Furthermore, the paper also systematically analyzed the advantages of the healthy breeding and its development situation at home and abroad, as well as the way-out and related policy suggestions that the capital investment increase, scientific and technological support, and legal rules and laws development were essential to hens breeding enterprise.

  Cloning, Sequence Identification and Expression Analysis of IGF-IR in Breast Muscle at Different Embryonic Period in Ducks 2013, 29 (2):  6-11.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.2012-1803 Abstract + ( 1203 )   PDF ( 1250614KB )   ( 651 ) The present experiment was conducted to obtain and analyze partial cDNA sequence of duck Insulin- like growth factor I receptor gene (IGF-IR), and to study the tissue expression characterization of IGF-IR mRNA in ducks. Partial sequence of IGF-IR cDNA was cloned by homologous alignment analysis, the sequence was analyzed by bioinformatics method, and its absolute mRNA expression was detected by quantitative RT-PCR in breast muscle at different embryonic period meat-type duck breed-Gaoyou ducks and egg-type duck breed-Jinding ducks. Sequence analysis showed that the 270 bp of CDS region of duck IGF-IR gene shared 95% , 79% , 78% , 77% , 78% , 76% identity with those of Gallus gallus, Homo sapiens, Mus -musculus, Rattus novegicus, Sus domesticus and Bos Taurus, respectively. The results of quantitative RT-PCR indicated that the expression of duck IGF-IR showed“wave”trend at different embryonic period, the highest level appeared at 21 embryo age, which was significant higher than that of 17, 25, 27 embryo age and 7 day-old (P<0.05). The expression level of IGF-IR mRNA between breeds was relatively stable; the difference was significant at 21 embryo age (P<0.05), and the differences were not significant at other embryo age (P>0.05).

  Effects of Dichlorfos on Weight Indexes of Reproductive Organs and Testosterone Level in Mature Male Mice 2013, 29 (2):  12-15.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.2012-3279 Abstract + ( 1153 )   PDF ( 514482KB )   ( 590 ) In order to explore the effects of Dichlorfos on reproductive organ exponent and sex hormone levels in mature mice. 30 mature male mice were randomly divided into 5 groups. The 4 groups were experimental groups, treated with low (5.0 mg/kg), middle (10.0 mg/kg), high (20.0 mg/kg) and extremely high (40.0 mg/kg) doses of Dichlorfos for 16 consecutive days by gavage. The other was control group, treated with distilled water by gavage at the same volume. The testicle, epididymis and seminal vesicle indexes were weighted and the level of testosterone (T) was measured after 16 days. The results showed that, compared with control group, the epididymis and seminal vesicle indexes decreased significantly (P<0.05) in all experimental groups; the testicle index decreased significantly (P<0.05) in the middle, high and extremely high doses; T level of extremely high dose group was the lowest in the four experimental groups and decreased significantly (P<0.05). It was suggested that Dichlorfos could decrease mature male mice’s reproductive organ indexes and level of T, which consequently damage the mature male mice’s reproductive system.

  Advancement of Major Immunogenicity Proteins on Mycoplasma Hyopneumoniae 2013, 29 (2):  16-22.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.2012-2419 Abstract + ( 1271 )   PDF ( 572912KB )   ( 891 ) Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae (Mhp) was the causative agent of Mycoplasma pneumoniae of Swine (MPS), and causes huge economic losses to the pig industry. Due to the lack of depth study for immunogenic and specific proteins of Mhp, the development of the pathogenic mechanism, serological detection methods and new recombinant subunit vaccine research about Mhp were restricted to some extent, so it affected the control of MPS. In this article, the development of some major specific immunogenicity proteins (including adhesion, membrane proteins and cytoplasmic protein) research of Mhp were discussed, so as to provide theoretical basis and new ideas for the further research on the pathogenesis of Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae, the establishment of specific diagnostic methods and promoting the development of Mhp genetic engineering vaccine, it would play an important part in correctly diagnosis, detecting, the immunization and prevention of MPS.

  Comparative Histologial Observation of Skin in Male and Female Frog (Rana dybouwskii) During Breeding Season 2013, 29 (2):  23-26.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.2012-3201 Abstract + ( 935 )   PDF ( 1111577KB )   ( 636 ) To study the comparative histological observation of skin in male and female frog (Rana dybouwskii) during breeding season, using paraffin section and hematoxylin-eosin staining. The results showed that: there were significant differences between male and female frogs in the types of total thicknesses of the head and the trunk dorsum and abdomen. The dorsal in females was extremely thicker than in males. The abdominal in males was highly significant thicker than in females. In males the lateral trunk was significantly thicker than in females. There were two kinds of glands present, namely mucous glands and granular glands and they were found throughout the skin of the body. Typical granular glands were larger than mucous glands. In addition, we observed the type of the specialized mucous glands in males. It might be related to the reproduction, breath, and defense functions.

  Expression in E. coli and Prokaryotic Expressive Vector Construction of Fibrinolytic Enzyme Gene from Gloydius intermedius 2013, 29 (2):  27-30.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.2012-2596 Abstract + ( 919 )   PDF ( 1322514KB )   ( 654 ) The fibrinolytic enzymes which wildly existed in many kinds of snake venoms have important medicine effect, it contributed to open up snake venom resources from gene engineering. Total RNA was extracted from gland of Gloydius intermedius snake venom, fibrinolytic enzyme (FLE) gene was amplified by RT-PCR. The gene was ligased with pMD18-T vector, then FLE was obtained; It was subcloned into pPROEXHTb prokaryotic expressive vector to construct expressive vector; The positive recombinant expression vector was transformed into E. coli and was induced to express recombinant protein FLE. The fusion protein was detected by SDS-PAGE. The results indicated that prokaryotic expression vector ppPROEXHTb-FLE was constructed successfully, and expressed in E. coli, the molecular weight of recombinant protein was about 30kD. It was effective to use the prokaryotic expressive vector to express. All that would provided base for gene engineering products of snake venom FLE in the future.

  The Effects of Water Depth and Culture Nets on Survival and Growth of Pearl Oyster Pinctada maxima 2013, 29 (2):  31-35.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.2012-1544 Abstract + ( 905 )   PDF ( 522935KB )   ( 624 ) Two experiments (Experiment I and II) were established to evaluate the effects of water depth and culture net on survival and growth of pearl oyster Pinctada maxima from June 2010 to June 2011, with an aim to improve growth traits of the stocks. Four groups were set in Experiment I: HA, 3 m; HB, 6 m; HC, 9 m; and HD, 12 m. Three groups were set in Experiment II: BN, box net; CN, cone net; and LN, cylinder net. At days 90, 180, 270, 360, survival and growth of the groups in Experiment I and II were compared. In Experiment I, there were insignificant differences in survival rate among the four groups at days 90, 180, 270 (P>0.05). At days 360, the survival rate among the four groups differed significantly (P<0.05). The HD group had the largest survival rate at days 90, 180, 270 and 360. Insignificant differences in mean shell height and total weight among the four groups were observed (P>0.05). In Experiment II, survival rate among the BN, CN and LN groups were insignificant at days 90 and 180 (P>0.05). At days 270 and 360, however, the difference in survival rate among the three groups was significant (P<0.05). The LN group had the largest survival rate at days 90, 180, 270 and 360. At days 90, 180 and 270, mean shell height and total weight differed insignificantly among the three groups (P>0.05). Differences in mean shell height and total weight were significant (P<0.05). The LN group displayed the largest mean shell height and total weight at days 90, 180, 270 and 360. The present results suggested that optimal water depth and culture net was 6-9 m and cylinder net suspended in the sea.

  Morphometric Differences Analysis of Pelteobagrus vachelli, Pelteobagrus fulvidraco, Leiovassis crassilabrus and Their Hybrid F1 2013, 29 (2):  36-43.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.2012-0060 Abstract + ( 1756 )   PDF ( 880296KB )   ( 693 ) In order to provide more discriminant basis for Bagridae fish breeding, through the form and framework data determination of Hybrid groupⅠ(Pelteobagrus vachelli, Pelteobagrus fulvidraco and their positive and negative hybrid F1 generation), and Hybrid groupⅡ(Pelteobagrus vachelli, Pelteobagrus fu lvidraco, Leiovassis crassilabrus, Pelteobagrus fulvidraco♀×Leiovassis crassilabrus♂ F1 generation, and Pelteobagrus vachelli♀×Leiovassis crassilabrus♂ F1 generation), two methods of clustering and discriminant were analyzed, clustering results showed that hybrid F1 generations showed some of the maternal effects in GroupⅠ; in GroupⅡ, Pelteobagrus fulvidraco♀×Leiovassis crassilabrus♂ F1 generation showed more similar to its mother and Pelteobagrus vachelli♀×Leiovassis crassilabrus♂ F1 generation tend to be more familiar to its father. Discriminant anlysise results showed: the GroupⅠpositive and negative hybrid F1 generations showed evenly to their father and mother features, no more apparently showed male or female characteristic; In GroupⅡ, 5 population discriminant accuracy rate was 95.33%, clearly showed the difference between each group morphology. The conclusion: (1) The positive and negative hybrid generations of Pelteobagrus vachelli and Pelteobagrus fulvidraco, Pelteobagrus vachelli♀×Leiovassis crassilabrus♂ F1 generation represent significant maternal effects; well Pelteobagrus vachelli♀×Leiovassis crassilabrus♂ F1 generation represent more paternal effects; (2) Comprehensive use of proportion of trait parameters and calibration framework parameters had more ability than used alone to improve discrimination ability of shape classification. The more detailed parameters, the stronger the discriminant ability.

In order to increase the scientific planning, and guide demonstration area rapid development, according to the demonstration area industrial base, the multi-objective analysis system integration out of a complete set of influence factors, the choice of leading industry of the index system, and through the calculation factor index and comprehensive ranking determined the leading industry, and finally puts forward some leading industry planning emphasis and the best space layout. In order to provide the reference for the demonstration area planning and development of leading industry. The results of the study showed that, to strengthen the leading industry selection and planning to promote demonstration area of agricultural structure adjustment and optimization, and realize resources in space structural effective configuration, accelerate the development of regional modernization.

  Production Efficiency Analysis of the National Leading Enterprises Based on DEA Model 2013, 29 (2):  52-58.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.2012-2245 Abstract + ( 1066 )   PDF ( 922986KB )   ( 752 ) Leading enterprise was the key body of agricultural industrialization. Evaluating efficiency of agricultural production was good for people to analyze the gap among enterprises and different industries, to tap the full potential. Based on the DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) method, the author analyzed the production efficiency of 40 leading enterprises in our country empirically, which used planting agricultural products as raw material for further processing. Research showed that: all national leading enterprises displayed high productivity and presented good development tendency; but from the planting industry subclasses, the comprehensive efficiency of enterprises showed significant differences, economic crops and wine/oil enterprises enjoyed higher efficiency, the enterprises of processing primary fruits and vegetable showed lower efficiency, seed enterprise was the lowest. All the leading enterprise’s input elements, such as assets, labor, cost and land exist slack. The slack of assets was highest. The future development direction of leading enterprise was that raising the resource utilization rate through science and technology innovation, and the implementation of brand strategy and playing the role of scale benefits.

  Analysis of the Spillover Effect on Inbound Tourism to China’ s Regional Economic Development 2013, 29 (2):  59-64.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.2012-2644 Abstract + ( 1052 )   PDF ( 777062KB )   ( 689 ) How to driven economic growth in the region’s by foreign tourist consumption it’s a spillover effect on economic stimulated by tourism. On this basis, this paper had an empirical analysis on the relationship between foreign tourist consumption and economic growth by using panel data model. the results showed that the different regions of the inbound tourism consumption had different spillover effect on economic growth, which could promoted the economic development on Beijing, Hebei, Inner Mongolia, Anhui, Guangdong, Sichuan, Guizhou and Xinjiang and other provinces, but it had also deteriorated the development of economic in Tianjin, Shanghai, Chongqing, Yunnan, Shaanxi and Gansu Provinces. Finally this paper put forward some suggestions on how to promote the foreign tourist consumption on economic growth by combination with the empirical results.

  Analysis and Evaluation on the Eco-environmental Effect Based on the Change of Industrial Structure——A Case Study of Changde City of Hunan Province 2013, 29 (2):  65-69.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.2012-1099 Abstract + ( 938 )   PDF ( 777087KB )   ( 671 ) In order to quantitative analyze the effects on the ecological environment from the change of industrial structure, and reflect the relationship between the economic activity and the ecological environment. From 2006 to 2010, the ecological influence effect of industrial structure in Changde City of Hunan Province was analyzed and evaluated by using RCIIISNE and material analysis. The results were as follows: (1) the industrial structure had significant effects on the quality of the ecological environment, the low and imperfect industrial structure easily destroyed the ecological environment. (2) The RCIIISNE of industrial structure appeared up-trend constantly, and direct correlation with GDP, the ecological influence interference of industrial structure was in moderate. The RCIIISNE of different region appeared fluctuation, but their ranges were not obvious, and keep between 2.5 and 3.5, but the special differences of different region were obvious. (3) The industrial structure had a different impact on the RCIIISNE, the second industry was badly. The structural features had a adverse impact on the RCIIISNE, which was successively composed of agriculture, animal husbandry, fishery and forestry in the first industry. The greatest adverse impacts on the RCIIISNE were heavy industry and light industry.

The author didn’t believe that it was optimistic for the current situation of agricultural sci-tech periodicals development, and there were still some problems on the strategic development and cultivation of young compound editors. All of analysis demonstrated that it was an effective approach to solve the bottle-neck of agricultural sci-tech periodicals development, and the author pointed out that professional training, self-learning, lateral communication and improving mechanism were the ways to strengthen cultivation of young compound editors for the agricultural sci-tech periodicals.

  Study on the Rural Land Circulation Through the View of Social-economic Transition——Analysis on the Survey of Rural Land Circulation in Henan Province 2013, 29 (2):  80-85.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.2012-2627 Abstract + ( 880 )   PDF ( 600591KB )   ( 601 ) Based on the macroscopic background of violent and rapid transition of China, trying to study the rural land circulation more accurately. Using literature survey, and using method of field-work research and summary experience to analyze the problem deeply and comprehensively. The results showed that the rural land circulation in Henan Province has relatively small scale, slow development, and low revenues, spontaneous and disordered condition. The fact could be found that the rural land circulation was just the part of rural social-economic transition, and many things were the components of social-economic transition, such as the circulation channels, modern agricultural technologies, changes of rural family lifestyle, rural market deepening, urban-rural interaction under urbanization, and so on. The slow transition in the overall led to slow circulation. The integrated view should be put up to promote the rural land circulation systematically. The rural land circulation should not be strong compelled, no retardation, but comply with the social-economic transition, active and orderly guidance might be appropriate.

  Research on Resettlement Compensation of Land-lost Farmers in the Perspective of Happiness Index——A Case Study of Xue Tangbao Resettlement Place in Beibei District of Chongqing Municipality 2013, 29 (2):  86-90.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.2012-2354 Abstract + ( 898 )   PDF ( 1122052KB )   ( 634 ) Resettlement compensation was the core issue of land-lost farmers. Through the establishment of index system for the measurement of happiness index and the questionnaire investigation of 100 farmer’s household, this paper used entropy method and synthesis method to calculate the happiness index of Xue Tangbao resettlement place. According to the happiness index, this paper reflected on the issues of resettlement compensation. The results indicated that the general happiness index of Xue Tangbao resettlement place was not high, and in the "not too happy" grade. The main reasons for these results included low standard of housing and monetary compensation, inappropriate training for re-employment, not perfect social security and so on. To settle the issues of land-lost farmers, it was necessary to promote housing and monetary compensation standard, improve employment and social security mechanism, establish appeal channel, so that the issues of land-lost farmers could be settled properly.

  Reform of Stock Cooperation System of Village Collective Economy Increase Peasants’Income A Case Study of Jianggan District Zhejiang Province Based on Difference-in-difference Model 2013, 29 (2):  91-96.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.2012-3514 Abstract + ( 821 )   PDF ( 848226KB )   ( 696 ) As an innovation of the rural system reform, the reform of stock cooperation system of village collective economy was some kind of arrangement of income distribution system based on identity of the collective members. Difference-in-difference model has been used to do the analysis basing on a case study in Jianggan District Zhejiang Province. It was concluded that the reform of stock cooperation system of village collective economy could increazed the peasants’income during the reform-finish year and the following three years. But the positive effect was not significant since the fourth year. The reason might be the flaw of fair and reasonable interest distribution mechanism. It was recommended that to build a fair and reasonable interest distribution mechanism was of great importance besides the effort to ensure the increase of the public interest amount, and only in this way could we make sure that the peasants’incomes do increase.

This paper took Nanchang City as an example, using the grey systems theory of the grey relational analysis to explore correlation degree among the agricultural economic structure, and explored the influence factors of urban agriculture economic structure. The results showed that animal husbandry and fishery had specific rapid development advantages in the urban agriculture, namely the animal husbandry and fishery had a most grey correlation value of agricultural output; although planting had a small relevance to agricultural output, but it grew at an average annual rate was still higher than the whole agricultural development speed. From investment perspective, the production efficiency and consumption were important factors associated to agricultural output. It demonstrated that urban agriculture economic structure, which was different with national and regional agriculture, was serve the needs of the development of the city.

Yang Shen, a leader majored in sericulture, had made lots of contributions to development of agriculture in Shaanxi Guanzhong region. But the view he hold that cereal crop and mulberry should be coexistence did not last development. In this paper, with Yang Shen’s view as the starting point, summarize the characteristics of this period Guanzhong sideline development, which means from Sericulture to Cotton Planting. Respectively, trying to from the conditions for the development of cotton and mulberry proceed, also a comprehensive analysis of the reasons for the change of the Qing Dynasty between the cotton and the mulberry relationship with multiple angles. The final conclusion was that Yang Shen’s view was only feasibility under the prevailing social, economic and technological conditions, while it ultimately failed because of the inevitability of the historical development.

  Responses of Ground Water Level to Pumping Water of the Tarim Desert Highway Shelterbelt Project 2013, 29 (2):  114-119.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.2012-1143 Abstract + ( 1026 )   PDF ( 1950214KB )   ( 699 ) In order to clarify the change process of groundwater level in process of single wells withdrawing water in the hinterland of Taklimakan desert, and providing theoretical basis for sustainable water supply, the change of water level was observed in the pumping process at Tarim Desert Highway Shelter-forest Ecological Project No.69 well. Using these experimental data, several hydrogeological parameters of aquifer were determined by empirical Formula. The Law of Temporal and Spatial Variation in the process of pumping water can be demonstrated by experimental data analysis. The result shows that: The calculated permeability coefficient was 13.32 m, influenced radius was 332.04 m, and specific yield was 5.08% . In the two stress periods of pumping water, groundwater level of rapid decline and rapid rise can be completed at the beginning of its 11 minutes during Pumping. Groundwater level changes to the slow phase after 11 minutes. The water level could be restored to the level before pumping, and, the continuous decline of the natural underground water level was not found.

The advantages and disadvantages of these technologies were also analyzed. Bioremediation is a very promising new environmental technology in light of its economic and no secondary pollution characteristics. Based on up-date publications worldwide, this paper mainly review PAHs and PCBs pollution remediation by microbial procedures in soil by focusing on introduction of development on screening microbial species which can degrade and adsorption these two organic pollutants, as well as on the methods and mechanism of microbial remediation to proceed systematically integrated effect. At last, we sum the trend of this researching field in China.

  The Effects of Different Fertilization on the Functional Diversity of Soil Microbial Community 2013, 29 (2):  133-139.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.2012-0989 Abstract + ( 1164 )   PDF ( 740734KB )   ( 850 ) In order to study the influence of fertilization management on the functional diversity of farmland soil microbial community (maize-wheat rotation) in the North China farming areas, this paper studied the functional diversity of soil microbial communities of the farmland (maize-wheat rotation) by Biolog-ECO technology, in Wu Qing field ecosystem station run by Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. The results showed that (1) the rate of soil microbial carbon source utilization for single application of organic fertilizer (A1) was significantly higher than that of the control without fertilization (A0). (2) soil microbial communities richness (H) and dominance index (D) for single organic fertilizer was 2.413 and 0.902 separately, significantly higher than the recommended fertilization (A2) and no fertilizer. The uniformity index (E) in the recommended fertilization treatments was the highest, significantly higher than the single application of chemical fertilizer (A4) but no significant difference from the other treatments. (3) Principal component analysis showed that soil microbial community carbon source utilization was similar for the recommended fertilization and conventional fertilization treatment, with the unique way for the only organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer, and sugars, amino acids and metabolic intermediates and secondary metabolites were the main carbon source for soil microbes. It concluded that adding organic fertilizer was helpful to improve the metabolic activity of microorganism and the functional diversity of soil microbial communities.

With the rapid industrialization and urbanization in the world, soil pollution increasingly intensifying, especially heavy metal contamination. In order to monitoring and controlling the soil pollution problems effectively, it is a general trend to research and explore effective detecting instruments and methods for the soil heavy metal pollution. The laboratory methods and their detecting limitations for heavy metal contents determination in soils at home and abroad were reviewed. The in-situ rapid measurement methods based on laser induced breakdown spectrometry and magnetic susceptibility were mainly summarized, and the key problems to be solved for their future development were also studied. At last the comprehensive comparisons of the advantages also disadvantages of laboratory detection and in-situ rapid determination were analyzed and future development trend of regional agricultural soil heavy metal pollution detection technology was discussed.

  The Extraction Efficiency of Three Extracting Agents for Heavy Metals in Different Types of Soil 2013, 29 (2):  148-153.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.2012-2537 Abstract + ( 1115 )   PDF ( 552978KB )   ( 1244 ) The aim of this paper was to study the extraction efficiency of different extracting agents for heavy metals in different types of soil. Three extracting agents (DTPA, HCl, EDTA) were used to extract heavy metals (Zn, Pb, Cd, Cu) in yellow paddy soil and purple paddy soil, and the extraction efficiency of them were compared. The results showed that, it had significantly difference in extraction amount and extraction rate of different extracting agents to the different types of soil. The average content of Zn, Pb, Cd, Cu which were extracted by DTPA were 135.88 mg/kg, 167.20 mg/kg, 5.09 mg/kg, 17.63 mg/kg in paddy soil, respectively. The average content of Zn, Pb, Cd, Cu which were extracted by HCl were respectively 244.79 mg/kg, 299.97 mg/kg, 7.74 mg/kg, 28.75 mg/kg in paddy soil. EDTA extracted Zn, Pb, Cd, Cu from paddy soil, the average content of them were 220.31 mg/kg, 490.33 mg/kg, 7.22 mg/kg, 35.46 mg/kg, respectively. The extraction amount of Zn, Cd of three extracting agents were found to be of the order HCl > EDTA > DTPA, while that of Pb and Cu were EDTA > HCl > DTPA. From the extraction rate of elements perspective, besides the sequence of extraction rate of elements was Cd >Cu >Pb >Zn of which were extracted by DTPA in yellow paddy soil, others followed the sequence Cd >Pb >Cu >Zn. From the view of different types of soil, the extraction rate of heavy metals in yellow paddy soil followed the order EDTA > HCl > DTPA, while that of Zn, Pb, Cd and Cu were HCl > EDTA > DTPA, EDTA > HCl > DTPA, HCl > EDTA > DTPA, EDTA > HCl > DTPA in purple paddy soil, respectively. In short, the extraction rate of Pb and Cu in two type paddy soils were found to be of the sequence EDTA > HCl > DTPA. In summary, when the availability of heavy metals of soil was studied, different types of soil should use different extracting agents. Meanwhile, the results suggested that the accumulation of heavy metals of brown rice might be predicted by extraction amount of suitable extracting agent.

  Variation of the Soil Moisture About the Songnen Plain Ji Yang-hui Jiang Li-xiaZhang Jian-xia 2013, 29 (2):  154-159.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.2012-1207 Abstract + ( 1086 )   PDF ( 770975KB )   ( 1031 ) The major factor of restricting grain crop production is soil moisture on the Songnen Plain (Heilongjiang Province), and it is extremely necessary to discuss sequential variation of it for to know developing process during the climate variety of the world. Based on soil moisture during crop growth of every ten-day from 1980 to 2010 of 16 agro-meteorological stations, it had analyzed characteristic of soil moisture space time variation on the 0-30 cm layer in crop growth season by Mann-Kendall method. The results showed that, the variation of topsoil moisture near 30 years coincides with each other in different regions of Songnen Plain, which trend is decreasing. In the 1980s, topsoil of most area had been moist, and individual counties’soil was arid in several years. In the 1990s, the soil moisture had been descending obviously, and it developed from moist to arid step by step, and it had high frequency arid years, that is to say, there is aridity trend. The soil moist of the south area was not decline trending obviously from M-K breakpoint tests. The breakpoint of the north was in 1991, and the east was in 2002, the west was in 1997, and the middle area was in 1991.

  Studies on Soil Moisture Preferential Flow Based on Large-scale Automatic Soil Moisture Observatory 2013, 29 (2):  160-165.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.2012-2388 Abstract + ( 868 )   PDF ( 664421KB )   ( 636 ) In order to discuss the universality, influencing factors and strength of preferential flow under the condition of crop, the author did macroscopically objective analysis based on the large amounts of data of 45 automatic soil moisture observation stations which were built in Shandong Province in 2009. The results showed that with precipitation or irrigation quantity increasing, the emergence probability and strength of preferential flow would grow. Under different precipitation or irrigation quantity, the surface soil initial moisture content had different effects on the emergence probability of preferential flow. The emergence probability of preferential flow on different soil texture was sand soil greater than loam, loam greater than clay loam. The research showed that the farmland preferential flow was a universally existent probability event, and the emergence probability and strength of preferential flow were closely associated with soil texture, initial soil moisture content, the precipitation and irrigation amount, and it presented certain nonlinear characteristics.

  Fractal Geometry Analysis of River System Based on DEM: An Example of Taoyuan County, Changde City 2013, 29 (2):  166-171.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.2012-1000 Abstract + ( 1217 )   PDF ( 1455159KB )   ( 953 ) The hydrological features, such as flow direction, the cumulative volume of water, river networks were collected form DEM by using hydrology modules of ArcGIS software. The river network fractal dimension was analyzed by using box dimension and Horton theorem and provided basic data terrain information for the Taoyuan County practice and theoretical research. The results were as follows: (1) the generated steams were integrated and preferably accordant with actual steams by using DEM and hydrology tools of ArcGIS to analyze watershed hydrology; (2) The river network fractal dimension extracted from DEM was almost the same as the original one, and it’s a feasible way to extract fractal dimension from DEM; (3) According to the river network fractal dimension, the river system was still in the primary stage of erosion and growth.

  Study on the Hydrological Analysis of Dongjiang Lake Scenic Area Based on DEM 2013, 29 (2):  172-177.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.2012-2376 Abstract + ( 1032 )   PDF ( 2812528KB )   ( 949 ) DEM (Digital Elevation Model) is one of the primary data source for watershed analysis, provides wealthy information of geological features, hydrology and others. The author introduced the method to extract hydrological features by DEM data, including depression filling, flow direction, flow accumulation, flow length and hydrology analysis. Flow direction was determined by the D8 algorithm which was provided by hydrology module in ArcGIS software. Through the calculation of flow accumulation and settings threshold, the hydrological features of Dongjiang Lake were extracted. The results showed that, the maximum flow length of study area was 113651 m; there was a certain degree of soil erosion, which in some areas was more serious. The watershed digital drainage simulated by the algorithm was consistent with the topographic data provided by the water resource department, which reflected the spatial distribution for the rivers in study area and provided basic data for further study of vegetation ecology environment change in drainage area of Dongjiang Lake.

  Evaluation on the Status Quo Water Resources Carrying Capacity of Irrigation District by Two Methods 2013, 29 (2):  178-182.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.2012-2532 Abstract + ( 950 )   PDF ( 615746KB )   ( 1336 ) In order to correct the inappropriate understanding of water resources carrying capacity (WRCC), the content and the nature of WRCC was discussed and the water resources carrying capacity was evaluated by the use of two methods. Firstly, the connotation of WRCC was defined, the properties of WRCC were proposed as objectivity, relative, dynamic and mutually, and the classification was made. The two characteristics of WRCC were the differences on the task and the general pressure-state-response relationship. The basic requirement of the evaluation on WRCC was proposed. Finally, the status quo water resources carrying capacity (SQWRCC) of the People’s Victory Canal Irrigation District was evaluated by two methods. Results showed that, the comprehensive evaluation method and the water potential analysis method shared on a fifty-fifty basis, and the water potential analysis was more reliable, and could be used to test the results of the comprehensive evaluation method. This study could provide a reference for the classification and evaluation of water resources carrying capacity.

  The Circulation Characteristics Analysis of A Rare Continuous Autumn Rain of Shandong in 2011 2013, 29 (2):  183-189.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.2012-2767 Abstract + ( 1037 )   PDF ( 1295099KB )   ( 730 ) In order to strengthen the understanding of the causes of the rainy weather, so as to improve the forecast accurate rate of this kind weather, thereby reducing the economic loss caused, the author analyzed the continuous autumn rain process in September 11-19, Shandong by using NCEP, satellite cloud pictures and MICAPS conventional observation data and so on. The results showed that: the autumn rainy periods lasted for a long time, range, high strength; the circulation background happened autumn rainy periods of subtropical high withdraw south late and north by position, ridge line in 30°N near; the reason of process was the subtropical high of west southwest air and cold air phytoseiid interchanged in Shandong; during the autumn rainy periods, and large circulation over relatively stable, high pressure forces blocked the ural strong and stable, and there was a Lengguo near Lake Baikal, at the same time, the subtropical high and the south Asia high pressure and subtropical west breeze rushing abnormal partial strong, north and stable maintain the autumn rainy periods for providing favorable conditions of large scale circulation background; during the rainfall, northeast to southwest toward cloud belt had remained above in Shandong Province, and the band’s northern and 700 hPa shear line’s position was consistent.

But some difficulties were still needed to resolve, such as the lower quantity and quality of properties, the difficulties in how to use properties, the deficiency of effective protective system and encouragement. By making the strategy of properties clearly, building the properties’protective institutions, strengthening law enforcement of the intellectual properties, carrying forward the construction of service system, and strengthening talents squad construction, the problems could be resolved effectively.

The author analyzed the current use of airborne LiDAR data to extract the DEM study progress from filtering, DEM model selection, interpolation, error control and data compression, and discussed interpolation filtering, slope filtering and morphological filtering algorithms, quantitatively analyzed the performance of the filtering algorithm; simultaneously compared the determining methods and geoscience statistical interpolation method, pointed out that improved the interpolation method accuracy taking into account the stability and order isomorphism; and discussed the DEM grid and triangulation compression method and indicated the need to meet the visualization of the terrain at the same time, improve the compression efficiency. In addition, prospect was also given to provide references for future research.

This paper presents a brief review of the informatization process in China’s archives management, focusing on the current situation, and also points out that the informatization of personnel files is now in its initial stage. The author, working in the field for many years, intends to undertake an analytic discussion on how to carry out the informatization work of personnel files in Ministry of Agriculture. And suggestions like overall deployment, centralized archives construction, joint update, different storage and separate depository are made subsequently.

The relevant countermeasures which were mentioned in this paper base on the reality of Maiji district in Tianshui’s economy as well as abundant local historic culture, the times requirements of the great development and prosperity and also the integrated resources of the agriculture, tourism and culture. Meanwhile the article also pointed out that the scientific development of the leisure agriculture should be in coordination with the national policy and the time requirement and set on the local reality and character.
