  The Research Progress of Crop to Drought 2013, 29 (3):  1-5.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.2012-3505 Abstract + ( 862 )   PDF ( 512463KB )   ( 1144 ) In recent years, drought brought a huge impact to crop growth in worldwide due to environmental transformation and the increasing scarcity of water resources. The mechanism of osmotic regulation, dehydration protection, antioxidant defense system, cell structure and the pathway of metabolic regulating were introduced systematically in this paper. The research progress of drought was reviewed from the signal factor, transcription factors and functional genes respectively. This paper summarized the plants activate many drought pathways to deal with drought stress through the intracellular multi-level and many regulation pathways. At last, the paper also discussed the problems existing in the research of drought, and the future research direction was given.

  Research Advances on Cadmium Absorption and Accumulation of Plant 2013, 29 (3):  6-11.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.2012-1537 Abstract + ( 1268 )   PDF ( 570257KB )   ( 1506 ) The pollution of cadmium in the soil has become a major problem in the environment. The cadmium absorption and accumulation has been focused by many scientists from all over the world. In this article, the general research progress of accumulation of cadmium in various agricultural crops was reviewed and presented. And then, the accumulation coefficient of cadmium in the soil was analyzed. Moreover, the actual mechanism of cadmium absorption and accumulation in plants was characterized and a strategy to reduce the absorption of cadmium was developed. At last, the existing problems and its resolvent had been shown. So this present investigation will provide necessary ideas to reduce the cadmium absorption and over accumulation in the plants.

  Review on Effect of Organic Fertilizer on Soil Fertility 2013, 29 (3):  12-16.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.2012-2834 Abstract + ( 1117 )   PDF ( 545783KB )   ( 3294 ) Nowadays, the cultivated land area decreased increasingly, fertilizer was important measure to enhance yield on unit area of crop. Chemical fertilizer played the important role in increasing grain yield, but it had negative effect on soil, such as nutrient imbalance, aggravating acidification, etc. However, organic fertilizer could improve soil nutrients; it also could improve the physical and chemical property of soil, balance the nutrition and fertilize soil. This review deals with the effect of organic fertilizer on balancing the nutrition, improving the physical and chemical property of soil, increasing the diversity of microbial community and improving the enzyme activity in soil. The paper summarizes the latest research methods and advances of improvement of soil fertility. We want to provide evidence for reasonable and highly efficient to use organic fertilizer in agricultural production, also for improving the soil condition to a maximum extent by organic fertilizer. The final purpose is increasing crop yield and quality to realize continuous development of agriculture.

  Advance in Studies on Effect of Mulched Drip Irrigation on Production and Emission of Greenhouse Gas 2013, 29 (3):  17-23.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.2012-0296 Abstract + ( 1362 )   PDF ( 583417KB )   ( 956 ) CO2, CH4 and N2O have attracted increasing attention as great contributors to global warming. Mulched drip irrigation is also receiving wide interests as a water-saving agricultural technology. Research on the influence of soil temperature and moisture on production and emission of greenhouse gases (GHG), changes of soil temperature and moisture caused by mulched drip irrigation and their effects on emission of GHG were summarized in this paper. Research results demonstrated that: (1) soil temperature and moisture had an influence on production and emission of GHG by affecting soil microbial activity, soil aeration and gas transmission rate; (2) Emission rate of soil CO2 was positively related to topsoil temperature of superficial layer, the production of both CH4 and N2O had a certain optimum temperature, and the relation between the oxidation of CH4 and temperature was various; (3) Soil moisture’s effect on production and oxidation of CH4 and the production of N2O was greater than soil temperature, rate of methane oxidation was negatively related to soil moisture, while the emission of CO2 and N2O had an optimum moisture range; (4) The temperature-increasing and humidity-preserving effect, the barrier effect of gaseous transmission caused by mulch and the partially soil wetting pattern under drip irrigation would have an influence on the production and emission of GHG. In the end, several relevant research aspects left to be developed and perfected were summarized and presented: how to reduce GHG emission by confirming and controlling the wetting percentage of soil; how to quantify the combined effect of mulch and drip irrigation; how to regulate and control crops’process of growth through regulating soil CO2 emission.

  Dynamic Change of Nitrogen in Early Rice Paddy Field on the Condition of Organic Fertilizer Instead of Part of the Inorganic Fertilizer 2013, 29 (3):  24-28.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.2012-0605 Abstract + ( 1089 )   PDF ( 647872KB )   ( 744 ) In order to study reason of widespread pollution caused by nitrogen in paddy field, dynamic change of nitrogen with different forms were analyzed by using organic and inorganic fertilizer with different ratio, according to local fertilization model suitable for rice cultivation. The results showed that, pig manure compost was a proper organic fertilizer for rice cultivation. NH4+-N lost by surface runoff, NO3--N by leakage. It could cause severe widespread pollution when manure and inorganic fertilizer with unreasonable ratio was mixed utilized. The manner of nitrogen loss differed in rotten degree of organic fertilizer. Nitrogen loss of fresh pig manure, e.g. leakage and surface runoff, was severe correspondingly. The average amount of NO3--N in soil reach the highest level with 13.59 mg/kg in six treatments, while the total amount of NH4+-N, up to 5.65 mg/kg, was lower slightly than that with fertilizer treatment. The total amount of NH4 +-N in surface water after pig manure compost treatment reached 4.52 mg/L, and the average amount of NO3--N in soil amounted to 0.56 mg/kg. In contrast to the six treatments, the loss of nitrogen in pig manure compost by leakage was the lowest level. The NH4 +-N amount of surface water with ad residues treatment reached 4.84 mg/L, while the average NO3--N content was 2.87 mg/L, indicating that nitrogen loss way of ad residues was surface runoff primarily, and the nitrogen loss by leakage was lower slightly than fertilizer treatment.

  Fertility Differences Analysis of P88S in Hunan and Hainan 2013, 29 (3):  29-32.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.2012-0990 Abstract + ( 799 )   PDF ( 533916KB )   ( 712 ) In order to analyze the fertility expression of one kind of super hybrid rice, we selected the photo-/ thermo-sensitive genetic male lines P88S, two different climatic regions were in Hainan and Hunan. The results showed that: in the same CMS in different climatic regions, there was a big difference in their sensitive period, P88S in Changsha, the sensitive periods in the previous three, i.e.Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴperiod. In Haikou, there were two sensitive periods, the first sensitive period inⅡ,Ⅲperiod, the second inⅣ,Ⅴ,Ⅴ,Ⅵ,Ⅶperiod. Under natural conditions, in Haikou from May 5 to May 9, the pollen infertility fluctuated from 67.24% to 85.60%. The pollen sterility was greater than 99.50% from 11 May to 18 October; seed-setting rates were all less than 0.50%. In Changsha, CMS P88S in 2010 from July 17 to October 7, pollen sterility was almost all of > 98.0%, only three days except, there were September 9, September 11 and September 13, there were 86.08%, 90.31%, 92.38%. Seed setting rate volatility was relatively large, fluctuated from 0.29% to 9.81%, breeding insecurity.

  Effect of NaCl Seed Soaking on Germination of Rice 2013, 29 (3):  33-35.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.2012-2662 Abstract + ( 961 )   PDF ( 728879KB )   ( 995 ) Seeds of rice were soaked by different concentrations of NaCl solution in order to study the effect on seed germination and seeding growth of rice. Four different concentrations (0.5%, 1.0%, 1.5%, 2.0%) of NaCl solution were treated on seeds of‘Kongyu 131’compared with the distilled water as control. The seed germination index and seeding growth state of rice was detected. The results showed that low concentration of NaCl (≤0.5%) had no significant effect on seed germination and seeding growth of rice. The seed germination rate, germination tendency and budding index became lower and lower with the ever higher salt concentration, and the seed germination was inhibited under high concentration of NaCl (>0.5%). There was no significant effect on seeding growth of rice‘Kongyu 131’. The study indicated that the endurable stress of NaCl concentration for seed germination of rice was under 0.5% , rice seed germination was significant inhibited under higher concentration than 0.5% NaCl.

  Agrobacterium tumefactions-mediated Genetic Transformation of Apical Merited and Tillering Node in Bread Wheat 2013, 29 (3):  36-41.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.2012-0587 Abstract + ( 1020 )   PDF ( 1010115KB )   ( 805 ) In order to research the wheat apical merited and tillering node of Agrobacterium tumefactions -mediated transformation for the receptors of feasibility, genetic transformation of OsDREB gene from rice (Oryza sativa) into two wheat varieties mediated by Agrobacterium tumefactions was studied with wheat apical merited and tillering node as explants. The results showed that, both methods could obtain the PCR-positive transgenic plants: survival rate for T0 generation with apical merited was lower (30.02%) than that (100%) of T0 generation with tillering node injection, but transformation ratio (13.79) for the apical merited method was higher than that (3.25% ) of tillering node method. The optimum concentration for kanamycin treatment was 90 mg/L by the wild-type kanamycin-resistance screening. The optimum carbenicillin was 300 mg/L to inhibit the growth of Agrobacterium tumefactions during the co-culture by bud growing point infection method, and it not only ensured low contaminated rate, but also improved bud regeneration rate.

  The Impact of Climate Change on Winter Wheat Overwintering Stage of Linyi 2013, 29 (3):  42-46.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.2012-0754 Abstract + ( 939 )   PDF ( 721608KB )   ( 715 ) In order to research the impact of climate change on winter wheat overwintering stage of Linyi, reasonable response to climate change, to improve local wheat production capacity, the author analyzed the wheat overwintering period and variations of meteorological factors in Linyi City by using statistical analysis method, and made an assay of the influence of the main meteorological factors during the wheat overwintering period to exploit the method of gray correlation degree analysis. The data included measurements and meteorological observations of wheat developmental phase from 1981 to 2010. The results showed that many meteorological elements changed in varying degrees and characteristics of phases were obvious during the stage. In the research period, daily average temperature raised 0.3℃/10 a, whose warming trend was evident. Precipitation average variation trend rate was -2.8 mm/10 a, and for sunshine hours, it was 32.9 h/10 a. Both of them were inclined to decrease. The beginning of wheat overwintering period delayed 1.5 d/10 a, in average while recovering date advanced 1.6 d/10 a. It led to shorten 3.3 d/10 a in overwintering period. Sunshine hours were the main meteorological factors during overwintering period.

  The Research About High Quality Effect to Potassium Yield of Strong Gluten Wheat in Sandy Loam Area of Yudong 2013, 29 (3):  47-52.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.2012-1372 Abstract + ( 982 )   PDF ( 625163KB )   ( 671 ) In order to achieve high yield and quality goal in the place where isn’t quite suitable for growing strong gluten wheat, adopting field trials and statistical analysis methods, we cultivated strong gluten wheat on the sandy loam type area where was often lack of potassium and carried out the research about high quality effect to postassium yield of strong gluten wheat. The results showed that, in sandy loam soil available potassium contents in plough layer of Yudong about 90 kg/hm2 conditions, based on the application of nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer, if we applied potassium (K2O) 60-300 kg/hm2, strong gluten wheat yield increased by 18.7%-41.4% and the average yield increased by 30.6%. The relation of sand loam strong gluten wheat yield and the amount of potassium was conic function, which was y= 5296.35 + 22.20x-0.059x2, F=55.76**. After increasing potassium, average grain protein content of wheat was 15.32%, the average increased by 1.72%, and the relative increased by 12.6%. Potash improved the quality of wheat flour, so wet gluten content was up to 35.2%-38.0% and the average was 37.1%, which was superior to one high-gluten wheat≥35% of national standard. Wheat flour mills deposition values 45.1-47.3 mL of potassium, it increased by 3.2-5.4 mL and improved the rheological properties of dough, such as time increased by 0.6-1.8 min, average by 1.3 min, and prolonged stability increased by 1.9-4.4 min, extended an average by 3.4 min. However, FU decreased by 2.8-9.3 and the average down to 6.3. Potassium increased production and improved quality, whose physiological and biochemical basis was the promotion of a flower to the flag leaf during grain filling rate and raising the pick flag to flag leaf during grain filling of sucrose phosphate synthase (SPS) activities. Under the test conditions, sandy loam soil of Yudong gluten wheat yield quality protection best of potassium (K2O) for 180 kg/hm2. Appropriate ratio of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilization (N:P2O5:K2O) was 1:0.78:1.30.

  The Effects of Ethephon on the Germination of Corn Seeds Stressed by Polyethylene Glycol 2013, 29 (3):  53-58.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.2012-0463 Abstract + ( 1164 )   PDF ( 565955KB )   ( 734 ) To explore the optimization concentration of ethephon on the germination of corn seeds under drought stress, corn seeds were soaked by ethephon with the concentrations of 0 mg/L, 100 mg/L, 200 mg/L, 400 mg/L and 800 mg/L respectively for 24 hours. After that, the corn seeds were treated with PEG6000 for 7 days respectively for the simulation of different drought stress. The concentrations of PEG6000 were 0%, 5%, 10% and 15% respectively. And then, the germination rate, seedling length, MDA content, CAT activity and POD activity of the corn seedling under the double stress of every treatment were determined. And the variance analysis and multiple comparisons were used to study the relationship of different treatments. The results showed that (1) the germination rate, seedling length; CAT activity and POD activity of the corn were enhanced with the ethephon of 100-800 mg/L under the same PEG6000 drought stress, and the seedling MDA content were reduced with it. (2)There were significant differences (P<0.05) between 200 mg/L ethephon treatment and 0 mg/L ethephon treatment at the same PEG6000 concentration on each determined index. Therefore, 200 mg/L ethephon could alleviate the drought stress of the corn seedling simulated by PEG6000 with the concentrations of 5%-15%.

  Analysis of Nutrient Components of Maize with Different Treatment of N Fertilizer 2013, 29 (3):  59-62.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.2011-3850 Abstract + ( 933 )   PDF ( 493769KB )   ( 769 ) To investigate the effect of N fertilizer on nutrient components of maize and rational N fertilizer treatment, the experiment, combining field experiment and laboratory analysis, was conducted to study protein, lipids, amino acids and vitamin contents of maize with different N fertilizer treatment. The results showed that, when the different input of N fertilizer was applied in different growth periods of maize (basic fertilizer was 68 kg/hm2, at jointing stage was 52 kg/hm2, at big trumpet stage was 30 kg/hm2, at anthesis stage was 30 kg/hm2, at grain filling stage was 45 kg/hm2), and the total input of N fertilizer was 225 kg/hm2, protein and lipids contents were highest, which could reach 12.82% and 9.68%, and were 86% or 72% higher than that of the control (treatment 1), respectively. Also contents of all of detected amino acids and part of vitamins, including B1, B2 and B6, were higher than that with the others’treatment. With this treatment, the total input of N fertilizer was least. So rational treatment of fertilizer could not only improve the crop quality, but also decrease fertilizer input.

  Analysis on Comparative Advantage of Corn Production in Different Regions and Periods in Hubei Province 2013, 29 (3):  63-68.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.2012-0457 Abstract + ( 1110 )   PDF ( 741034KB )   ( 649 ) It is important to analyze regional advantages of corn production in order to achieve reasonable regional production arrangement and promote corn production in Hubei Province. Regional comparative advantages of corn production in Hubei Province in the periods of "Tenth Five Year Plan" and "Eleventh Five Year Plan" were analyzed, using the method of comparative advantage and agricultural production statistic data of 17 regions in Hubei Province during the year of 2000 to 2009. The results showed that, corn production in Hubei Province had significant regional difference; five regions had scale comparative advantage, ten regions had efficiency comparative advantage, and five regions had aggregated comparative advantage. The comparative advantageous areas of corn production mainly distribute in the western mountainous and hilly area and northern low hilly area of Hubei Province, where the aggregated comparative advantage index (AAI) was 2.43 in the period of "Tenth Five Year Plan", and raised to 2.77 in the period of "Eleventh Five Year Plan". Compared with that in the period of "Tenth Five Year Plan", AAI in "Eleventh Five Year Plan" period was increased by 0.08 for corn production, 0.03 for rice production, while was declined by 0.05 for cotton production. Through cost-benefit analysis, it showed that net income per hectare of corn production was 507.0 Yuan and 2143.5 Yuan lower than that of rice and cotton respectively, but the labor cost of corn production was 535.5 Yuan and 4096.5 Yuan lower than that of rice and cotton respectively. On the basis of the above analysis, some proposals were put forward to develop maize production in Hubei Province.

  Effects of Film Mulching and Fertilizations on Soil and Crop in Cold and Arid Region 2013, 29 (3):  69-75.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.2012-0505 Abstract + ( 964 )   PDF ( 823893KB )   ( 728 ) In order to understand the effect characteristics of different mulching films and fertilization quantities on soil and crop and the relative importance of plastic film mulching on increasing soil temperature and conserving soil moisture in cold and arid region, a field experiment with randomized block design of two factors was employed to analyze and compare the effect differences of broad and narrow degradable films, broad and narrow ordinary plastic films, and fertilization quantity on soil moisture, soil temperature, maize growth and development, and maize yield. The results showed that broad and narrow degradable films and ordinary plastic films all had significant temperature-increasing and moisture-holding effects. Fertilization had certain temperature-increasing and moisture-holding effects too. The different maize growth stages were all earlier in the treatments mulched with broad and narrow degradable films and ordinary plastic films than that in CK, but fertilization did not affect maize growth stages. The promoting effect of mulching treatments on the maize growth appeared at the early stage of maize growth, but that of fertilization treatments mainly at the middle and later stages of maize growth. Mulching treatments significantly increased maize yield and WUE and broad film mulching treatments were significantly better than narrow film mulching treatments. The reason of mulching treatment increasing maize yield was mainly due to the increase of weight per hundred kernels, but the reason of fertilization treatment increasing maize yield was due to the increases of both kernel number per ear and weight per hundred kernels. The key factor of limiting maize growth and development was low temperature and the yield-increasing effect of film mulching was bigger than that of fertilization in cold and arid region. The interaction effect of film mulching and fertilization was not significant.

  Analysis of Protein Content of Barley Germplasm from Different Geographical Origins 2013, 29 (3):  76-79.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.2012-0749 Abstract + ( 1100 )   PDF ( 513883KB )   ( 1011 ) Grain protein content of 287 barley germplasms from different origins were analyzed by using near infrared method in this study to understand the property of protein content and extend parent resources. Distribution and differences of grain protein content among diverse origins were compared and the results showed, grain protein content of 287 barley accessions ranged from 8.00% to 20.10%, averaged 12.43%, and assembled around the scope between 10.00% and 14.00%. The minimum protein content of accessions, 8.00%, derived from Yunnan Province, while the maximum, 20.10%, from Qinghai. Significant divergence of protein content existed among origins with the highest value of 14.49% arisen in Henan Province and the lowest value of 9.62% in Inner Mongolia. The order of origins based on protein content from high to low was Henan, Qinghai, Xinjiang, Jiangsu, Hubei, Yunnan, Anhui and Inner Mongolia. Variation of barley grain content among different origins reflected its diverse uses.

  Study on the Accumulation Properties of Sweet Sorghum Seedling to Cd and Pb 2013, 29 (3):  80-85.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.2012-2297 Abstract + ( 1113 )   PDF ( 775556KB )   ( 787 ) To confirm the response and absorption character of sweet sorghum in seedling stage to soil heavy metal pollution, the seedlings of two sweet sorghum varieties (‘Liaotian No.1’& XT-2) were studied by pot experiment with heavy metal-polluted soil to confirm the distribution regularity of Pb and Cd in sweet sorghum seedling. And the accumulation coefficient and transfer coefficient were calculated. The results showed that: the heavy metal contents in two varieties’of sweet sorghum seedlings increased with increase of heavy metal fraction in soil. There were significant differences between the heavy metal contents in root, stem and leaf. The Cd was accumulated in the order that root > stem > leaf and Pb accumulation order was root > leaf > stem. The accumulation coefficients of roots of two varieties were higher than those of stem and leaf, and there were no clear differences in accumulation coefficients of stem and leaf. The transfer coefficients of‘Liaotian No.1’stem to Cd was higher than that of XT-2. The Cd transfer coefficients of stem of two varieties were higher than that of leaves. The two coefficients of two varieties were less than 1.

  Study on Drought Resistance of Millet in Seeding Emergence Stage 2013, 29 (3):  86-91.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.2012-2589 Abstract + ( 1128 )   PDF ( 680004KB )   ( 684 ) The study aims to explore the drought resistance index and physiological and biochemical indexes at millet seed germination, which provide more theory basis for early appraisal of drought resistance. The study on drought resistance of twenty maize varieties at germination stage was conducted through adopting PEG solution simulated soil drought treatment. Using GDRI as basis to screen millet with drought resistance at germination period, twenty maize varieties were classified into five categories. The results showed that: germinating energy and germination percentage were decreased, the growth of young roots and buds were depressed at various levels under osmotic stress. There were positive correlations between GDRI and germinating energy, germination percentage and bud length (r=0.90**; r=0.73**; r=0.63**), roots length and lateral root number also had a positive correlation with GDRI to a certain extent (r=0.48*; r=0.51*). While coleoptile length did not correlate significantly with germination drought resistance index. Analysis showed that, germinating energy could be used for the first indicator of millet germination stage; germination percentage and bud length could be used for the second indicator; roots length and lateral root number could be used for the third indicator.When evaluating the GDRI of millet and other five indicators, drought resistance index can be used as a main marker and the other five indexes as supplements.

  Comparison Test on Different Purple Sweet Potato Varieties for Chip Processing 2013, 29 (3):  92-96.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.2012-2629 Abstract + ( 926 )   PDF ( 522803KB )   ( 759 ) In order to select good quality and high yield purple sweet potato varieties which were suitable for chip processing, eight purple sweet potato varieties were introduced and tested in 2011 compared with Yamakawamurasaki, the economic characters, biological characteristics and the food quality were the standards to select and evaluate. The results showed that, the performance of‘Jingzi No.6’and‘Guizi No.12’were better than other varieties, they had higher fresh yield, which were 30214.5 kg/hm2 and 28042.5 kg/hm2, respectively, increased by 58.2% and 46.8% compared with control, and the commodity potato rate, which were 88.2% and 86.3%, was higher than other varieties, and they also had medium and neat tuber size and better taste. The two cultivars were the selected varieties which were suitable for chip processing in biology characters, economic characters and tastes.

  Population Fluctuation of the Cotton Wilt Syndrome Field Observation 2013, 29 (3):  97-102.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.2012-1024 Abstract + ( 893 )   PDF ( 603845KB )   ( 740 ) Cotton wilt syndrome is a new disease of Shanxi Province, cotton-growing areas in recent years, so far only a superficial investigation report and pathogen report, the lack of basic understanding of its fluctuation and influencing factors. The aim was to present the comprehensive management methods and measures of the cotton wilt syndrome. Adjacent contrast methods of cultivation, observation year incidence of seed strains and normal strains of seed was the same strain or material before onset of the severity of and sooner or later. The results showed that, the incidence of strains of seed offspring than its homologous normal seed time of onset as early and morbidity strain rate, that the disease was not the incidence of strains of seed genetic disease. By adjacent contrast to cultivation of genetically modified varieties and their non-transgenic parental cultivars, and then planted a large number of other non-transfer genetic material observed, the results showed switch to genetically modified varieties incidence more while its parent varieties incidence rarely, certain varieties of differences to reach a very significant with, non-genetically modified material no cases had been seen. That might be associated with cotton genetically modified material related to the occurrence of disease. The fitting analysis through the cotton wilt syndrome observed data and the local meteorological observation data, the results showed the occurrence of disease might be associated with less rainfall, relative air humidity was low, evaporation larger; through the analysis of climate observations and test field might also be ground in the cotton fields plastic film≥40℃the number of days more relevant.

The relative germination potential, relative germination rate, root length, chlorophy ll content, cell membrane permeability, MDA content and proline content were measured. With the increase of NaCl concentration, the relative germination potential, relative germination rate, root length, chlorophy ll content kept decreasing; Cell membrane permeability and proline content kept increasing; the malondiadehyde content increased at first, and then decreased with the increase of NaCl concentration. When the concentration of NaCl was up to 1.2% , the tobacco leaf chlorophy ll content declined to the maximum extent and the malondiadehyde content reached maximum value which provided a reliable basis for the study of tobacco salt tolerance mechanism.

  Analysis of Trend Variation and Main Economic Influential Factors of Unit Area Grain Yield in Anhui Province 2013, 29 (3):  108-115.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.2012-2656 Abstract + ( 864 )   PDF ( 1237864KB )   ( 793 ) In order to reveal trend variation and main economic factors of unit area grain yield in Anhui Province. Based on the grain yield and agricultural economy data in 78 counties and districts of Anhui Province from 1991 to 2010, trend variation and main influential factors of unit area grain yield were analyzed in Anhui Province by adopting varieties of mathematical statistics. The results showed that, during the past 20 years, unit area grain yield of Anhui Province and each county had an obvious increase. During the 20 years, the variation coefficient was large. And the region where the variation coefficient of the decade after and before 2000 increased was also the area where the grain growth rate was low. Using the method of Squared Euclidean distance and Furthest Neighbor and combining with geographical characteristics, the type of unit area grain yield in Anhui could be divided into four parts. There were great differences in variation trend, fluctuation range and yield output level of unit area grain yield. The highest output of unit grain yield was areaⅢ, the value was 5957 kg/hm2, and the lowest was areaⅠ, the value was 4255 kg/hm2, while areaⅡandⅣwere in the middle, the value were 5089 kg/hm2 and 4905 kg/hm2. The chief factors that influence unit area grain yield were per capita net income of peasants and governmental expenditure. Then effective irrigation area, total power of agricultural machinery, ensured stable yields despite of drought and flood area and rural electricity consumption were also important factors. Agricultural film and pesticide consumption did not have too much influence. Variation trend of unit area grain yield in each area mainly depended on contribution rate of agriculture economic factors.

  Effects of 4 Fumigants on Soil Microbial Characteristics 2013, 29 (3):  116-120.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.2012-0335 Abstract + ( 1079 )   PDF ( 683663KB )   ( 892 ) In order to research the effects of 4 kinds of soil fumigation such as the 1,3-dichloropropylene, dimethyl disulfide, metham sodium and formic acid methyl ester on the soil microbes characteristics after fumigation a week, and the experiments determined the quantity changes of soil microbial bacteria, fungi and actinomyces with dilution plate method through the indoor culture experiments. Soil microbial biomass nitrogen was determined by fumigation extraction-ninhydrin method; soil respiration was known by absorbed directly method; catalase activity was determined by permanganate titration; the activity of dehydrogenase and amylase were measured by ultraviolet spectrophotometric method. The results showed that, after fumigation 7 days 4 kinds of soil fumigation all significantly reduced the number of soil bacteria and actinomyces and microbial biomass nitrogen, but it had less effects on fungi. Also 1,3-dichloropropylene and metham sodium could significantly inhibited soil respiration. Among this, the effects of metham sodium on soil enzyme activity were most significant. Thus, 4 kinds of soil fumigation all took some effects on soil microorganism and metham sodium had the most significant, the next was dimethyl disulfide, but 1,3-dichloropropylene and formic acid methyl had some significant on microbial populations and microbial biomass nitrogen.

  Effects of Air Temperature and Precipitation on Rice Production in Yuxi, Yunnan Province 2013, 29 (3):  121-126.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.2012-2698 Abstract + ( 1022 )   PDF ( 562850KB )   ( 798 ) For understanding the effects of air temperature and precipitation indifferent growth stages of rice on its production, the observation data of rice growth period, yield and its formative factors in Hongta, Yuxi agricultural meteorological stations from 1980-2011 were used for analyzing the relationship between days of growth stages, yield and its formative factors of rice and air temperature and precipitation, respectively. The results showed that, precipitation was significantly positive related to days of growth stages excluding booting-heading stage. And tiller-booting stage and transplant-tiller stage were the most inhibited by precipitation (the correlation coefficient r=0.6362 and r=0.4247, respectively). Average temperature, maximum temperature and minimum temperature in tiller-booting stage and daily temperature range in tiller-booting stage and milk-maturity stage were significantly negative correlated to corresponding growth days. Seed per ear was the main formative factor that affect rice yield. It was positive correlated to air temperature in booting-milk maturity stage. Setting percentage was significantly negative correlated to maximum temperature and daily temperature range in milk-maturity stage, but it was significantly positive correlated to minimum temperature and precipitation. Thousand seed weight (TSW) was negative correlated to temperature in booting-maturity. Rice yield was significantly negative correlated to maximum temperature and daily temperature range in transplant-tiller stage but significantly positive correlated to precipitation, and the three meteorological factors in bumper harvest year were different from common year and poor year. The results indicated that, rice production in transplant-booting stage was mainly inhibited by precipitation. While in booting-maturity stage, it was mainly affected by temperature. Higher temperature promotes the increase of seed per ear, and greater daily temperature range promotes matter accumulation. Both of that are good for increasing rice yield.

  Effects of Potassium Fertilizer on Yield and Population Qualities of Winter Wheat‘Han6172’ 2013, 29 (3):  127-130.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.2012-2886 Abstract + ( 905 )   PDF ( 522465KB )   ( 774 ) ‘Han6172’, a main wheat cultivar in Hebei, was used in this experiment in order to provide scientific basis for potassium fertilizer rational use of potash fertilizer in the southern Hebei. The potassium fertilizer was included six fertilizer levels of 0, 37.5, 75, 112.5, 150, 187.5 kg/hm2. The results showed that, the potassium fertilizer could significantly increase grain yield of winter wheat, and the yield increased between 3.93%-9.82%. The grain yield of the wheat increased with the increase of potassium fertilizer rate, the best fertilization was 75-112.5 kg/hm2, but efficiency decreased when the potassium fertilizer rate was over K2O 112.5 kg/hm2. Considering of higher yield and economic benefits, the treatment with 75 kg/hm2 of K2O application was optimal with total increment of 8.83% of yield and 838.47 yuan/hm2 of profit increment and with 7.49 kg yield per kg K2O.

  Effects of Straw Returning Amount on Soil Physical and Chemical Properties and Yield of Wheat 2013, 29 (3):  131-135.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.2012-0544 Abstract + ( 1210 )   PDF ( 597515KB )   ( 915 ) In order to determine the appropriate amount of wheat straw returning, a field experiment was conducted to study different amount of straw returning treatment influence on soil physical and chemical properties and yield in the following season wheat fields. The results indicated that, straws increased soil moisture, the impact of humidity above the surface layer (60 cm) was the biggest. Meanwhile, straw mulch increased the soil organic matter, total nitrogen, available nitrogen, available phosphorus content .With the amount of coverage increasing the magnitude increased, straw mulch decreased the soil bulk density, increased the porosity, and better protect the soil physical structure. There was no significant difference among the treatments straw amount of 7500 kg/hm2 and 6000 kg/hm2 synergistic effect on soil. Straw mulch treatment increased wheat yield and factors of yield components, yield increased with straw amount increasing in different magnitude, the highest yield was 6000 kg/hm2 treatment. Based on the results in this experimental condition, 6000 kg/hm2 was the appropriate amount of wheat straw cover.

  Studies on the Effects of NPK Combined Application on Yield in Peanut and Effect Analysis zhaochangxing 2013, 29 (3):  136-140.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.2012-0174 Abstract + ( 1165 )   PDF ( 790598KB )   ( 1128 ) A mathematical model was established to find the optimum fertilization scheme of peanut new variety (‘Qinghua No.7’) with the design of ordinary second order rotational regression of three factors, in which N (nitrogen), P (phosphorus) and K (potassium) were independent variables and peanut yield were dependent variables. It discussed the single factor effect, interaction effect and best fertilization of N, P and K fertilizer through the inspection of the regression equation and effect analysis. The results showed that N, P and K fertilizer had significant influence on yield increasing of peanut, and the rank of factor effects on peanut yield was K(X3) >P(X2) >N(X1). The interactions of N and P for peanut yield were extremely significant. The optimum application rates for‘Qinghua No.7’achieving high yield were the best combination of fertilizer application: N fertilizer 106.08-133.92 kg/hm2, P fertilizer 159.12-200.88 kg/hm2, K fertilizer 138.28- 161.72 kg/hm2.

  Effects of Cultivation Methods on Plant Growth and Yield of Summer-planting Peanut 2013, 29 (3):  141-146.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.2012-1733 Abstract + ( 881 )   PDF ( 589958KB )   ( 757 ) The paper explored the suitable cultivation methods and their effects of summer-planting peanut after winter wheat harvest, in order to provide a basis for guiding the production practices of peanut. Under field conditions,‘Qinghua 7’was used to study the influences of cultivation methods on plant growth and yield of summer-planting peanut. The results showed that: compared with conventional cultivation methods, high-yield protective cultivation style of summer-planting peanut could dwarf the plant height, so that the main height under the method decreased 15.7% compared with plastic film mulching methods, which could effectively prevent excessive growth and lodging of peanut. High-yield protective cultivation style of summer-planting peanut promoted dry matter accumulation of vegetative organs of peanut increased the number of effective flowering and fruit pin of peanut. Moreover, high-yield protective cultivation style of summer-planting peanut could promote the pod development of peanut, and the pod number per plant increased from 0.8 to 2.0 than that under other treatments, and the pod number per kg reduced from 23.8 to 66.5. High-yield protective cultivation style of summer-planting peanut significantly increased the allocation proportion of dry matter to the pod, raised the economic coefficient from 0.08 to 0.17, and increased pod yield by 5.5% to 29.2%, compared with conventional cultivation methods. The growth-development status of peanut under plastic film mulching condition was better than that under the open field cultivation, as well as strew returning cultivation style was better than no-straw returning. It concluded that, high-yield protective cultivation method is the best cultivation method of summer planting peanut achieving high yield under the conditions of this experiment.

  Effect of Different Film-covering Modes on the Yield and Soil Moisture of Dry Land Tillage Potato 2013, 29 (3):  147-152.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.2012-0782 Abstract + ( 1123 )   PDF ( 743165KB )   ( 899 ) The experiment, combining field experiment and laboratory analysis, was conducted to study yield components, water use efficiency and the change rule of soil moisture under the different film-covering mode, such as the traditional planting, harrowed bedding planting with film mulching, double ridge mulched completely by film, ridge mulched by film, ridge culture mulched by film and ridge side planting, and to identify the best film-covering mode under the dry land tillage potato of Wuchuan Inner Mongolia. It indicated that film-covering modes could increase the tuber yield, the single stub tuber number. Film-covering mode could increase the tuber yield and the water use efficiency by 6.71%-83.57% and 12.04%-135.36% respectively contrasted to the traditional planting. Under the one film-covering mode, drought-resistant agent could increase the tuber yield and the water use efficiency by 4.24%-37.11% and 0.59%-23.24% respectively. The conclusion from the change rule of soil moisture, showed that the film covering had the obvious rainwater harvesting, double ridge mulched completely by film was able to increase availably the soil water in 0-10 cm soil profile, the soil water of ridge culture mulched by film and ridge side planting in 20-40 cm soil profile remained at relatively high level. Drought-resistant agent had the obvious water holding effects, and could decrease soil water infiltration and made the water preserved in 0-40 cm soil profile.

In this paper, the Brassica napus. hybrid varieties‘Xinong 18’and its parents are the materials. With SSR molecular marker was used to analysis the polymorphism of these materials, in order to screen the significantly Different primer between‘XinongNo.18’and its parents and identify the purity of‘Xinong No.18’with it. The results showed that, one pair of primer BRAS023 in 200 SSR primers was found had significant and legible polymorphism between hybrid seeds and parental inbred lines, and the polymorphism presented in the form that all the bands amplified from the hybrid seeds were complementary to those from their parents. 150 individual seeds were tested with the primer, and the seed purity was 86%, which was closed to the result identified in the field 89%. The results indicated SSR primer BRAS023 could be used to detect the purity of‘Xinong No.18’.

Experiment with the material of Qitai Onobrychis viciaefolia, by setting different planting density. The relationship of planting density on seed yield of Onobrychis viciaefolia that was researched by plant height, branches of plant, number of pod, 1000-grain weight and seed yield. The results showed that, the density of 30 cm×25 cm was better than others. The inflorescence number of plant, number of pod, 1000-grain weight and seed yield were 81.1, 839.2, 23.8 g and 1995.8 kg/hm2. Relevance analysis showed that, the seed yield and 1000-grain weight had significant correlation 0.631; the seed yield and the number of pod correlation coefficient was above 0.998.

We build a processing tomato production combination forecasting model by the 2001-2009 Xinjiang a processing tomato planting and production data. Take the predicting yield of 2010 and 2011 tomato production for example; we proved that compared with the single forecast model, the combination forecasting model was more accurate and reliable. And it provided the foundation for the establishment of the processing tomato industry decision support systems.

  Effects of Biodegradation Agents on Straw Degradation in Two Kinds of Straw Returning 2013, 29 (3):  166-172.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.2012-0991 Abstract + ( 976 )   PDF ( 836836KB )   ( 687 ) In order to study the effects of biodegradation agents in two kinds of straw returning (i.e. soil returning straw and mulching straw), changes of wheat straw components by biodegradation agents were studied under field in two kinds of straw returning, meanwhile effect of decomposed wheat straw on soil labile carbon was also conducted. Wheat straw was from field under wheat-maize rotation system. Three biodegradation agents (i.e. BW1, BW2, BW3) were selected from our own laboratory. Results indicated that, under soil returning straw patterns cellulose-straw degradation rate was BW2≈BW3 > BW1 in four weeks, and the rate was increased by 24.95%, 24.57%, 2.10% compared with CK1. In six weeks, hemicellulose-straw degradation rate was BW2 > BW3 > BW1, increased by 12.67%, 8.80%, 1.47% than CK1. In the mulching straw patterns, cellulose-straw degraded relatively slow, cellulose-straw degradation rate was BW2 > BW3 > BW1 in four weeks, increased by 26.52% , 24.01% , 21.02% than CK1. Hemicellulose-straw contents were changed obviously, hemicellulose-straw degradation rate of three biodegradation agents was BW2 > BW3 > BW1, increased by 22.90% , 20.00% , 9.32% compared with CK1. No obvious differences happened in three biodegradation agents to the lignin-straw degradation rate during two patterns. In the process of soil returning straw, the content of soil labile carbon was increased by 54.09% in biodegradation agent BW2 which was the highest. However, during mulching straw pattern, the content of soil labile carbon was increased by 34.58% in biodegradation agent BW3. Both the biodegradation agents BW2 and BW3 could degrade wheat straw high effectively in two patterns. It was found that microorganism agents by the soil returning straw patterns had better degradation effect, and the content of soil labile carbon was obviously increased.

This research used FT gene expression characteristics, through cloning FT gene from Arabidopsis thaliana, plant expression vector pCAMBIA2301-FT and pCAMBIA2300-FT:GUS which had a CaMV 35S promoter and GUS reporter gene, were successfully constructed. The somatic embryos in Hevea brasiliensia were transferred by agrobacterium-mediated transformation, and the instantaneous expression of somatic embryos was observed using GUS histochemical staining. The result showed the two plants expression vectors were effective. It laid the foundation for further studying the function and application of FT genes in Hevea brasiliensia.

Containing active Mu transposons as male parent hybrid with maize inbred lines Z31, after repeated backcross with Z31 and selfing, obtain BC3F2 as material. Using Mu-AFLP method to separate Mu insertion flanking sequences of the PPR sites, and verify the authenticity of the insertion sites. Using Mu-AFLP method, 14 Mu factor insertion flanking sequences have been cloned. Removing 2 redundant sequences and 8 repeat sequences, the remained 4 target sequences were the object for further study. Gene genetic analysis verified 2 flanking sequences insertion for real. The function analysis, in which 1 is PPR mutation site and Mu factor inserted into the gene 5' UTR 121st bp and 122nd bp between base pairs. The genomic localization and functional analysis shows that Mu insertion site of target sequence located at chromosome 6, and belonged to PPR gene family. This gene could be encoded PPR protein, so we hypothesized that this Mu insertion site influences corn leaf color.

  Study on the Screening and Degradation Condition of Oil Degradation Mixed Bacteria Agents 2013, 29 (3):  184-189.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.2012-1454 Abstract + ( 906 )   PDF ( 725721KB )   ( 716 ) In order to obtain oil degrading mixed agents and optimized degradation conditions, sixty-eight bacteria, fifteen fungus and six actinomycetes were isolated from oily soil, oily wastewater, crude oil. Y-4 & Y-12 combination and Y-4 & Y-37 combination were selected through screening, rescreening and two-two mixed antagoinstic experiment, the oil degradation rates of the two mixed microbial agents were quite high by more than 60%. At the same time, the influence of different conditions on oil degradation of the mixed bacteria agents was studied. The results showed that, the degradation rates of the two mixed microbial agents, Y-4 & Y-12 combination in the initial pH 8.0, speed 160 r/min, the seed solution 0.5 mL with the ratio of 1:1, 30~ 35℃for 7 days, and Y-4 & Y-37 combination in the initial pH 7.5, speed 130-160 r/min, the seed solution 0.5 mL with the ratio of 1:1, 35℃for 7 days, were more higher with adding less initial crude oil volume and abundant matrix nutrition. The article experiment showed that, the oil degradation rates of the two mixed microbial agents were quite high under the appropriate conditions, and the degradation rate of the mixed microbial agents was higher than the single agent.

We suggested that wetland insects would be investigated as soon as possible to accumulate the species diversity data of wetland insects, and provide a scientific basis for the insect species conservation in ecological system by the means of long-term monitoring and management of the wetland.

The results showed that: the urease activity of high organic content soil was high; a high protective effect on soil enzyme which the soil clay structure was high. Low concentrations of azoxystrobin to soil urease showed active effect, a high concentration of azoxystrobin on soil urease showed inhibition, but not obviously and could be eliminated; along with the culture time growing, azoxystrobin on activity of soil urease inhibition could be restored. Comprehensive evaluation, azoxystrobin was with no obvious toxic effects to soil environment, and with high safety.

  The Degradation Difference of Plastid Pigment of Different Harvest Maturity and Its Relationship with Tobacco Quality 2013, 29 (3):  203-208.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.2012-2889 Abstract + ( 1096 )   PDF ( 806017KB )   ( 790 ) In order to explore the relationship between the tobacco quality and degradation of plastid pigment, we investigated the change of degradation ratio of plastid pigment during maturing in the field and the difference of degradation proportion during flue-curing of different harvest maturity by field experiment.The results were showed as follows: The degradation ratio of plastid pigment during maturing grossly showed a changing trend as letter“V”in middle and upper position, which means that the degradation ratio in prophase and anaphase of maturing was relatively high, while the metaphase was relatively low. The changing trend of degradation ratio of chlorophyll and carotenoid in different position was slightly different. The degradation proportion of plastid pigment of different harvest maturity during flue-curing was obviously different, 99% of cholorophyll and 53%-73% of carotenoid was degraded during flue-curing. Suspending harvest of upper leaves could obviously enhance the degradation ratio in the field. The quality of flue-cured leaves of treatment C3 (close to technical maturity) of middle leaves and B4 (close to over maturity) of upper leaves was preferably than other treatment, whose degradation proportion of carotenoid during flue-curing was 64% and 68% respectively, which was at the mid to upper level of all processing.

Based on single-factor experiments, response surface analysis method was used to optimize extraction technology of water-soluble dietary fiber (SDF) in sunflower seed shell. The results showed that the optimum process parameters of soluble dietary fiber in sunflower seed shell were the following: NaOH mass fraction 7.83%, the extraction time 69.46 min, extraction temperature 42.10℃, ratio of liquid to solid 40 mL/g, with which yield of water soluble dietary fiber was up to 31.1112%. In addition, the water retention and swelling of SDF were also measured. The results indicated that soluble dietary fiber from sunflower seed shell had good water retention and swelling: water holding capacity 7.293 g/g, 3.997 mL/g swelling. Therefore, sunflower seed shell is good source of soluble dietary fiber.

The results indicated that: using discriminant analysis, spectral wavelength was 4235.35-4252.46, 5484.32-5497.04, 5999.06-6310.39 cm-1, spectral data preprocessing method was SNV, First Derivative and norris smooth, the factor was 5, recognition rate of the model was 88.6%. A new idea by the quick and precise identification of tea was offered in this paper.
