油菜品质近红外检测模型建立的研究

Study on Construction of Determination Model of Rapeseed Quality with Near-Infrared Spectroscopy

摘要:

为实现油菜品质的快速检测,采用近红外光谱法测定油菜的水分、脂肪、蛋白质、纤维,并用光谱影响值法(Leverage)对异常值进行判断和处理,建立了油菜的水分、脂肪、蛋白质、纤维的近红外光谱检测模型,可以快速地检测油菜的水分、脂肪、蛋白质、纤维。

Abstract:

To determine the quality of rapeseed quickly, the moisture, fat, protein and fibre of rapeseed were detected with near-infrared spectroscopy. Outliers were judged and eliminated through spectrum leverage. The determination models of near-infrared spectroscopy of moisture, fat, protein and fibre of rapeseed were built, and they can be used to detect the moisture, fat, protein and fiber of rapeseed.
