilization of land resources and limitation of natural resource carrying capacity. Based on the protection and maintenance of eco-civilization, this paper carried out a comprehensive evaluation of regional land carrying capacity using aggregate demand- aggregate supply (AD-AS) model from the perspective of economics, from the angle of ecological civilization, this paper discusses the carrying capacity of regional land resources from the aspect of supply and demand, taking Datong City as the case area. The results showed that:①The total demand of the comprehensive carrying capacity of regional land resources is composed of the demand for cultivated land, the demand for construction land and the demand for ecological land, From 2011 to 2015, the aggregate demand for land comprehensive capacity in Datong City was 0.5309、0.5542、0.5770、0.5797 and 0.6030 respectively, and the overall trend was increased; ②The total carrying capacity of land is composed of the supporting capacity of cultivated land, the support capacity of construction land and the ability of ecological support, From 2011 to 2015, the total supply capacity of land in Datong City was 1.423、1.466、2.104、1.531 and 1.509 respectively; ③From 2011 to 2015, the comprehensive carrying capacity of Datong City is overloaded, and the overload is the largest in 2013, and the overload is the smallest in 2015, which indicates that the overloading capacity of land resources in Datong is improving. By using the method of land comprehensive carrying capacity, in the study of the bearing capacity of land resources in a more scientific and reasonable, make people pay more attention to the ecological civilization, may be helpful in giving new and novel references for the establishment of balanced relationships between human and land resources.

  Soil Nutrients and Environmental Conditions of Kiwifruit Orchard 2017, 33 (25):  88-92.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb16120098 Abstract + ( 587 )   To study soil nutrient and environmental factors affecting kiwifruit chlorosis, we took root soil of normal and chlorosis kiwifruit trees as the experimental material, adopted three-dimensional soil sampling, t test and principal component analysis to study the variation of soil organic matter, available nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium and pH value. The results showed that for the etiolated kiwifruit tree, the distribution of soil organic matter was much more in center and shallow location to the tree than that in distant and deep location to the tree, while the organic matter distribution in root soil of normal kiwifruit tree was uniform; soil organic matter content in normal kiwifruit orchard was higher than that in orchard with chlorosis, up to 0.01 significant level. The rapidly available potassium in root soil of chlorosis kiwifruit tree was higher than that of normal tree, and the difference reached extremely significant level, potassium might be antagonistic on iron absorption of kiwifruit, and induce chlorosis. Other nutrients and factors, such as nitrogen, phosphorus and pH value, had no significant difference (＜0.05) between the root soil of normal and chlorosis kiwifruit. The results of principal component analysis of soil factors showed that soil organic matter, nitrogen, available potassium were the main components affecting chlorosis, the cumulative percentage was 90.89%, among which the greatest impact was from soil organic matter, accounted for 52.96%. Therefore, increasing soil organic matter and extensive application of decomposed organic fertilizer was an important way to prevent chlorosis of kiwifruit.

  Estimation Model for the Natural Herbage Yield in Zoige Wetland: Based on Meteorological Suitability Index 2017, 33 (25):  93-98.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb17050142 Abstract + ( 614 )   The growth status of natural herbage in Zoige wetland is largely restricted by the meteorological condition in the region. In order to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the herbage growing season from the perspective of the climatic condition, the paper consulted the observation data of the natural herbage yield in Zoige wetland over the past 31 years from 1983 to 2013 (no available data in 2002), obtained the meteorological suitability index that could reflect the impact of light, temperature and water on the growth of herbage, and analyzed the relationship between the natural herbage yield and the meteorological factors in Zoige wetland, and built the evaluation models for showing the linear and growth curve of herbage yield and meteorological suitability in May, June and July respectively. The results showed that: the evaluation model for the herbage yield and meteorological suitability could better simulate the evolution trend of herbage yield; the accuracy of the linear model for the herbage yield and meteorological suitability for each month was generally higher than that of the growth curve model; the accuracy of raw weight model was poorer compared with that of dry weight model. Due to the restricted accuracy of the observation data of herbage yield, the estimation models for the herbage yield in June and July also need to be improved.

  Typical Meteorological Disasters Affecting Sunlight Greenhouse in East Hexi Corridor: A Risk Assessment 2017, 33 (25):  99-104.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb16120043 Abstract + ( 586 )   On the basis of typical greenhouse contrast experiments and meteorological data, the authors analyzed the influence of the low temperature, low light and winds as the typical meteorological disasters in study area, classified and designed the mild moderate, severe and large disaster threshold index, then introduced the single disaster index (SI) and composite index (CI), to assess the risk intensity of disasters. The results showed that: single disaster index difference was obvious, composite disaster index from small to large were Gulang, Liangzhou, Minqin, Tianzhu, Yongchang, Wushaoling, namely Gulang and Liangzhou should be the first choice for the construction of regional sunlight greenhouse; Minqin should fully consider the resistance to wind damage on the design of optimum type greenhouse, the rest was not suitable for large area promotion. The conclusion not only provides the basis for the sunlight greenhouse production layout, but also fill the gaps in assessment system of the regional agricultural meteorological disaster.

  Dry-hot Wind: Occurrence Regularity and Risk Forecast for Winter Wheat in Handan 2017, 33 (25):  105-109.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb16070134 Abstract + ( 708 )   Dry-hot wind is one of the agricultural meteorological disasters affecting the yield and quality of wheat. The authors adopted the trend prediction and statistical method to study the occurrence regularity and risk forecast of dry-hot wind, by using the meteorological data and the wheat yield information in Handa . The results showed that: mild dry-hot wind happened twice a year, while severe dry-hot wind happened once a year, and the western mountainous and northern plain regions were the high risk areas for mild dry-hot wind, while the central and eastern plain regions were the high risk areas for severe dry-hot wind; the forecast factors for dry- hot wind risk were first selected through the correlationship analysis between the relative meteorological yield rate and meteorological variables including temperature, humidity and wind speed; the dry-hot wind risk forecast equation was then established using the stepwise regression method. Based on the equation, wind speed and the highest temperature were found to be key factors affecting winter wheat growth during later growth stage.

  Critical Temperature of Oil Sunflower Under High Temperature Stress: In Hetao Irrigation District, Inner Mongolia 2017, 33 (25):  110-115.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb16070110 Abstract + ( 623 )   In order to determine the critical temperature of oil sunflower in Hetao area with high temperature stress, protect themselves from the hurt of high temperature stress.The experiments were made with the Hetao area main planting of Oil Sunflower,By analyzing the changes of the ChlorophyⅡFluorescent Parameter,soluble protein content,soluble sugar content and POD content,then determined the High Temperature Index of Oil Sunflower.The results are as follow:(1) 36℃ and 39℃ were turning point in most Fluorescent Parameter of Oil Sunflower tolerance to high temperature.(2) 39~40℃ was a turning point in soluble protein content, soluble sugar content and POD of leaf and flower regulate themselves.(3) From the above analysis,36℃and39℃are the key temperature to carry out the oil sunflower heat-harm meteorological services.

  Extreme Precipitation During the Pre-rainy Season in South China, 1969-2013: Interannual Variations and Influence Factors 陈胜东,李丽平 and 2017, 33 (25):  116-126.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb16100082 Abstract + ( 580 )   Using of the daily precipitation data of 89 stations in South china from the national meteorological information Center and the reanalyzed monthly average 850hPa wind field from the National Centers for Environmental Prediction and the National Center for Atmospheric Research, as well as extend reconstruction monthly sea surface temperature (SST) data form National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration between 1969 and 2013, the spatial-temporal features and influence factors of extreme precipitation during the pre-rainy season in South China were researched .The main conclusions are as follows. (1) The interannual variations of the pre-rainy season extreme precipitation of South China are significant. Most areas in South China are consistent anomaly，except for the central and south of Guizhou, Since the 1990s, particularly in Guangdong, south Guangxi, the north and central of Fujian, and central and south Guizhou，where the risk of extreme precipitation is high. (2) The main reasons of the interannual variations of extreme precipitation in South China are ENSO-like sea surface temperature anomaly (SSTA) and the corresponding atmospheric circulation anomaly. From the preceding winter to the pre-rainy season, ENSO-like SSTA has the percentage decrease, however, the ENSO-like positive SSTA sustainably regulates the South China Sea and western Pacific anti-cyclonic airflow to impact on the South China Sea, which increases the warm and humid vapor input to South China and causes extreme floods in pre-rainy season of South China, And vice versa.

  Forecast Deviation Analysis: A Rainstorm Process in Southern Guizhou Caused by a Small South Branch Tank 2017, 33 (25):  127-132.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb16070123 Abstract + ( 599 )   The paper aims to accurately analyze and forecast rainstorm drop area in Guizhou. Based on FNL information NCEP 2.5°×2.5° and conventional numerical weather maps and other information, the cause and forecast deviation of a wide range of strong rainstorm process on June 13, 2015 in southern and southeastern Guizhou were analyzed. The results showed that: air vortex cooling tank, small south branch tank and the establishment of low-level jet acted as the directing impact system of the heavy rain process; the location of frontal zone of equivalent potential temperature had a certain indication on the time and location of the heavy rainfall, and lower negative vorticity and high positive vorticity over heavy rain area formed a suction structure, vorticity moving direction was more consistent with the moving direction of weather systems. Strengthening subtropical slow westward was the key blocking eastward shift of precipitation, the supplement of nearly formation north by northwest path of cold air provided trigger condition for torrential rain, while vertical speed played a good indication role in strong convective weather forecast. EC mode had good prediction time and magnitude of heavy rain in Guizhou, but there was a deviation for rain drop area.

  A Preliminary Study on New Insect Pest of Amorphophallus konjac 2017, 33 (25):  133-137.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb17030008 Abstract + ( 665 )   The paper aims to reveal the reasons for the disease infection of the whole konjac plant caused by the petiole bases bitten by pillworm, so as to clarify the inter-relationship between insect pests and disease of konjac, and provide a theoretical basis for pest control in field. The authors adopted field investigation and indoor artificial feeding. Field investigation showed that the petiole bases of konjac were bitten by pillworm, then resulted in infection of the plant in Ankang, Hanzhong, Baoji and so forth, and most infection happened in wet and shady places; laboratory experiment showed that pillworm mainly bit konjac leaves and petiole bases. Besides, the biting degree of pillworm on konjac was different according to varieties. The above results prove that pillworm is a new kind of pest of konjac and an inducer of konjac disease.

  Screening of Rose Resources Resistant to Rose Powdery Mildew in Field 2017, 33 (25):  138-145.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb16070065 Abstract + ( 810 )   It is very important to screen resistance resources to rose powdery mildew for screening cultivation varieties and resistance breeding in rose. In this study, 349 rose cultivars were screened, which were derived from different regions and types. All the rose resources were classified into 5 levels including high disease resistant, disease resistant, middle disease resistant, susceptible and highly susceptible according to the survey. The results indicated that the resistance to rose powdery mildew was diversified. 182 accessions of rose resources were disease resistant, accounting for 52.15% , and other 167 accessions were susceptible, accounting for 47.85%. In addition, 13 accessions showed high resistance (3.72%). 27 accessions of all the 349 rose resources were from China ancient rose varieties, of which 11 showed disease resistance, accounting for 40.74% of the varieties. Screening of resistance to powdery mildew in rose resources could provide a foundation for the cultivation and variety breeding of rose.

  Advances in Biological Control of Tobacco Black Shank 2017, 33 (25):  146-151.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb16080033 Abstract + ( 569 )   Tobacco black shank, caused by Phytophthora parasitica var. nicotianae, is an important destructive disease of tobacco, which seriously threatens the sustainable development of tobacco industry. In recent years, great progress on biological control of tobacco black shank has been made. To provide reference basis for biological control of tobacco black shank in the future, the authors reviewed the advances in the studies of biological control microorganisms (bacterium, fungi, actinomycetes) as well as botanical fungicides against the Phytophthora parasitica var. nicotianae, and introduced the biological control mechanisms. In addition, the authors also analyzed new problems in biological control of tobacco black shank under global warming and made an outlook on future research.

  Six Kinds of Isozymes in Different Tissues of Odontobutis potamophila 2017, 33 (25):  152-156.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb16090123 Abstract + ( 636 )   To investigate the tissue specificity of isozymes of Odontobutis potamophila and enrich the data of Odontobutis potamophila germplasm, six isozymes (EST, LDH, ME, MDH, 6-PDGH and SOD) from seven tissues (gills, brain, liver, spleen, heart, kidney and muscle) of O. potamophila were analyzed with polyacrylamide gel slab electrophoresis. The results showed that the six isozymes presented different degrees of tissue specificity. The activity of EST, ME, MDH and 6-PDGH in liver was relatively high. The activity of LDH was relatively high in brain, gills, heart and muscle. The activity of SOD was relatively high in gills and brain, and special isozyme bands of SOD appeared in liver.

  Current Situation and Development Efficiency Evaluation of Agricultural Productive Service Industry in Anhui Province 2017, 33 (25):  157-164.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb17050034 Abstract + ( 710 )   The research aims to understand the present situation of agricultural productive service industry in Anhui Province and evaluate its development efficiency, so as to provide valuable reference to promote the development of agricultural productive service industry in Anhui. The authors made an overview of the situation of agricultural productive service industry in Anhui, and conducted the evaluation from a time and space perspective by using the Data Envelopment Analysis. The research finds that because of scale efficiency, the DEA is invalid from 2007 to 2015 in Anhui Province. In 2015, there are great differences in the comprehensive efficiency of agricultural productive service industry in different regions, the comprehensive efficiency value of six cities is 1, such as Suzhou, Bengbu, Wuhu and etc., and the minimum value is 0.365 in Huangshan City. Based on these, the research proposes promoting the industrial chain integration, investing in science and technology, and formulating supportive policies in industrial development dimension; in spatial dimension, it is suggested to balance the development of agricultural productive service industry in different regions; in inter-industry cooperation dimension, the integration of agricultural productive service industry and characteristic agriculture should be encouraged. Finally, the shortcomings and development direction of the research are discussed.
