黄皮结果母枝与果实性状的相关性分析

摘要:

分析黄皮结果母枝性状与果实性状的相关性,为制定科学的黄皮栽培管理技术提供理论依据。以黄皮主栽品种‘无核’黄皮和‘鸡心’黄皮为材料,调查结果母枝粗度、结果母枝长度、复叶数、小叶数以及果穗长度、果穗质量、穗粒数、单果质量、果实纵径、果实横径、可溶性固形物含量等性状,并对其相关性进行分析。相关系数分析结果表明,黄皮结果母枝粗度、结果母枝长度、复叶数、小叶数与果穗长度、果穗质量、穗粒数、单果质量、果实纵径、果实横径均呈极显著或显著正相关。多元回归分析结果显示,结果母枝粗度是影响果穗质量的最主要因素。随着结果母枝粗度的增加,黄皮果穗质量、果穗长度、穗粒数、单果质量、果实纵径、果实横径等产量和外观品质性状指标均有显著提高。结果母枝粗度对果实性状具有显著影响,生产上可通过适当修剪、肥水调控、控梢等措施培养粗壮的结果母枝,进而提高黄皮产量和品质。

Abstract:

In this study, the correlation between fruit-bearing mother shoots and fruit characteristics of Clausena lansium (wampee) was investigated, so as to provide theoretical basis for establishing scientific cultivation techniques of wampee. Two main wampee varieties (‘Wuhehuangpi’ and ‘Jixinhuangpi’) were used as materials. The characteristics of thickness, length, compound leaf number, leaflet number of the fruit-bearing mother shoots were assessed, and the fruit characteristics such fruit cluster length, fruit cluster weight, total fruit number, single fruit weight, fruit longitudinal diameter, fruit transverse diameter and total soluble solid content were detected, and the correlation between the characteristics of fruit-bearing mother shoots and fruit characteristics was analyzed. The results of correlation analysis showed that thickness, length, compound leaf number, leaflet number of the fruit-bearing mother shoots were all extremely significantly or significantly positive correlated with fruit cluster length, fruit cluster weight, total fruit number, single fruit weight, fruit longitudinal diameter and fruit transverse diameter. According to regression analysis, the fruit-bearing mother shoot thickness was the most important factor to fruit cluster weight. The fruit cluster length, fruit cluster weight, total fruit number, single fruit weight, fruit longitudinal diameter and fruit transverse diameter were gradually increased with the increase of the fruit-bearing mother shoot thickness. The fruit-bearing mother shoot thickness had significant influence on the fruit characteristics of wampee. In actual cultivation management, cultural practices such as proper pruning, fertilization and branch control can be employed to cultivate stout fruit-bearing mother shoot, so as to improve yield and quality of wampee.
