Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to understand the parasitic fungi and their dominant populations. Samples were collected from Yulong County and Huaping County in Lijiang of Yunnan Province. The fungi were isolated, cultured and purified by tissue separation, sample moisture preservation and three-point inoculation method, respectively. The purified strains were identified by combining traditional morphological and molecular biological identification. Fifteen strains of parasitic fungi (1 strain of Penicillium, 12 strains of Fusarium oxysporum, 1 strain of Fusarium equiseti, and 1 strain of Alternaria alternata) were identified in Ludian township of Yulong County. A total of 22 fungal isolates (12 strains of Trichoderma atroviride, 9 strains of Fusarium redolens, and 1 strain of Fusarium equiseti) were found in Huaping County. The strains of Fusarium are the dominant parasitic fungi in the samples collected from the two test places. The results could provide a theoretical basis for the disease control of Polygonatum kingianum.
