Abstract: According to International Standard for Phytosanitary Measures 11(2001, ISPM 11 )( International Plant Protection Convention, IPPC)and EPPO Standard PM 5 /3 Guidelines on Pest Risk Analysis—Pest Risk Assessment Scheme (European and Mediterranean Plant Protection Organization,EPPO), the pest risk assessment for 8 quaratine nematodes (Globodera rostochiensis, Globodera pallida, Radopholus similis, Ditylenchus dipsaci, Heterodera schachtii, Ditylenchus angustus, Rhadinaphelenchus cocophilus and Bursaphelenchus xylophilus) introduced to HeiLongjiang was done. There was a significant risk that some nematodes (Radopholus similis had highest degree risk; Globodera rostochiensis, Globodera pallida, Ditylenchus dipsaci, Heterodera schachtii, and Bursaphelenchus xylophilus had higher risk) could enter, establish and cause damage to some plant in HeiLongjiang to some extent. Ditylenchus angustus had low degree risk and Rhadinaphelenchus cocophilus had no risk. The pest management should be done to those nematodes which had risk.
