Abstract: As a method of realization the reasonable disposition of land resource, the land consolidation can enhance the land utilization efficiency, realize farming total quantity dynamical equilibrium, improve ecological environment and farmer's living conditions, construct the socialism new village. At present the land arrangements also has some questions in the theoretically backwardness and the practice in the neglect ecology. The landscape ecology theory was introduced to the land arrangement theory and the landscape ecology plan design was introduced to the land arrangements practice to make some explorations. The result is feasible.
