林木土壤微生物的研究趋势和脉络——基于Citespace可视化分析

Research Trend and Vein of Forest Soil Microorganisms:Visual Analysis Based on Citespace

摘要:

为了解林木土壤微生物的发展历程、现状和研究前沿态势,基于Citespace对WOS核心数据库分析1990—2022年林木土壤微生物相关研究的发展、研究热点和相关内容。结果显示:林木微生物研究从1990年起一直由美国领跑,2018年后逐渐被中国赶超,其中以中国科学院作为世界发文数最多的机构,篇均被引频次为22.45。关键词分析发现,林木土壤微生物的研究与氮素相关,热度从1990年一直持续至2007年,同时在1992年后关于针叶林的研究突发,并随时间的推移和分子生物学技术和遗传学的进步,在2013年后研究逐渐开始与软件分析和计算机预测挂钩,深层次解剖微生物群落的形态特征、多样性和功能,研究结果更精确和有说服力。在共被引分析中排前五分别为外生菌根真菌、土壤呼吸、细菌群落、二氧化碳浓度增加、中国黄土高原,说明这些方向对林地土壤微生物的研究尤为重要,其中黄土高原作为中国的典型地区,其相关研究可能是未来中国热点关注的对象,本文仅对林木土壤微生物方向作粗略的概括和分析。

Abstract:

To understand the development history, current situation and research frontier of forest soil microorganisms, this paper used Citespace to analyze the development, research hotspots and related contents of forest soil microorganisms from 1990 to 2022 based on WOS core database. The results showed that forest microbial research had been led by the United States since 1990, and had been gradually overtaken by China since 2018. The Chinese Academy of Sciences, as the institution with the largest number of papers published in the world, had been cited with a frequency of 22.45. Keyword analysis found that the research of forest soil microorganisms was related to nitrogen, and the heat kept from 1990 to 2007. At the same time, the research on coniferous forests broke out after 1992, and with the passage of time and the progress of molecular biology and genetics, after 2013, the research gradually began to be linked to software analysis and computer prediction, and the morphological characteristics, diversity and function of microbial communities were deeply dissected and made results more accurate and convincing. The top five in the co-citation analysis were ectomycorrhizal fungi, soil respiration, bacterial community, increased carbon dioxide concentration and the Loess Plateau of China, which indicated that these directions were particularly important for the study of forest soil microorganisms. The Loess Plateau was a typical area of China, and its related research might be the focus of attention in China in the future. This article only made a rough summary and analysis of the direction of forest soil microorganisms.
