稀土Nd3+和牛蒡低聚果糖对当归种子萌发的影响

Effect of Nd3+ and Burdock oligosaccharide on the Germination Power of Angelica sinensis Seeds

摘要:

目的与方法:以发芽率和发芽动态为指标,通过不同温度、不同浓度Nd3+、不同浓度牛蒡低聚果糖处理当归种子,探讨当归种子的萌发特性,为当归引种栽培生产提供技术指标。结果:当归种子萌发的最适温度是20-25℃,不同浓度的Nd3+溶液对当归种子萌发都具有促进作用,Nd3+的最适浓度是80mg/L;牛蒡低聚果糖溶液对当归种子萌发的影响表现为高浓度抑制,低浓度具有促进作用,牛蒡低聚果糖的最适浓度是1g/L。结论:稀土Nd3+和牛蒡低聚果糖均能提高当归种子的发芽率,二者对当归引种栽培生产具有潜在的应用前景。

Abstract:

To solve the problem of the technology of Angelica sinensis in introduction and cultivation. The effects of different temperatures, Nd3+ and Burdock oligosaccharide (BOS) on germination rate were studied. The results showed that the germination rate of Angelica sinensis seeds was highest at 25-28 ℃; different concentration of Nd3+ promoted the germination rate of seed respectively, the optimum concentration of Nd3+ was 80mg/L; the low concentration of BOS promoted the germination rate of seed, but the high concentration of BOS inhibited the germination of seed, the optimum concentration of BOS was 1g/L .We conclude that Nd3+ and BOS can promote the germination rate of Angelica sinensis seeds.Both of Nd3+ and BOS on increasing the germination rate of Angelica sinensis seeds may be applied in introduction and cultivation Angelica sinensis in future.
