In order to know the polyphenols quality of high content tea varieties in Guizhou Province, based on available data, high polyphenols content tea varieties were selected to analyze the main ingredients in tea, as well as their polyphenols reversed quality index, catechins quality index, catechins bitter taste index of polyphenol and catechins. The results showed that the annual average content of polyphenol in ‘Qianmei 419’, ‘Qianmei 502’and ‘Qianmei 701’ were 25.4%, 26.5% and 25.8% respectively, which were 6.8%, 8.2%, 7.2% higher than that of ‘Fudingdabaicha’, whose figure was 17.6%,.
