Abstract:

To provide a basis for the effective utilization of Stellera chamaejasme residue and the development of plant source fertilizer and medicine fertilizer mixture, the method and feasibility of utilizing S. chamaejasme residue were investigated. The growth of wheat and corn and the control effect on Meloidogyne incognita of cucumber and green bean were evaluated with S. chamaejasme residues as the base fertilizer. The results show that S. chamaejasme residue has good effect on the growth of wheat and corn, including seedling length, root length and plant fresh weight. The two treatments of S. chamaejasme residue with doses of 750 and 900 kg/hm 2 have better effect on the seedling length of wheat, while the dose of 900 kg/hm2 has better effect on the root length only, and all of the effects are significantly higher than those of the black treatment (P<0.05). The two doses of 750 and 900 kg/hm2 have evident growth-promoting effect on the seedling length, root length and fresh weight of corn, and the effects are also significantly higher than those of the black treatment (P<0.05). The doses of 750 and 900 kg/hm2 have significantly higher chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and chlorophyll a+b of wheat and corn than the blank treatment (P<0.05). The results also show that S. chamaejasme residue with doses of 1050 and 1200 kg/hm2 has the best control efficiency against M. incognita of cucumber and green bean than the doses of 450, 600 and 750 kg/hm 2(P<0.01). The S. chamaejasme residue has not only good fertilizer effect on the growth of wheat and corn, but also good control effect against M. incognita of cucumber and green been.
