  Genetic Diversity and Specificity of Rice Population in Different Asian Ecological Areas 2018, 34 (14):  1-5.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb17120038 Abstract + ( 931 )   Study on the genetic diversity, genetic structure, genetic specificity and the relationship of different rice populations in Asian ecological areas can provide genetic basis for exploring rice origin and selecting parental materials. 119 pairs of SSR markers which distributed in 12 chromosomes were selected, and the whole genomes of 440 rice cultivars were scanned. The genetic diversity and genetic structure were analyzed by PowerMarker 3.25 and Structure 2.2. A total of 781 alleles were produced in Taihu Lake rice cultivars and the PIC average value was 0.52. A total of 295 alleles were produced in Heilongjiang rice cultivars and the PIC average value was 0.25. A total of 370 alleles were produced in Vietnam rice cultivars and the PIC average value was 0.30. It indicated that the genetic diversity of Taihu Lake rice was higher than that of Vietnam and Heilongjiang rice. Heilongjiang rice population had the most specifically deficient alleles (132) and the Taihu Lake subpopulation had the least (4). The Taihu Lake rice population had the most specifically existent alleles (284) and Heilongjiang rice population (25) had the least. The Taihu Lake subpopulation had the most complementary number of alleles (447) for Heilongjiang subpopulation. The Heilongjiang subpopulation had the least complementary number of alleles (29) for Taihu Lake subpopulation. The 440 varieties in the three regions were divided into seven germplasm groups by Structure 2.2, they were not independent but interpenetrating. The genetic background of rice cultivar populations in different Asian ecological areas has integration and complementation, which could widen the breeding resources.

  Corn Varieties Regional Test in Gentle Hilly Area in Sichuan 2018, 34 (14):  6-12.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb17070090 Abstract + ( 980 )   To provide a basis for the validation of new corn varieties, promote the development of corn production in Nanchong and Sichuan, and select the new hybridized corn variety combinations which are suitable for planting in this area, the corn varieties regional test in gentle hilly area was conducted in Nanchong, the methods of field investigation, laboratory test, single collection, randomized block design and statistical analysis were used. The results indicated that‘SAU1516’,‘Xinyu 822’,‘ CN3368’,‘ YA3922’, ‘GD14016’and‘HF3368’had better performance in agronomic and economic characters and disease resistance, the yield of those varieties were significantly higher than that of‘Chengdan 30’(CK) by 8.4%, 7.9%, 7.1%, 6.9%, 6.7% and 6.1%, respectively. These varieties could be used as the reference for the varieties validation in Nachong by Sichuan Crop Varieties Examination and Approval Committee and used as the new cultivars for demonstration in Sichuan and Nanchong. With the advantage of high-yield, high-quality, strong stress resistance and disease- resistance, they were ideal varieties in Nanchong National Modern Agricultural Demonstration Zone and National Agricultural Science and Technology Park.

  Evaluation and Selection of Appropriate Flue-cured Tobacco Varieties (Strains) in Longyan 2018, 34 (14):  13-19.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb17070027 Abstract + ( 1133 )   The aim is to screen out appropriate flue-cured tobacco varieties (strains) in Longyan. The multiple objective decision making (MODM) values of economic and quality traits of nine varieties (strains) for 2 consecutive years including‘Minyan35’,‘C2’,‘FL88f’,‘Cuibi-1’,‘Minyan38’,‘Minyan57’,‘F31-2’, ‘FL25’and‘Yunyan87’were analyzed and evaluated using a combination method of variance analysis, AMMI model and GGE biplot. The results showed that variety was the most important influence factor on economic and quality traits, followed by interaction of variety × environment. In economic traits,‘FL88f’had the best productivity characteristic and was superior to‘Yunyan87’, and had better stability and strong adaptability. In quality traits, the productivity, stability and adaptability of‘FL88f’were better than that of ‘Yunyan87’. Therefore, according to comprehensive performance of economic and quality traits traits,‘FL88f’can act as a reserved stain in Longyan, and is recommended for application after cultivar registration.

  Selection and Biological Characteristics of a Lead Resistant Strain 郜春花,,,, and 2018, 34 (14):  20-27.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb17070135 Abstract + ( 857 )   For the problem of soil heavy metal contamination in Shanxi, we screened lead resistant strains to provide the ideal one for microbial remediation. We isolated the lead resistant strains from heavy metal contaminated soil by using the selective medium, and identified the strains by physiological and biochemical tests and the 16S rDNA sequence analysis. At last, we screened out a lead resistant strain named GDYX03 that belonged to Enterobacter. The optimum growth condition of the strain was found as inoculation quantity of 10%, pH 6.0, 30℃ and the ventilation volume of 10 mL. Under this condition, the strain GDYX03 possessed the capability of Pb2+ resistance up to 2000 mg/L, and its adsorption rate and quantity of Pb2+ reached 98.88% and 19.78 mg/g in aqueous solution, respectively. The adsorption effect of this strain on lead is significant, and it could be used for microbial remediation of soil heavy metal contamination.

  Research Advance in Brevibacillus laterosporus 2018, 34 (14):  28-34.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb17060060 Abstract + ( 1246 )   Brevibacillus laterosporus has the functions of antibiosis, insecticide, anti- tumor and so on, the parasporal body of B. laterosporus and the metabolites are the key factors affecting its functions. In order to promote the product development and application process of B. laterosporuss in various fields, the characteristics and functions of the canoe-shaped parasporal body (CSPB), the homogeneous parasporal body (hoPB), the striated parasporal body (stPB) and the parasporal crystal of B. laterosporus, were reviewed. The structure and characteristics of various metabolites of B. laterosporus, such as laterosporamine, basiliskamide, antimicrobial peptides, enzymes, immunosuppressant, bacithrocins, aminopeptidase inhibitors, etc., were introduced. The research status of the related functional genes was concluded. Taken together, the current application status and existing problems of B. laterosporus in various fields were summarized and analyzed, and its research prospect and developing trend were discussed.

  Advances in Effects of AM Fungi on Metabolites of Continuous Cropping Roots 2018, 34 (14):  35-39.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb17050013 Abstract + ( 560 )   In recent years, continuous cropping has been a threat to the yield and quality of crop. Researches proved that Arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungi and crop roots formed symbiosis mycorrhiza, and it resisted against the external aggression of environment by secreting secondary metabolites. For detecting the function and mechanism of action on AM fungi in crops regulating secondary metabolites, the effects of AM fungi on the types of secondary metabolites and contents were summarized. The mechanism of AM fungi in ecological defense continuous cropping was concluded, including secondary metabolites inducing signaling substances forming, allelopathic autotoxicity of continuous cropping crops, and AM fungi promoting the increase of secondary metabolites and relieve continuous cropping obstacle. At last, current problems in the research were pointed out and future research direction was proposed.

  Water and Fertilizer Coupling Effect on Early Yield and Photosynthesis of Pepper Cultivated in Organic Substrate 2018, 34 (14):  40-47.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb18010094 Abstract + ( 611 )   The paper aims to study the accurate water and fertilizer management technology of pepper in new organic substrate. 【methods】Pepper variety "Sujiao 5"and T8 optimal matrix formula according to early study methods was used as test material and substrate separately. The experiment scheme was designed by means of second order regression orthogonal experiment with 4 factors and 5 levels. The effects of different combinations of water and fertilizer on pepper yield, fruit quality, photosynthetic parameters, coupling effect of nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P2O5) and potassium (K2O) fertilizer and water was analyzed. 【results】The results showed that low level nitrogen fertilizer and high level of substrate moisture can improve the photosynthesis and yield of pepper in organic substrate cultivation; phosphorus application did not affect the transpiration rate. The interactive effects of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium fertilizer and water on the yield of pepper were as follows: nitrogen and water>potassium and water>phosphorus and water>phosphorus and potassium>nitrogen and potassium>nitrogen and phosphorus. When N 0.88g, P2O5 0.40g, K2O 3.31g was applied to per pepper plant as the basal fertilizer and matrix moisture content was 63.53% can get the highest yield of pepper. 【conclusion】Confirmatory experiment results showed that the model was accurate and reliable.

  Systematic Group and Mating Analysis of Agrocybe aegerita Complex 2018, 34 (14):  48-52.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb18010145 Abstract + ( 717 )   [Objective]Agrocybe aegerita complex, an important mushroom with high economic value, included many groups with high diversity and confusing denomination. [Method]To provide scientific reference for the breeding work, molecular data of mitochondrial small subunit (mtSSU) V4-6-9 regions and mating tests were employed for the investigation on four reference stains with different designations, [Result]and the results showed (1): mtSSU V4-6-9 could be used as the efficient molecular mark for distinguishing A. salicacola, A. aegerita/A. chaxingu and “Yangshugu” groups; (2) mating tests showed A. salicacola was an independent biological species, and other groups were the same biological species A. aegerita which was suggested as the general name. [Conclusion]The results in this study may provide a reference for the identification and breeding program of A. aegerita complex.

  Study on New Shoots Growth and Fruits Development of Prunus domestica 2018, 34 (14):  53-60.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb17040087 Abstract + ( 524 )   Study on dynamic relationship between shoot growth and fruit development of Prunus domestica in Aksu was carried out to provide a theoretical basis for establishing reasonable cultivation and management techniques. The phenological period of each cultivar was observed, and the length and the diameter of shoot, the three diameters of fruit, chlorophyll and leaf area were measured. All the cultivars had difference in phenological period for 1-2 days, and the rapid growth of new shoots of P. domestica was in the same period, and‘French’had the first ripe fruit, followed by‘Stanley’, and the fruit ripening of‘Victoria’was the most late; during fruit development in the first fast growth stage (14-21 days after full bloom or 28 days), the day average growth of the three diameters was the fastest, the longitudinal diameter was higher than the transverse diameter and the lateral diameter; in the second slow growth stage (28-62 days after full bloom) and the third fast growing stage (62 days after full bloom to fruit mature), the transverse diameter and the lateral diameter were higher than the longitudinal diameter, and the single fruit weight increased mainly in the third fast growing stage and new shoots had two growing peaks. The rapid growth of leaf area and chlorophyll was 14-42 days after flowering (April 22nd- May 20th). The three diameters and single fruit weight of P. domestica in Aksu area both showed a‘double S’curve. During the whole fruit growth period, the single fruit weight growth of Victoria’was the largest. The length and the diameter of new shoots were consistent with the changes of leaf area and chlorophyll content. The development trends of new shoots and fruits in the early and late stage had vegetative competition, while promoted each other in the middle stage.

  Photosynthetic Physiological Characteristics of Two Main Cultivated Walnut Varieties at Various Phenological Periods of Fruit Development in Southern Xinjiang Basin 2018, 34 (14):  61-68.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb17040092 Abstract + ( 462 )   The photosynthetic characteristics of two main walnut varieties in southern Xinjiang basin were analyzed and compared, in order to provide scientific basis for the cultivation and breeding of Juglans regia in southern Xinjiang Basin. The J. regia "Wen185" and J. regia "Xinxin2" in the southern Xinjiang basin as the research object, the photosynthetic characteristics, photosynthetic parameters and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of different growth stages of the fruit were measured by LI-6400 and FMS-2, and analysis the photosynthetic characteristics. Results show the LSP of J. regia "Wen185" is maximum in the near mature stage, The LSP of J. regia "Xinxin2" is maximum in the fatty phase, the Pn of two walnut varieties are the highest in the hard core stage; Sunny weather conditions, the curve of diurnal variation of net photosynthesis rate showed two single peak of two walnut varieties fruit at different growth stages, obvious midday depression of photosynthesis, and the phenomenon of "midday depression" was accompanied with the decrease of Ci and the increase of LS; Photo inhibition occurred of two walnut varieties fruit at different growth stages, and the decrease of Fo is accompanied by photo inhibition. In-depth analysis available that the phenomenon of "midday depression of Photosynthesis" of two walnut cultivars is caused by stomata limitation factors and the occurrence of photo inhibition is not caused by the destruction of optical system, but because of the non radiant energy dissipation.

  Different Types of Fertilization Formula Affecting Autumnal Flowering and Nutrient Accumulation of Osmanthus fragrans 2018, 34 (14):  69-74.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb17050044 Abstract + ( 737 )   To study the effects of N, P and K formulated fertilization on autumnal growth, nutrient accumulation and flower output of Osmanthus fragrans, this experiment took potted O. fragrans‘Jinyutaige’as material and adopted‘3414’incomplete regression-orthogonal design. The results showed that, flower output, peduncle length, flower diameter size, new shoot growth, leaf area, soluble sugar, soluble protein were significantly increased by moderately increasing use of N, P and K formulated fertilization. The new shoot length, roughness and leaf area reached the biggest under the treatment of higher N level and medium P and K level, namely, N3P2K2(N 3 g/pot, P 3 g/pot, K 1.5 g/pot); while soluble sugar, soluble protein, the amount of flowers, peduncle length, flower diameter size were the largest under the treatment of medium N, P and K level, namely, N2P2K2 (N 3 g/pot, P 3 g/pot, K 1 g/pot).

  Effect of IBA Concentration and Application Method on Rhododendron‘Nova Zembla’Cutting Propagation 2018, 34 (14):  75-80.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb17040155 Abstract + ( 671 )   Rhododendron is one of world famous ornamental plants. However, the cutting propagation is difficult, which restricts its application in the landscapes. To explore optimal propagation techniques by cutting propagation, the author studied the effects of different IBA concentrations and IBA application methods on Rhododendron ‘Nova Zembla’ cutting propagation. The results showed that IBA concentration and IBA application method significantly affect the cutting propagation of Rhododendron. In the range of 0 to 15000 mg/L IBA, the rooting percentage increased with the increasing of IBA, and the rooting percentage was more than 95% when IBA concentration was over than 10000 mg/L. Under the same IBA concentrations, the stem cuttings treated with powder state of IBA rather than liquid state had higher rooting percentage. The stem cuttings soaked for 24 hours at 200 mg/L IBA generated 70.79% of rooting percentage. The rooting was also promoted by making a slice wound between cortex and cambium layers along the side of the bottom. This study suggests that the cutting propagation is a feasible method for the commercial cultivation of Rhododendron, and has significantly influence on the development of industrialization.

  Diversity Analysis of 25 Wild Tea Germplasms in Zhenning, Guizhou: Phenotype and Biochemical Components 2018, 34 (14):  81-88.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb17070015 Abstract + ( 578 )   To excavate the excellent tea germplasm resources, 25 wild tea germplasms discovered in Zhenning, Guizhou were taken as materials, the 26 phenotypic traits and 12 major biochemical components were studied by using the statistical, genetic diversity and cluster analysis methods, and the 25 germplasms were evaluated comprehensively. The results showed that these germplasms had the rich variation type in phenotypic traits and main biochemical components. The average variation coefficient of the 26 phenotypic traits was 29.26%, and the average diversity index was 0.87. The average variation coefficient of 12 biochemical components was 25.21%, and the average diversity index was 2.78. The ratio of tea polyphenols to amino acid was between 6.12 and 20.09. These germplasms were divided into three groups by cluster analysis. The tree type of group I was small tree, while group II and III were shrubs. The biochemical components of group III were the most abundant. Three potential excellent germplasm resources were selected, which provided a basis for the protection, development and breeding application of the germplasms in the future.

  Spatial and Temporal Variation and Driving Force of Vegetation Coverage in Forest-grass Transition Area of Inner Mongolia: A Case Study of Hulunbuir City and Jalaid Banner of Hinggan League, 2018, 34 (14):  89-98.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb17090014 Abstract + ( 626 )   The stady is Jalaid Banner，Hinggan League and Hulun Buir city as study area, bases on the MODIS NDVI data and uses the dimidiate pixel model data of research area 2001 to 2016 by inverting,then , studies the whole trend of change and influencing factors.The results show that extremely low coverage and low coverage vegetation area is growing With an average annual growth rate of 12.29% and 3.13%, the middle coverage is from the area of growth to reduce with an average annual growth rate of -4.63% ,and the high coverage and high coverage of vegetation area have been reduced with an average annual growth rate of -5.99% and -4.8%.The degradation rate is high where the slope of terrain factor ≤5°.In general,meteorology, elevation and Slope direction factors determine the classification and intensity of vegetation,but relationship between man and land is complex in the study area,then grassland degradation is mainly concentrated in areas where population density and livestock density are concentrated.

  Combined Application of Pig Manure Organic Fertilizer and Chemical Fertilizer Affecting Fluvo-aquic Soil Available Nutrients and Aggregate Distribution 2018, 34 (14):  99-105.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb17060129 Abstract + ( 580 )   Intensive farming produces a large amount of livestock and poultry manure and disorderly emissions, which is one of the important causes of agricultural non-point source pollution. To carry out the effects of livestock manure field disposition on soil properties and fertility is an important research field. Based on two years’ equal fertilizer input - pot experiment to investigate the effects of different fertilizer treatments (manure and chemical fertilizer combined application) on soil nutrients, aggregate fraction and stability in fluvo-aquic soil. The results showed that the available nutrient and organic carbon content of all application fertilizer treatments was higher than that of the control (CK), and it was increased with the application organic fertilizer amount increased. Compared with the only chemical fertilizer application ( T1 ) treatment, soil available N, available P and available K content of combined with pig manure treatment was increased by 3.7%~165.8%、11.6%~197.7%, 20.7%~364.8%, respectively. Compared with the first year experiment soil, the second year experiment soil available N was decreased by 2.8%~48.9%, but available P and available K content was increased. The soil organic carbon was increased by 14.8%~175.7% in all treatments with pig manure addition compared with T1. And the soil aggregates in fluvo-aquic soil were mainly composed of <0.25mm micro-aggregates. Pig manure organic fertilizer combined with chemical fertilizer treatment increased >0.25 mm aggregates content, and the value of MWD, GMD and R0.25, and it increased with application pig manure application amount increased. So, application pig manure organic fertilizer advantageous to increase available nutrients and organic carbon content in fluvo-aquic soil, and promote the macro-aggregates formation and stability.

  The Relationship Between Agrometeorological Conditions and Rice Cropping Regionalization 严皓,陈粲,包云轩 and 胡清宏 2018, 34 (14):  106-112.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb17090130 Abstract + ( 678 )   Reasonable cultivation, yield and quality improvement of rice are concerned by the public. The local climate resources can be used for rice climate regionalization to avoid the risk and improve rice quality and rice production effectively. Based on the average temperature, precipitation and sunshine data from 7 basic meteorological stations of Taicang and surrounding areas during 1971- 2010, the authors analyzed the relationships between the meteorological conditions of rice growth period and agricultural meteorological conditions in Taicang, and the main agricultural meteorological disasters (continuous rain in late spring and early summer and low temperature in early autumn), and conducted the rice agrometeorological regionalization by spatial interpolation method (ordinary Kriging method). The results showed that: the climate resources such as heat, sunshine and precipitation in Taicang were abundant, which could meet the requirement of rice growth period; the occurrence probability of continuous rain in late spring and early summer and low temperature in early autumn was low; the rice cultivation area was divided into 3 classifications. Chenxiang was the best planting area, the Economic Development Zone, Shuangfeng, Liuhe, Shaxi and Fuqiao were suitable planting area and Huangjing was average planting area. The rice division can improve rice yield and quality.

  Agricultural Climate Analysis for Quinoa Planting in Zhengning 2018, 34 (14):  113-117.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb18010050 Abstract + ( 640 )   Based on the analysis of the agricultural meteorological observation data of quinoa cultivated in Zhengning County from 2013 to 2017, this paper concluded the best way to get the full stand of seeding is transplanting the seeding to the field after cultivation in the greenhouse. It is suitable for seeding in late April, transplanting in late May, and harvesting in mid-late late August. The most important meteorological factor that affects the growth of quinoa is the temperature from transplanting to grouting period, when the temperature is high, the quinoa grows quickly. Sunlight can meet the need of the growth during the whole growth period. Precipitation has a negative effect on the growth during the whole growth period, while excessive precipitation is unfavorable to the growth of quinoa. Therefore, it is not suitable to plant quinoa in the Chuan Road area of Zhengning County and the adjacent Ziwuling where there is more precipitation, while the climate conditions of the plateau and mountainous area at the altitude of 1200m can meet the need of quinoa growth. The whole growth period of quinoa in Zhenging lasts for about 120 days from sowing to ripening, with 2212 ~ 2354 ℃ accumulated temperature ≥0 ℃, 879 ~ 970 hours sunshine, and 400 ~ 500mm precipitation. Although Zhengning is taken as an example in this paper, it has a good reference value for semi-arid and semi-humid quinoa region in Gansu Province.

  The Best Viewing Period of Ginkgo: Meteorological Condition Analysis and Prediction in Huzhou 2018, 34 (14):  118-122.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb17080045 Abstract + ( 711 )   The paper aims to forecast the best viewing period of ginkgo and provide related meteorological services. Based on the phenological observation data and meteorological data in Huzhou during 2000-2015, the authors analyzed the phenological characteristics of ginkgo leaves in autumn and the relationship between the best viewing period and meteorological conditions, and established the best viewing period forecasting model. The results showed that: there was a significant negative correlation between the best viewing period and temperature, that was to say, the higher the temperature, the earlier the best viewing period; there was a certain temperature threshold condition before the best viewing period; according to the characteristics of cold air, the best viewing period could be divided into 3 types: warmer, cooling and wave; a short-term climate prediction model was established by using SPSS software, and the medium-term forecast was revised according to the meteorological threshold and cold air characteristics. The results are satisfied through forecast test in 2015, and can be used for business trial application.

  Application of ECMWF Thin Grid Model Products in a Heavy Rainfall Forecast 2018, 34 (14):  123-127.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb17120024 Abstract + ( 680 )   Based on the data of conventional meteorological observation data, regional automatic station encryption, and ECWMF thin grid model (0.25 ° × 0.25 °) , A heavy rainstorm occurred in the eastern Qinghai Province from July 23 to July 24 ,2017 is analyzed in the paper. the result shows that the ECWMF fine-grid data like overlay area of high humidity in the middle and upper layer, the convergence area of water vapor flux divergence are good indicators for forecasting heavy rainstorm area. But for heavy rainfall and above, the single-model forecasting is small in magnitude and westward to rainfall zone, while related products of multiple models provide a better reference to forecasting, and the localized QPF objective products have valuable reference to large-scale rainstorm forecast .

  Factors Affect in vitro Fertilization (IVF) Embryos of Bovine Development in vitro 王相国,倪和民 and 2018, 34 (14):  128-133.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb17120100 Abstract + ( 710 )   Abstract: In order to improve the system for embryo culture in vitro. In vitro fertilization embryos were used as research models, screening and optimizing the various factors that affect IVF embryo development in vitro, such as sperm capacitation medium, embryo culture medium, the concentration of serum and BSA and cumulus cells and embryo co-culture. Our results showed that the the IVF embryos cultured in BO capacitation medium obtain higher cleavage rate than that cultured in normal capacitation medium. Added glucose and, BSA and FBS to embryo culture medium obtained better embryo development effect, the cleavage rate and blastocyst rate reached (79.85±0.74)% and (28.69±1.45)% respectively. On this basis, the blastocyst rate increased to (32.70±1.73)% in bovine cumulus cells and embryos co-culture，The results of immunofluorescence staining showed that the bovine cumulus cells was not apoptotic during co-culture. This study further optimized the bovine embryo development system in vitro and improved the rate of blastocyst in vitro culture.

  Fecal Microbial Flora Analysis in MSTN/FGF5 Gene-modified Shaanbei White Cashmere Goat Mediated by CRISPR/Cas9 2018, 34 (14):  134-139.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb17120018 Abstract + ( 538 )   In order to assess the MSTN/FGF5 gene modified Shaanbei cashmere goats on the health of animal themselves and on the safety of environment from the aspect of the changes in microbe population of goat faeces, six different kinds of media were used to count fecal bacteria of the MSTN/FGF5 gene modified and wild-type goats, respectively, microbial flora and significance test analysis was also conducted. Results of microbial flora of feces which were cultured on the different media including Luria-Bertani, Bile Esculin Azide, DHL agar, Mannitol salt selective, Eosin methylene blue agar and TPY plates were as follows: F0, male, 6.35±0.68, 5.89±0.25; 5.32±0.10, 5.27±0.34; 6.64±0.57, 6.71±0.35; 5.03±0.53, 5.32±0.14; 4.12±0.13, 4.15±0.21; 5.34±0.18, 5.25±0.25; female 6.62±0.45, 6.64±0.31; 4.80±0.51, 4.75±0.45; 7.20±0.30, 7.15±0.55; 4.30±0.52, 4.42±0.62; 5.83±0.51, 5.73±0.86; 6.24±0.28, 6.24±0.21。F1: male 6.92±0.12, 7.08±0.04; 4.02±0.64, 3.99±0.51; 6.32±0.15, 6.25±0.30; 5.21±0.28, 5.17±0.20; 3.66±0.50, 3.88±0.67; 4.06±0.50, 3.97±0.46; female 7.12±0.24, 6.96±0.19; 4.15±0.19, 4.25±0.24; 6.45±0.30, 6.56±0.45; 4.97±0.42, 4.87±0.38; 4.04±0.96, 3.96±0.57; 4.10±0.28, 3.85±0.37. Results indicated that in comparison with the control goats, microbe population of various species in feces of MSTN/FGF5 gene modified goats remained unchanged (P>0.05). In summary, this study provided the experimental data and research basis for the safety evaluation of MSTN/FGF5 gene modified Shaanbei cashmere goat.

  Advances in Simultaneous Determination of Key Mycotoxins in Feed by Liquid Chromatography Tandem Mass Spectrometry 2018, 34 (14):  140-148.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb17060089 Abstract + ( 610 )   Mycotoxins contamination of feeds is one of the key risks and challenges in animal production in China. There are 6 key mycotoxins which are popular in all kinds of feeds and have a significant impact on animal health, i.e. Aflatoxin B1, Deoxynivalenol, T-2 toxin, Ochratoxin A, Zearalenone, and Fumonisin B1. This review focuses on the advances in determination of these 6 mycotoxins in feeds, including extraction methods, purification methods,and the parameters of liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC?MS/MS). Furthermore, some technical suggestions were made to develop the national standard for simultaneous determination of key mycotoxins in feeds by LC?MS/MS.

  Visualized Comparative Analysis of Resistant Transgenic Rice Researches: Between the Global and the Domestic 程景民 and 胡婧超 2018, 34 (14):  149-154.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb17060114 Abstract + ( 602 )   To compare the research status, hotspots and trend of the global and the domestic resistant transgenic rice, the visual analysis method was used in this study. The literatures on resistant transgenic rice from 2001 to 2015 from Web of Science core database and CNKI were used as samples, and the map of scientific knowledge was studied with the visual analysis by CiteSpaceⅢ. In terms of the author collaboration, the cooperation of domestic prolific authors is dispersal, such as the independent author Qian Qian, Chen Liang. Only a small number of people formed a small-scale regional cooperation, such as Liu Yongsheng and Niu Xiangli. While in the global research, multiple author collaboration networks were formed with intensive and close links. Through comparative study of hot spots, the common focuses are technology itself and disease resistance and insect resistance, but China’s research tended to be diversified, including genes resistant to environmental stresses and herbicides. China should strengthen the cooperation between the core authors, speed up resources integration and sharing, and focus on the latest researches in the world, pay attention to international cooperation, and promote the rapid development of resistant transgenic rice.
