Abstract:

Based on the selenium-enriched cultivation of Grifola frondosa, the effects of selenium (Se) and lanthanum (La) compound cultivation on the nutritional components of G. frondosa were studied. By applying different levels of Se and La in combination, this paper studied the yield, Se content, chemical composition and heavy metal content of the fruiting body of G. frondosa. The results showed that compared with that of the control (Na2SeO3 0 mg/kg+ LaCl3 0 mg/kg), the yield of G. frondosa was significantly higher under Se and La combined application (Na2SeO3 40 mg/kg+ LaCl3 80 mg/kg) (P<0.05). When the combined application concentration was Na2SeO3 80 mg/kg+ LaCl3 80 mg/kg, the Se content in the fruiting body was the highest, which was significantly higher than that of control (P<0.01). The results of the fruiting body composition analysis showed that when the combined application concentration was Na2SeO3 40 mg/kg+ LaCl3 80 mg/kg, the crude protein content was significantly higher than that of the control (P<0.05) and the amino acid content was very significantly higher than that of the control (P<0.01). When the combined application concentration was Na2SeO3 80 mg/kg+ LaCl3 80 mg/kg, the total sugar content was significantly higher than that of the control (P<0.05), and the contents of other components were increased compared with Se-enriched cultivation. When the combined application concentration was Na2SeO3 80 mg/kg+ LaCl3 80 mg/kg, the content of lead, cadmium, mercury and arsenic in the fruiting body were significantly lower than those of control (P<0.01). The study shows that cultivating G. frondosa with appropriate concentration of Se and La could increase the yield, Se content, and composition contents (total sugar, crude protein, crude fat, amino acid and etc.), and decrease the heavy metal contents in the fruiting body.
