Abstract:

In order to investigate the application effect of compound microbial agent 615 on sweet and crisp pea cultivation, the sweet and crisp pea variety ‘Changshouren’ was used as material, the effects of four fertilization treatments (i. e. no fertilizer as control, single application of compound microbial agent 615, single application of chemical fertilizer, combined application of chemical fertilizer and compound microbial agent 615) on the main agronomic traits, yield and quality, rhizosphere soil microbial communities of sweet and crisp pea were studied. The results showed that: the pod bearing rate of sweet and crisp pea in all fertilization treatments were significantly increased by 7.90%-12.49%, and the disease incidence rate was reduced by 10.83% in the treatment of single application of compound microbial agent 615. In all fertilization treatments, the average plot yield was significantly raised by 10.75%-19.82%, among them, the combined application of chemical fertilizer and compound microbial agent 615 had the biggest increase of 19.82%. The content of total sugar, protein and starch in fresh seeds under the single application of compound microbial agent 615 was increased by 50.00%, 9.24% and 59.37%, respectively (p<0.05); and the number of bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes in rhizosphere soil at anthesis reached 1.93 times, 2.38 times and 2.36 times of those at seedling stage. The combined application of chemical fertilizer and compound microbial agent 615 improved the content of sugar and starch(p<0.05). Considering the integrated ecological and economic benefits, it is recommended that the combined application of chemical fertilizer and compound microbial agent 615 should be conducted in planting sweet and crisp pea under field condition.
