Abstract: This research was conducted with high oil corn, with different vigor testing methods of standard germination test、electrical conductivity test、Dehydrogenase activity test、MDA content test, we tested some vigor indexes of high oil corn by the artificial and natural ageing. Simultaneously, we did the field experiment to test the field germination of the different vigor seeds. With the correlation analysis of the vigor indexes and field germination, we got the conclusion that the suitable vigor testing methods of high oil corn is the standard germination test、electrical conductivity test.
