Abstract: The garden of agricultural science and technology is a new organization that meets the demand of the agriculture development in the new stage, regarding assembling, inheriting and demonstrating, popularizing of the modern agricultural science and technology as the means, through the high concentration and high-efficient management of the land, capital, technology, and talent. Since 1994 the garden of agricultural science and technology of our country has already existed 12 years.
