Abstract:

In order to clarify the effects of density and environmental factors on the growth characteristics of Astragalus membranaceus var. mongholicus, in this experiment Astragalus membranaceus var. mongholicus was used as material, single factor experiment with randomized block design was adopted to determine the plant height, stem diameter, root diameter and root length. The results showed that density had the greatest influence on the plant growth, followed by humidity, and finally light and conductivity. Density was negatively correlated with plant height, stem diameter and root diameter, and positively correlated with root length (P<0.05). When the density was 400 plants/m 2, the plant height, stem diameter and root diameter were the largest, and the root length was the largest when the density was 1000 plants/m 2.
